Situated on a vast estate in Lincoln, Massachusetts, Pierce House is a historic venue in which couples can host their wedding. It is excellently located less than half an hour from Boston and features sophisticated colonial revival architecture. Facilities and Capacity

Encompassing 30 acres of manicured grounds and forest, this beautiful estate has various options for indoor and outdoor weddings. Their tent space can accommodate between 170 and 200 guests depending on setup. Additionally, the mansion’s interior contains four open rooms accommodating up to 75 people, suitable for a cocktail hour or reception. Upon arrival, guests can enter the grand foyer, which is adorned with a stately chandelier, vintage rug, and antique grandfather clock. Uniquely decorated rooms feature sophisticated wooden floors, period fittings, and working fireplaces. The property also displays a large brick patio which can also be set up as required.

History

Erected in 1900 by John H. Pierce, Pierce House is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The estate originally included an orchard, vegetable gardens, and a carriage house. It was bequeathed to the Town of Lincoln by the Pierce family in 1964, along with the surrounding 30 acres of natural landscape.
