We hired Mandy for our day-of needs and we are SOOOO glad we did. Mandy supported us the months leading up to our wedding on 10/18/2025 with Zoom calls (we were an out-of-state couple) to make sure we were on track with all of our vendors and getting everything coordinated. She worked directly with our venue prior to wedding day to make sure all of the final details were squared away. She was our absolute favorite vendor to work with and the one that provided us the most value. We did not have to worry about a single detail the day of and everything went off without a hitch with her on our team. We were able to enjoy the day and not worry about anything and that is PRICELESS for a bride and groom. Cannot recommend Mandy enough if you are looking for a fairygodmother to make your wedding a reality. -

Mandy and Beki were an absolute dream to work with. From the moment we started working together, I felt completely at ease. Mandy was so helpful with all the details, but never overwhelmed me. She helped me build out a detailed timeline, suggested ways we can make my wedding day perfectly tailored to me, and thought of absolutely everything. Beki was the "clipboard lady" of my dreams on the day of my wedding. She had the answers to all the questions, was ready to give anyone direction and took care of literally everything so I didn't have to worry about anything and got to just focus on being a bride. I cannot recommend Mandy, Beki, and Breathe Easy Events enough!! -

We hired Mandy from Breathe Easy Events to be our wedding coordinator, and we are so glad we did! She went beyond our expectations, and did so much more than just help on that day. She did a walkthrough of our venue with us, was very responsive, detail oriented, and so easy and fun to work with. She helped us make a great timeline for our setup, ceremony, reception and cleanup, and worked with our other vendors to keep everything on track. Thanks to her, our wedding went exactly as we had hoped. We would recommend her to anyone! Thanks Mandy!! We could not have done it without you! -

If you're looking for a wedding coordinator who is an absolute rockstar, look no further than Mandy! She's incredible - a true 10/10.
From the very beginning, Mandy was a lifesaver. Her detail-oriented nature and organizational skills kept everything running smoothly throughout the planning process. This was especially evident on the wedding day itself. We had a minor scare with rain in the morning, and our florist was understandably stressed about moving everything indoors (Plan B). Mandy, however, remained calm and collected. She expertly diffused the situation, made the right call to stick with Plan A (outdoor ceremony!), and ensured all the decisions were made with minimal stress and maximum impact.
Beyond her organizational prowess, Mandy is an absolute pleasure to work with. She's incredibly kind, respectful, and warm, fostering a collaborative environment with all the vendors – DJ, florist, photographer, you name it. Communication was a breeze with Mandy. She's easy to reach, proactive, and always up for a quick question or adjustment. In fact, she even came up with fantastic ideas we hadn't considered, like the mini carajillo cocktails at 9pm after dinner – a total hit!
Throughout the entire wedding planning process, both my mom and I felt supported and stress-free with Mandy by our side. She truly went above and beyond to create my dream wedding at SRV in Boston. She wasn't just a coordinator, she was a partner, and I can't recommend her highly enough. If you're looking for someone to take the reins and ensure your wedding day is everything you ever imagined, look no further than Mandy! -

Extremely organized, knowledgeable about coordinating and incredibly supportive
My husband and I cannot say enough amazing things about Mandy! We just got married this past weekend 9.16.23 and had the most incredible wedding. Throughout our wedding experience we were faced with many obstacles & curve balls, even having to change our wedding venue 6 months before our date. Mandy was extremely supportive and always willing to give us guidance. She is professional, responsive and just such a wonderful person to work with. If you choose her as your wedding coordinator your special day will be perfectly executed; you'll truly be able to to breathe easy. -

Mandy was professional and extremely reasonably priced for all of the help she provided. For someone that is NOT a planner, she ensured our wedding was exactly what we had hoped for. There were many times that I was confused, unsure of answers, panicking that things may not be done and every single time Mandy had it handled. Mandy's response to everything was "No, this is your wedding. How do YOU want it done an we will get it done that way." I am a people-pleaser and to have someone be your voice was amazing! Mandy answered all of my questions almost immediately (every time). The day of could not have gone smoother. Truly a life saver! -

Mandy did a wonderful job at our wedding in May. She was our day-of coordinator and did great work during the day, and before the wedding. She was very organized and constantly updated our schedule and to dos and other information relating to the wedding and vendors. This made the event for us a lot easier and took out a lot of the stress. On the day of, she coordinated our reception hall in the church afterwards. Even though we finished our ceremony and got to the reception much earlier than we thought, things were already in great shape at the reception. The reception went great. We had a wonderful wedding day, and the guests had a nice time too. Thank you Mandy!

Mandy is the best! She is truly an above and beyond day of coordinator, helping us map out all the details leading up to our big day, easing our stress about the logistics, and reminding us that a wedding is just one day but a marriage is forever. She is super responsive to emails and texts and covers all the bases so that you don't have to. Our wedding day ran smoothly all thanks to her. Mandy is an absolute gem - we'd love to work with her again, but hopefully we will never have to plan another wedding. Highly recommend Mandy and Breathe Easy Events! -

There are truly not enough good things, to say, there are no words to describe, the impeccable work that Mandy does. Mandy helps put on a production fit for royalty and leaves no stone left unturned. With a plethora of vendors to manage on the day of, Mandy is steering the ship and problem solves before anyone could know there is a problem. We cannot recommend Mandy enough! She is organized, thorough, fun, sweet, and wonderful to work with. From our first meeting with her, she laid out timelines and checklists with so many details we never would have considered. She responded quickly to any questions we had, and was regularly updating our day-of timeline as we figured out each detail.
Our wedding day had rain in the forecast, and with an outdoor ceremony planned, Mandy reassured us of all the contingencies in place, and let us know we could make the call to move indoors or stay outdoors as late as we needed to. Her flexibility and organization allowed us to wait as long as possible, ultimately making the call for an outdoor ceremony when the forecast shifted just two hours before the wedding. We would not have been able to do that if she was not so on top of things. She organized and communicated with all of our vendors and got everything set up, with no stress. I was relaxed and able to focus on my excitement knowing she had everything under control. I am so thankful we had Mandy in our corner throughout the whole wedding planning process! -

Mandy is amazing, if only I had found her sooner in my planning process. When I first started planning my wedding I did not plan on hiring a coordinator, but after our first initial phone call I was so much more at ease. I called my now husband right after and he could hear it in my voice how relieved and excited I was so we knew we were hiring her! My biggest stressors were creating a timeline and wondering who was going to set up my space. Mandy was so on top of my timeline, anytime I emailed her with something she would revise it and send it over to me so quickly. And after meeting with her in person and seeing our venue together so she could see the space I didn’t even have a worry. I sent her pictures of my visions of decor on my kitchen table and she made it come to life. I couldn’t be more grateful for her help! -

Throughout the whole process she was so organized and asked so many smart questions—kindly pointing out things we hadn’t even thought of. I do project management for a living, and I decided to hire Mandy because I didn’t want to be in the details on my wedding day. I wanted to be able to get ready at the hotel and relax knowing that she was taking care of things and answering all those last-minute questions from the vendors.

Mandy with Breathe Easy Events was our day of coordinator for our August wedding. I cannot say enough how amazing she was! She helped us with all of our planning to make sure we stayed organized and on track. She was so kind and very responsive to questions. She stayed in touch with us in the months leading up to our big day to make sure we had everything we needed to make our wedding perfect. She created a timeline and was in touch with all of our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. On the day of our wedding, there was no task too small for Mandy to do. She made sure everyone knew what to do and where to go, and did anything we needed! She made sure everyone adhered to the wedding timeline so that we stayed on schedule. She even carried our wedding cake over a hilly, grassy area to place it where it needed to be - which was a risky task! Her price is very reasonable and worth every penny for the services she provides! She also is very personable and makes you feel at ease during all of the excitement of the wedding. We would hire her for every event/party if we could! She is wonderful and we cannot recommend her enough. -

Working with Mandy was amazing from start to finish (2 years for us due to COVID!). She had worked with our venue many times in the past and was knowledgeable about all the little details of the day. She helped up to create our perfect timeline, stayed in consistent contact and was always responsive to our many many questions. The day of our wedding she made sure everything went smoothly even when we had some hiccups. She worked with our families as well as our best man to make sure things went seamlessly. Mandy and I clicked immediately after meeting her a solid year & a half before my big day. I cannot say enough good things about Mandy! Not only did she make sure absolutely everything went smoothly the day of (even if it didn't I never knew about it), but she checked up on me constantly through the planning process to keep me on tract. It was so nice to have someone I could hand everything over to the day of so I could just relax. After all that hard work in the planning process, it was the best feeling in the world to be able to turn my brain off and enjoy. She was soooo helpful!!
