Amanda was our day-of planner for our wedding at the Crane Estate in Ipswich and she was fantastic: professional, organized, and warm. We chose her after meeting with a few other planners who talked of “perfection” and “elegance” on the “the best day of our lives”—their vibes were too intense and it was way too much pressure! We were so relieved when we met Amanda. She was down-to-earth and we loved that about her. She stepped in three months before to connect with our vendors, look over and fine-tune our schedule, coordinate with the venue, make sure we were on track with everything that needed to be done, and advise us on a few details we needed help with. She made sure that all of the hard work we put into planning was executed as we had envisioned. I’m a pretty type-A and highly strung person, but I felt so relaxed in the weeks leading up to the day and on the day because of Amanda’s leadership. She made sure that me, my husband, and our families had everything that we needed, checked in with us throughout the night with a big smile on her face, and also was at our rehearsal the night before. She felt like a friend. I highly suggest hiring her so that you can relax and be fully present on your wedding day.

Kelsey, our wedding planner, was AMAZING and helped us plan the wedding almost stress-free. She is so kind, hardworking, and punctual and she had amazing suggestions for vendors and decor options. She took amazing care of us the day of and made sure we were fed, hydrated, and cool. Our wedding was an absolute dream, and guests have said it was the most beautiful wedding they've seen. I wish we could do it all over again, it was absolutely perfect.

My wedding went off without a hitch - it was really just the easiest and most pleasant day ever, because Sarrah handled anything that might have been stressful for me or the groom. We worked with Gracious Events Management to coordinate an upscale, outdoor cocktail party for 140 people to celebrate our company's 25th Anniversary. We were absolutely thrilled with the event. The setup was stunningly beautiful and every detail of the evening flowed smoothly. All of the guests continue to comment on how impressed they were with the whole evening. The team at Gracious Events was so professional and so easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend them and if I ever have another event to plan I will use them again.

Ashley is a superstar, if you are looking for someone to help design and execute a flawless event look no further. My fiancé and I attempted to start wedding planning without a planner and were immediately overwhelmed – neither of us had a strong preference on style or design for our wedding which left us drifting through space with no real direction on venue or vendors. Enter Ashely. She took the time to get to know us a people. She designed a beautiful wedding with unique touches that felt so authentic to who we are as a couple. She did everything, and I mean everything! She created a color platelet for my bridesmaids’ dresses, designed beautiful table settings including beautiful, dried chilies from my husband’s home state of New Mexico, and even made a unique escort card display. She gave us great options for vendors within our budget. She worked with our families to plan the rehearsal dinner and welcome party as well. Her communication skills allowed our parents to be as involved as they wanted to be in the planning process. Leading up to the wedding she quelled all our nerves. Even before we could voice our worries about the chilly October weather, she had secured outdoor heaters on short notice. The whole wedding weekend, Ashely and her assistant for the weekend, Renee ensured that everything ran smoothly, and we were able to focus on getting married and having the best day of our lives. If you can’t tell yet from my rambling, I am so grateful for Ashley. It is hard to put into words what an important role she played in our wedding. My husband and I are both busy professionals and to be able to hand off most, if not all, of the planning to Ashley and to trust her whole-heartedly was a gift – it allowed us to focus on our starting married life together and celebrating with our friends. Hiring Ashley Elaine Events was the best choice we made wedding planning.
