Mandy was truly one of the best parts of our wedding experience. She was so easy to work with throughout the entire planning process and made everything feel so much less stressful. We always felt like we could count on her, and she made the whole experience that much more enjoyable.

We cannot recommend Mandy enough for wedding planning and coordination. Over the six months she worked with us, she went above and beyond at every turn. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about our vendors and venue, incredibly organized, and continuously checked in to make sure every detail was locked in. She is a great listener who truly understood our vision, was responsive (email, phone, text) throughout the whole process, and worth every penny for the value and peace of mind she gave us.

Her level of experience was evident from the start…. she had thought of every detail during the planning process , and which helped us truly enjoy ourselves day of….  She was excellent with timeline building and timeline management. We hired Mandy for our day-of needs and we are SOOOO glad we did. Mandy supported us the months leading up to our wedding on 10/18/2025 with Zoom calls (we were an out-of-state couple) to make sure we were on track with all of our vendors and getting everything coordinated. She worked directly with our venue prior to wedding day to make sure all of the final details were squared away. She was our absolute favorite vendor to work with and the one that provided us the most value. We did not have to worry about a single detail the day of and everything went off without a hitch with her on our team. We were able to enjoy the day and not worry about anything and that is PRICELESS for a bride and groom. Mandy and Beki were an absolute dream to work with. From the moment we started working together, I felt completely at ease. Mandy was so helpful with all the details, but never overwhelmed me. She helped me build out a detailed timeline, suggested ways we can make my wedding day perfectly tailored to me, and thought of absolutely everything. Beki was the "clipboard lady" of my dreams on the day of my wedding. She had the answers to all the questions, was ready to give anyone direction and took care of literally everything so I didn't have to worry about anything and got to just focus on being a bride. Mandy was incredibly wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond. It was great to have her to bounce ideas off of via email during my planning process. My venue had a day of coordinator as part of their package, so I almost didn't hire one, but I'm SO glad I did.
