I recently used Fireside catering for my wedding of ~100 people in the fall of 2021, and have to say the entire experience was absolutely fantastic.

Our point person through the entire engagement was Jessica Belanger. Jess did an excellent job working with us. She was extremely responsive, she listened and incorporated every last detail of our requests, she was extremely flexible when we were undecided about certain issues, and was an excellent coordinator during the day/month of the wedding. She brought a wealth of knowledge about catering and event planning, and gave us excellent advice when we needed it. When our wedding was delayed due COVID restrictions and lock down, they made every accommodation to work with us and we incurred no additional fees on the timeline changes. And lastly, Jess did an excellent job handling a particularly difficult venue coordinator. She worked well with everyone to ensure the setup and coordination went smoothly.

One of the main reasons we booked Fireside was because we thought the quality of their catering was a notch above. We knew that their price point was a bit higher then others, but on the day of the event they delivered extremely well. The food was one of the highlights of our wedding, and nearly every guest we asked raved about the flavors, the freshness, and the quality of service. They specifically designated a staff member to follow us around the entire event with a our own private plate of appetizers to ensure that we got to eat every piece of our designed menu.

On the day of the event, I couldn't tell you if a single thing even went awry. The entire staff was attentive, the coordinators were on top of everything, and I barely remember them asking me a single question. They handled everything, and everything went smoothly.

I hope one day that I'll have another excuse to entertain 100+ people again, so that I could have the pleasure of working with Jess and the entire Fireside team once more.

Since we booked our venue at the Crane Estate, we were automatically going to use Fireside Catering services. We were so excited to be working with this company! During the food tasting, we were able to sample absolutely delicious food from all courses of the meal. We ended up picking the beef and fish option for the wedding, and we used the chef’s vegan/vegitarian choice as the third option. Each dish was flavorful, and it was gourmet quality.

For the wedding, the guests loved their dishes. They were glad that they could have a variety of choices for their eating needs. Those who had severe allergies were catered to specifically so they could safely enjoy the dinner. People reported to me that this was the best food they had ever had at weddings they attended. Use this company!

We had our wedding at the Fruitlands Museum in Harvard, MA, on October 18, and we couldn’t be happier with Fireside Catering. We booked our venue 21 months before our wedding and started working with event manager Laura Blessington. Laura was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the planning process feel seamless from the very start.

About six months before the big day, we learned that Laura would be transitioning to a different Fireside location. Despite the change, she ensured that our transition to Andrea, our new event manager, was smooth and worry-free. Andrea quickly picked up where Laura left off and was always available to answer questions, making the process as stress-free as possible. We truly appreciated that there were no hidden fees—everything outlined in our contract was exactly what we paid, and the process was straightforward and transparent.

On our wedding day, Andrea exceeded all expectations. She guided us through the day, explaining every step beautifully and providing a reassuring presence that made us feel confident and at ease. Even when a minor hiccup arose, Andrea managed it seamlessly and kept the day running perfectly. Her dedication and expertise earned a 10 out of 10 from us.

The food from Fireside Catering was phenomenal. As a wedding photographer, I’ve attended many weddings and experienced a range of catering, so when I say our guests raved about the food being the best they’ve ever had, it truly means something. My husband and I tried our best to enjoy as much of the food as we could, and every bite was delicious.

Overall, our experience with Fireside Catering at the Fruitlands Museum was a flawless 10 out of 10. Their attention to detail, exceptional service, and top-tier cuisine made our wedding day unforgettable. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a perfect wedding experience.

A wedding has many tough decisions to make and overall I think we found the catering to be the hardest one. Even once we had decided on using Fireside, we were presented with such a vast menu (this is a good thing!) which left us with more choices to make than we had initially thought. Everything on the menu looked great and after some back and forth conversations with Amy, we finally got down to deciding on the Miso Cod and the Beef Tenderloin. Both of these options went down incredibly well with our guests who were full of compliments on both choices. The presentation was great, as was the team at Fireside who ensured that everything with the dining portion of the day ran smoothly. Highly recommended & we are grateful for making things as great on the day as they were!

Nom nom nom... Guys this food was so good. My husband and I consider eating a hobby so the food at our wedding was a priority. I was not about that life of being the bride that 'doesn't have time to eat'. The wait staff is incredible and the moment you finish the ceremony, you have a personal attendant with a tray of food just for you. Tiny tacos right after saying 'I do', I mean what more can a girl ask for!? In all seriousness, they were fantastic to work with and the food exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend a pre-ceremony snack (we did hot cider and donuts), and the bigger hit was chicken sliders after dessert! They are fantastic with dealing with allergies and kindly accommodated our friends that don't drink alcohol by placing cherries in the non-alcoholic flutes so they could still celebrate during toasts.

My husband and I have only great things to say about Fireside! They provided outstanding food and service at our October 3rd, 2021 wedding at The Crane Estate in Ipswich, MA. Though they are their exclusive caterer, we're so glad we didn't have any other options! Both the group tasting and food day-of were unparalleled. You often hear about amazing food during a tasting that flops at the wedding reception. This is not the case at Fireside. Maura McCarthy and her team provide a group tasting experience with all of the couples that are to be married at the Crane Estate during the year so the chefs are cooking for a large crowd. This helps you experience the seasonal menu as it would be served at your wedding. Everything is absolutely divine and we could not have asked for better food OR service. The day-of service was both attentive and efficient.

Jessica and the entire team at Fireside were wonderful! Fireside Catering was one of the preferred vendors at our venue, and we were so happy that they were one of the options that we could choose from. The quality of food and options on their menu are outstanding. At both our tasting and our wedding, we were so happy with the quality and presentation of both the appetizers and the entrees, and more importantly how delicious everything was! We also appreciated the extra touches that Fireside included in their package such as the lemonade and iced tea during cocktail hour and cookies and milk for dessert. The catering team the night of the wedding was professional and everything went seamlessly. We were so happy with our choice to book Fireside and would highly recommend them!

Tim and the staff at Fireside catering are fantastic.  The food was exceptional, presented beautifully and all our guests raved about it.  Fireside catering enabled our wedding to have some really nice touches for our guests, including an apple cider & cider donut station which was perfect for our fall ceremony.  We also loved that we could do a signature drink and the beverage options were seasonally and locally inspired, including some local hard cider from our favorite orchard.  Fireside catering is more than just a caterer too.  They truly planned and executed our entire event flawlessly.  They also did a really great job of ensuring the safety of our micro wedding.  We were nervous about having a wedding during the pandemic, but us and our guests felt very safe and comfortable with everything the staff did to ensure everyone's safety.  Tim was super helpful with all the planning leading up to the wedding and on the day of went above and beyond to make our wedding run smoothly.  We loved everything about our wedding and had the best experience with Fireside Catering.
