Ashley is a superstar, if you are looking for someone to help design and execute a flawless event look no further. My fiancé and I attempted to start wedding planning without a planner and were immediately overwhelmed – neither of us had a strong preference on style or design for our wedding which left us drifting through space with no real direction on venue or vendors. Enter Ashely. She took the time to get to know us a people. She designed a beautiful wedding with unique touches that felt so authentic to who we are as a couple. She did everything, and I mean everything! She created a color platelet for my bridesmaids’ dresses, designed beautiful table settings including beautiful, dried chilies from my husband’s home state of New Mexico, and even made a unique escort card display. She gave us great options for vendors within our budget. She worked with our families to plan the rehearsal dinner and welcome party as well. Her communication skills allowed our parents to be as involved as they wanted to be in the planning process. Leading up to the wedding she quelled all our nerves. Even before we could voice our worries about the chilly October weather, she had secured outdoor heaters on short notice. The whole wedding weekend, Ashely and her assistant for the weekend, Renee ensured that everything ran smoothly, and we were able to focus on getting married and having the best day of our lives.
If you can’t tell yet from my rambling, I am so grateful for Ashley. It is hard to put into words what an important role she played in our wedding. My husband and I are both busy professionals and to be able to hand off most, if not all, of the planning to Ashley and to trust her whole-heartedly was a gift – it allowed us to focus on our starting married life together and celebrating with our friends. Hiring Ashley Elaine Events was the best choice we made wedding planning.

Ashley is one of if not the best person we had on our wedding team. We were lying on the bedroom floor both overwhelmed from wedding planning before we were lucky enough to stumble upon Ashley. Ashley was the most useful and helpful consultant/advisor we could have asked for. If we needed vendor suggestions, Ashley always had great recommendations. For us, we were able to find most of our vendors on our own. We think this decision is important for couples to make as you know yourselves best, and you will most likely have the best sense for which vendors will best fit your style and what you're looking for. However after we found our vendors, Ashley pretty much took care of everything. When it came to coordinating details and communications between the venue and different vendors, Ashley took care of everything behind the scenes. Ashley knew all the details of our wedding, and was super helpful in helping us figure out what we wanted if we didn't know. She played such a key role making things stay on track our wedding day too. We even decided to add an extra toast the very last minute, and all we had to do was tell Ashley and she then effortlessly made it happen.

In summary, we feel wedding planning for most people is a skill you use only once in your life. You can try to figure everything out on your own and put in extra hours and stress, but then you end up developing skills and knowledge you may not (ever) use again! For us, it was then 100% worth it to bring Ashley with all her expertise aboard our team. We are so happy with our decision. Not everyone needs a wedding planner, but if any of this review speaks to you, Ashley could just be the peace of mind and extra help you are looking for!

I cannot recommend Ashley Elaine Events enough! She is incredibly professional, organized, fun to work with, and cares about every detail of the couple's wedding experience. I am not exaggerating when I say our wedding literally would not have happened without her! Ashley is incredible at her job - she put together the most beautiful design plan, connected us with a fantastic vendor team, and made our day and wedding planning so fun for us. We did not feel one second of stress during our entire wedding day, and that is because Ashley handled everything for us, so we could sit back and enjoy the day. I never thought I would hire a wedding planner at all, but now I can't understand how anyone gets married without one. Ashley helped us navigate through difficult Covid guidelines, coming up with a plan B for us and when guidelines changed again last minute, Ashley came up with a perfect plan C for us at extremely short notice - less than a month before our wedding! I highly recommend her design plan service as well, it is well worth the price - I do not have a good eye for detail or design and our wedding looked like it should be from a magazine thanks to her vision and direction to vendors. Ashley's work is excellent, and maybe more importantly, her personality is perfect for the job. She just has a way of putting you at ease and assuring you everything is going to be fine, and it is, because she works tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure of it. Ashley we can't thank you enough for giving us the most perfect wedding day!

Ashley worked with us for our wedding last summer in the Berkshires. Because we had a pretty small wedding (~65 people) I initially thought we could handle all of the logistics ourselves. I was very wrong, and thankfully my fiance convinced me otherwise. Ashley is a gem to work with--from the beginning she was super organized and very accommodating. We knew straight away that we were working with a true professional, and honestly, just one of the friendliest people ever. She never made me feel stressed out, and always was there to remind me when a deadline was coming up.

Honestly, Ashley made me MISS wedding planning after the big day was over! She came on site with us for our rehearsal / rehearsal dinner and was an absolute godsend. She walked us through all the details and answered all of our (very basic) questions. A few days before our wedding, we frantically emailed her because we didn't know how much to tip certain vendors, and she responded immediately, even though it was pretty late at night. We never worried that we were missing something or forgot to do something. Ashley was very much on top of coordinating with all of our vendors and making sure everyone and everything was in the exact correct place.

Ashley made it so that everything was super easy on the day of the actual wedding--we (including our friends and our parents) never had to worry about a single thing. When we walked down the aisle, everything (florals, the way the chairs were placed, etc.) was exactly as we had planned. When we sat down for dinner, everything was perfectly laid out and exactly how we envisioned it.

Our wedding was amazing, and Ashley was a gigantic part of everything going off without a hitch. I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you so much, Ashley. We are eternally grateful for everything that you helped us with!!

Ashley was such a DREAM to work with - I cannot say enough positive things about our experience!! The wedding planning process (and the wedding itself) was such a stress-free and easy experience because of her, which allowed my husband and I to truly enjoy the entire process. She was so professional and organized, and she had a true understanding of our style and vision and was able to deliver an absolute dream wedding!! She had every detail (both small and large) covered that we didn't encounter a single hiccup and the wedding was seamless. Ashley made it a priority to find vendors that matched our aesthetic within our budget, and all of the vendors we worked with were AMAZING. Everything came together so perfectly (beyond what we were envisioning) and we are so thankful to Ashley for that. She honestly killed it - she did such an excellent job and we would 100/10 recommend her services to anyone!!!

Hiring Ashley was the best thing I have done (besides getting married, of course)! Many brides before me told me how stressful planning a wedding can be. With Ashley by my side, not only was I NEVER stressed, I had such a blast planning! She took my eclectic/nontraditional vision and absolutely delivered (and helped me stick to my budget, which, believe me, is not an easy task). She was more organized than any person I've ever met and always knew exactly where to go/what to do. She handled my request for a hanging swing (yes, a swing) in the venue with ease. When I found a beautiful wood pallet chandelier that I wanted to hang over the dance floor (and was well out of my budget) she found a company (shout out to DesignLight) who made it for us! I had the best wedding I could have possibly ever dreamed of. Our guests are still raving about how much fun it was. None of this could have been possible without Ashley.
