We tried to plan our wedding ourselves and quickly learned how impossible of a task that can be. Sara was a god-sent. She made sure everything was taken care of, down to the smallest details and toughest wedding guest so we could just enjoy our day and the time leading up to it. We cannot recommend her enough.

I am a bit of a control freak and thought I could plan my own wedding without a hitch. Well, on the day of my wedding, my planning had unexpected mishaps and Sara, of Peony Event Management, came to the rescue! I can say I truly tested her crisis management, communication, multi-tasking and creativity that day. It all started pre-ceremony when the limo driver did not show up, and Sara quickly was able to get the hotel to drop everything and drive my bridesmaids and I on short notice. This delayed start had a bit of a ripple effect and Sara masterfully communicated with the caterers and vendors to pull off the event seamlessly! Through it all, she maintained a smile and calm confidence. I can’t recommend Sara enough for event management on the day of the event, and I will admit, the limo driver probably would have been there if Sara helped me with the planning beforehand as well!

I can't thank Peony Event Management enough. My wedding was in beautiful Napa, and was planned within 4 months. Peony Event Management stepped in to help me get hotel rooms for most of the guests (who were not local) and also managed to get us one of the bands we wanted. They were also present on the special day, making sure that everything was running smoothly, no detail was missed, and that me and my husband had everything we needed. I can't thank Peony Event Management enough for my unforgettable surprise 40th birthday party! The theme was perfectly classy and elegant with but with all the right touches of fun—there was a photo booth with hilarious and creative props that kept everyone laughing and capturing memories throughout the night. I will cherish these photos of a special night with special people for years to come.

Beyond the atmosphere, the logistics were flawless. Guest parking was perfectly organized and discreetly handled, so there was no chance I’d catch on to what was happening. From start to finish, everything ran smoothly, which only added to the sense of magic.
