We absolutely loved having our wedding at Willowdale! Due to the pandemic, we didn't see it in person before booking it, but when we finally got to take a tour a few months later, we knew we had made the right decision. And then come wedding day, Willowdale exceeded our expectations. The food was absolutely delicious (which you can't say about a lot of wedding venues!); the staff was nice and helpful; everything was clean, well-manicured and taken care of. Even though Willowdale hosts weddings multiple times a week, you can really tell they take great care of the space and keep it looking perfect and special for every single couple. And then there's the Willowdale team! From the start, they go above and beyond to make you feel confident in your decision — from answering questions in a timely manner, to sending thank you notes (and even a gift or two!) throughout the process. Jeannine was our designated coordinator and she took the time to answer our big and small questions about wedding day plans, really ensuring we felt good about everything and could go into wedding day stress free. We loved that Jeannine made sure we had snacks and drinks waiting for us in our getting ready suite after the ceremony, and that we could have a few minutes to take a breather, and then really appreciated when she made sure we sat down to have our dinner before it got cold. We really felt like Jeannine and Willowdale took a lot of our shoulders, enabling us to have a stress-free and wonderful wedding day. Thank you Willowdale team! We'd get marry at Willowdale over and over again if we could.

My husband and I got married at Willowdale on 2/13/26. This estate is a magical place. We knew as soon as we toured that this was where we wanted to get married. The grounds are gorgeous, the estate is immaculate, and its just beautiful. Our true winter wonderland wedding went off without a hitch. Jordan, our coordinator, was amazing and I never felt like she wasn't listening to what we envisioned our wedding to be. I was thrilled to let her handle the tiny details of getting things set up and never worried about anything once she took over. The food was incredible, the cookies were amazing, and we had the best night of our lives. I was so happy that they still had the holiday lights up outside because it just made the winter wonderland feeling so much more magical. Love love love Willowdale and the Team there; thanks for making our wedding amazing!

Only great things to say about Willowdale, the place where I married my partner of 12 years. A truly stunning place in a beautiful part of the world. They coordinated all the swirling parts of this thing with total alacrity. A masterclass. I truly cannot speak highly enough of this place and these folks. Best day of my life. All love.

Our wedding on 12/6/2025 was truly a dream come true, and this venue was a huge part of what made the day so magical. It was absolutely perfect for a winter wedding—soft bistro lights, warm candlelight, and the coziest atmosphere. It felt like we stepped into the most beautiful winter celebration we could’ve imagined.

Jeannine, our day-of coordinator, was an absolute superstar. She thought of every single detail, kept everything running seamlessly, and made us feel completely supported from the moment we arrived. We honestly couldn’t believe how effortless she made the entire day feel. We felt so cared for, and it meant the world to us.

And the food… incredible. Our guests are still raving about everything—the appetizers, the dinner, and especially the cookies. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented. The waitstaff was also amazing: attentive, kind, and on top of everything all night long.

We truly can’t say enough wonderful things about this venue. It exceeded every expectation and gave us the perfect wedding day we’d always hoped for. If you’re considering getting married here, I genuinely can’t recommend it highly enough. It was everything we dreamed of and more—and our guests clearly agree!

My husband and I got married at Willowdale in September 2025. We cannot say enough good things about the venue. They were extremely attentive and responsive throughout the whole wedding process and our day of coordinator, Jordan, was absolutely amazing. The food and drinks were amazing and the staff went above and beyond. Our guests had a wonderful time. We were so happy!!

We could not have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding!! From the very beginning, the communication with the team was responsive and clear, which alleviated any stress and just let us focus on the fun stuff! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning details like the beautiful wood, stone, and stained glass accents that makes it feel like a little castle in the woods. Our guests have not stopped raving about the incredible food, even 3 months later! I would say the top 3 reasons we chose the venue (and reasons we loved it during and after as well) were the amazing food (we are big foodies!!), the intimate fairytale castle in the woods feeling (like a highly elevated romantic backyard fairytale wedding!), and the benefit of less decisions (so much decision fatigue in wedding planning, and Willowdale has so many in house options, including catering, that we really felt we could handle it ourselves even while both working full time out of state). Julia, our venue coordinator, was stellar - she helped us with all the decor drop-off and eased any wedding worries we had along the way. The entire team kept everything running so smoothly and on schedule, without a single hitch. We loved every moment--10/10 no notes!!!!

The second we set foot in Willowdale Estate, we knew it was the perfect setting for our wedding. Not only is the venue beautiful and unique, but the whole team is so professional, responsive, and organized. Any time we had a question throughout the process, the team was quick to respond, making everything feel stress-free. Our coordinator, Julia, was incredible and ensured everything went smoothly. When thunderstorms forced us to move our ceremony into the tent just a few hours before guests arrived, everything was handled seamlessly. The tent ceremony ended up feeling so cozy and intimate, surrounded by our friends and family with the rain falling outside - looking back, we think the rain made our day even more special. The pacing of the day was perfect, the serving staff was so kind and attentive, and everything was done with a smile. Our guests are still talking about how magical the day was - from the setting and atmosphere to the food (and of course the cookies!!!). We are so beyond grateful to the entire Willowdale team for making our wedding day absolutely perfect, and we cannot recommend Willowdale enough!

Do yourself a favor and BOOK WILLOWDALE ESTATE FOR YOUR WEDDING!!!! My husband and I got married on June 8, 2025 and we cannot rave enough about our experience! Even now, 3 months later, we still receive comments from guests on how beautiful our wedding was and how impressed people were with the smoothness of the day and the delicious food! As a bride who was initially getting overwhelmed by the wedding planning process, Willowdale and their team helped calm my nerves and made things as easy and straightforward as possible. They gave wonderful recommendations about vendors along the way as well.

From day 1 of touring Willowdale Estate, we knew we wanted to get married there. The charm and beauty of the estate are second to none. There aren’t many venues like it that you and guests spend time inside the venue! The staff is such a well-oiled machine, and takes care of all the details. We were so lucky to work with Jordan, our wedding coordinator. She took care of every detail and vision we wanted well in advance so we didn’t have to worry about anything! The value of what we paid was completely worth it. Everyone keeps raving about the food, the space, and the overall atmosphere. From the hors d'oeuvres to the spectacular main courses, the dishes were a true highlight of the reception. Chef Benny’s talent and passion were evident in every single bite and truly elevated the entire celebration.
The venue's layout worked perfectly. The reception under the main tent was lovely; it felt elegant and was spacious enough for all our guests, dinner, and dancing. The new Coach House suite was a great space to get ready, and adding the Bourbon Bar was a unique feature that was a definite hit with our guests.
Willowdale Estate is a stunningly beautiful venue, but it's the people who make it truly special. The tremendous service we received from start to finish was unparalleled. We cannot recommend Willowdale Estate highly enough. Thank you to Anna, Julia, Chef Benny, and the entire staff for giving us the most perfect and unforgettable day of our lives!
