I am in the unique situation of working with Alexis on weddings because I, too, and in the wedding business. Her professionalism and attention to detail always stand out to me as a vendor partner on other weddings. When it came to my son's wedding, she was my first call. I know a lot about weddings. What I didn't know much about was how to be the mother of the groom! I am used to being on the job, timeline and notes in hand, executing the couple's vision. The day of my son's wedding, I was in the moment. I didn't worry one bit about logistics, set up, or execution. I knew we were in the best hands. Alexis had everything under control behind the scenes and I enjoyed the day as a Mom, not a vendor. Exactly how it should be. Alexis had everyone taken care of from start to finish, even helping me across the street during the rainy nor'easter that hit Boston the day of the wedding. Please hire a planner. Alexis was incredible to work with. She is practical and supportive and extremely detail-oriented. She knew all of the questions to ask to ensure our vision was brought to life. We had a quick engagement and Alexis kept us on-track to make sure everything was done on time without making us feel overwhelmed. She found us the most perfect florist/decorator to work within our budget! The wedding day was breathtakingly beautiful and seamless. I recommend Alexis’s services most highly!! I felt fully in control of all details and decisions, though I know there was a lot happening behind the scenes was well.

Alexis was phenomenal in absolutely every respect. The planning and day were both executed perfectly. Both the day and the lead up would have been 15x more stressful (and less well executed) had it not been for her constant professionalism, diligence, and general attention to detail.

Alexis is a consummate professional. She is organized and was responsive to all our requests whether they were whimsical or necessary. She provided solutions for all our requests. She was a pleasure to work with and one of best wedding planning decisions we made.

Alexis was amazing in the lead up to the wedding, keeping us on track with everything we needed to be doing ahead of time, and going with us to see vendors for ideas and final decisions. She also was incredibly responsive to our various questions and requests, often times at all hours and days of the week. I'm sure at many points she could have told us we were being a little crazy--and it wouldn't have been unwarranted!--but at no point did she ever make us feel that way; she would hear us out on everything and provide us her professional advice on what made the most sense, based on her vast experience of weddings that she's seen and worked.

The entire weekend of our wedding felt like a dream and we were able to fully enjoy it and be fully present during the entirety of it because of how amazing Alexis was. She was great at keeping us on track in regards to timing and reminding us what comes next, so we didn't have to occupy our brains with things like logistical worries on our wedding day. Alexis was assured and firm yet flexible. It was amazing to have a pro like Alexis on our side during the entire process, you can tell she's seen it all. For the few curveballs we got on the wedding weekend, she had solutions ready before I had even processed what the situation was. She was so unfazed by anything unexpected that popped up, and we couldn't recommend her enough to prospective couples that are considering hiring her--you won't regret it.

Alexis is AMAZING! We would not have been able to plan and thoroughly enjoy our daughter's wedding without her! She is so professional, organized, efficient, adaptable, warm and thoughtful...not to mention incredibly supportive and calming and has wonderful advice to manage through the entire process. She is on top of everything from start to finish - no detail is too large or too small! From working with the vendors, facilitating meetings, advocating for the bride and groom and ensuring all follow up, to creating timelines and keeping everyone on track, to providing her expertise and guidance on invitations, design, lighting, flowers, music, cuisine, hotel room blocks and much more! She takes the time to understand what a couple wants and is passionate about helping them realize their dream wedding. She goes above and beyond, exceeding all expectations and is simply the BEST! When last minute requests arose (the day before and the day off), she took care of them in record time and with such ease. Even when the wedding is wrapping up at the end of the night, she is there making sure everything gets put away and taken care of so you don't have to think about anything but enjoying every last minute of the wedding.
