Her level of experience was evident from the start…. she had thought of every detail during the planning process , and which helped us truly enjoy ourselves day of….  She was excellent with timeline building and timeline management. She truly knows how to make sure your wedding “flows”.
Her attitude was great, too, she was so genuine, so positive, and so reassuring. Most importantly, she is someone you can completely trust.

We hired Mandy for our day-of needs and we are SOOOO glad we did. Mandy supported us the months leading up to our wedding on 10/18/2025 with Zoom calls (we were an out-of-state couple) to make sure we were on track with all of our vendors and getting everything coordinated. She worked directly with our venue prior to wedding day to make sure all of the final details were squared away. She was our absolute favorite vendor to work with and the one that provided us the most value. We did not have to worry about a single detail the day of and everything went off without a hitch with her on our team. We were able to enjoy the day and not worry about anything and that is PRICELESS for a bride and groom. Mandy and Beki were an absolute dream to work with. From the moment we started working together, I felt completely at ease. Mandy was so helpful with all the details, but never overwhelmed me. She helped me build out a detailed timeline, suggested ways we can make my wedding day perfectly tailored to me, and thought of absolutely everything. Beki was the "clipboard lady" of my dreams on the day of my wedding. She had the answers to all the questions, was ready to give anyone direction and took care of literally everything so I didn't have to worry about anything and got to just focus on being a bride. My venue had a day of coordinator as part of their package, so I almost didn't hire one, but I'm SO glad I did. We hired Breathe Easy Events for day-of coordination about 8 months ahead of our September wedding. From the start, Mandy and Hannah were super helpful over our zoom meetings in helping us navigate everything we needed to nail down with our venue and vendors. Leading up to the wedding, Hannah sent our vendors the planning document we had finalized, helped us manage some last minute questions, and also joined our last meeting with the venue before the rehearsal. Day-of, Hannah managed any vendor questions and ensured our ceremony and reception spaces were set up the way we wanted them. She also helped all the boys pin their boutonnieres on their way to the ceremony :) Through our reception, Hannah continued to make sure the schedule was flowing properly, and made sure that my husband and I always had food/drinks whenever needed. We felt sheltered from all of the logistics of set-up, coordination, scheduling, and guest questions on the day-of because we knew Hannah had everything under control. It was such a relief knowing we had someone there to support our day who was truly focused on making sure my husband and I had the best day possible. We loved our experience with Breathe Easy and would recommend their services to future couples!
