There is no more perfect venue for a Boston city wedding than the Four Seasons Hotel Boston on Boylston Street. Our high expectations were far exceeded. Describing the experience as merely perfect would be an understatement. Working with Caroline as our wedding coordinator made the day truly exceptional. From the initial planning stages to the execution on the wedding day, Caroline's dedication, expertise, and genuine care were unparalleled. Caroline guided us seamlessly through every step of the planning process from the moment we signed our contract. Her organizational skills were impeccable, ensuring no detail was overlooked, while her calm demeanor kept us at ease throughout. Caroline’s prompt responses and clear communication were invaluable, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. As someone who values organization and communication, I was incredibly impressed and more than satisfied. The Four Seasons is not your typical wedding venue. The level of care, compassion, and commitment we experienced was truly exceptional. During the wedding weekend, we were treated to an extraordinary upgrade to a suite overlooking the Common, complete with champagne and a selection of treats to start the celebration. A significant factor in our choice of the Four Seasons was their incredible culinary reputation. After our tasting, we can confidently say that the food lived up to the hype. We sampled an array of dishes, including first courses, entrees like miso-glazed chilean sea bass and filet with truffle pesto, and a variety of desserts. We had the best time at the tasting and were incredible impressed! Of course, Caroline was present and guided as along the way. The food at the actual wedding was exceptional—fresh, delicious, and perfectly prepared. The team accommodated all allergies flawlessly, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the quality and taste. On the wedding day and in the days leading up to it, Caroline orchestrated everything flawlessly. She managed vendor coordination, timeline execution, and any unexpected issues with grace and efficiency, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day without stress. Additionally, Caroline went above and beyond by assisting us with our honeymoon at another Four Seasons location. She secured a fantastic room rate in Hawaii and coordinated with her colleagues there to ensure a seamless transition and continued exceptional treatment. This made the shift from wedding celebration to honeymoon effortless. Our wedding was a dream come true, largely thanks to Caroline. Her professionalism, passion, and genuine desire to make our day perfect were unmatched. Two weeks later, our friends and family are still talking about it, with many claiming it was the best wedding food they’d ever had and the most well-organized event they’d attended. We wholeheartedly agree, and this acclaim is a testament to the hard work of Caroline and the entire Four Seasons team. My husband and I got married in June at the Four Seasons Boston and our experience could not have been better.

Lauren Heilman was truly amazing to work with throughout the entire process. it was great to count on her as a safety net who caught and gently corrected anything that needed it with multiple external vendors and logistics. Lauren made the whole process so seamless and fun, and guided us to some great options we hadn't even known were possibilities. There were so many amazing touches throughout the weekend and a lot of thought and care put into us and our guests.

The chef/catering team was amazing. We had an assigned steward who took such great care of us all night making sure we had everything we needed, and the food was incredible. More than one person told us it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding (I've gotten a notable amount of comments about the shrimp, the mini espresso martinis, and the blueberry muffins! at brunch the next day), and we also got so many compliments on the cocktail hour space. Having been to plenty of wedding cocktail hours where you are standing for 1+ hour and huddled around a hightop (if you're lucky) I (and my guests) loved having such ample and comfortable seating options and a beautiful space to relax and enjoy.

I'm sure there are so many other highlights I am missing. I have heard tales of my sister trying to hustle up champagne late in the evening when I'm sure bar staff was closed and ready to go home but someone helped her and came out with trays of glasses for everyone who wanted to keep celebrating. Even leading up to the wedding we loved to stop in for a drink whenever we were nearby, and we were always so well taken care of when staff heard our wedding was coming up.

Also just the cherry on top was our suite was by far the most amazing hotel room I have ever stayed in, I wanted to move in! It was so carefully cleaned and attended to all weekend and made such a nice space to spend the day getting ready in. I know our photographer and videographer also appreciated all the beautiful light and scenery outside.

All this to say we are so so incredibly appreciative the hotel and staff. We looked at two other venues in the same area and could not have been more pleased with our choice.

Wow! I can't even begin to describe how magical my wedding was at the Four Seasons Boston. It couldn't have been more perfect and all thanks to the amazing team onsite. Philip Deschamps is top notch. He is so easy to work with, friendly, passionate about what he does, has great suggestions and kept all of the vendors on task and on time. The team was so accommodating from the moment we booked with them. Everything went smoothly from the catering, rentals, décor, flow of events, room blocks, cocktail hour, morning after brunch, etc. They are true professionals, including the concierge, waitstaff, chef, valet, etc. The food was incredible! Our guests are still talking about how amazing our wedding weekend was and I'm so thankful for everyone at the hotel for making it the best day of our lives. There is nothing that I would change, and I can't wait to relieve it through our photography and videography!

Just had my 5th wedding anniversary and was daydreaming about our wedding day. 5 years later, still getting compliments on our wedding being the best anyone has gone to with the best food and atmosphere. Was amazing start to finish! Philip was wonderful to work with and ensured a perfect day!

The Four Seasons Boston was absolutely amazing for our wedding. They went above and beyond the whole week to ensure it was perfect for us from upgrading our suite, to having a moment for the groom and I to have an assortment of our hors d'oeuvres before we had to great anyone, to having a full tray of our desserts in our suite when we got back up for the night. They even helped us in booking the Four Seasons for our honeymoon which resulted in an upgrade and other complimentary items. Philip, David, Delainey, Aiden and the whole team went above and beyond our wedding weekend to make sure that we were happy and did not have to worry about a thing. Definitely worth the investment for your special day to make it amazing for both you and your guests.
