My husband and I hired For The Love of Paws for our July wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! Danielle assigned Sam to work with us for our wedding. Sam was incredibly helpful and flexible throughout the planning process and on the wedding day. She met with us and our dog Bear ahead of time and helped us finalize a schedule . On the big day, Sam took amazing care of Bear, making sure he was comfortable and happy. We especially loved the behind-the-scenes photos she captured, giving us a glimpse of our wedding day through Bear’s eyes.

For anyone considering a pet handler for their wedding, I highly recommend Danielle, Sam, and the FLP team. It was such a relief knowing Bear was in great hands while we focused on everything else. Thank you so much, Sam—we’re so grateful you were part of our special day!

I can't recommend For the Love of Paws, and Allie specifically, highly enough. From the moment we met her, it was obvious that Allie had a natural rapport with our slightly anxious dog, Hedy. Her calm and reassuring presence helped Hedy to settle in quickly and feel comfortable in her new surroundings.

When it was time for Hedy to stay with Allie, the handover was seamless, and we knew that our precious pup was in safe hands. Allie kept us updated throughout the stay with regular photos and messages, which was a lovely touch.

On the day of our wedding, Allie was an absolute star. She was incredibly flexible and communicative, which made everything run smoothly. Hedy was so excited to see us, but Allie managed to keep her calm and well-behaved throughout the day. She even helped to keep Hedy from stepping on my dress or licking the makeup off my face! T

hroughout the day, Allie was attentive to Hedy's needs, making sure that she had plenty of exercise and space when she needed it. It was clear that she had a deep understanding of dogs and their behavior, which gave us complete peace of mind.

Thanks to Allie and For the Love of Paws, we were able to have our beloved pet with us on our special day. It meant the world to us, and we're so grateful for everything that Allie did to make it possible.

My husband and I hired For The Love of Paws this August for our wedding day and had a fantastic experience! Danielle was SO helpful throughout the process, she came into Boston about a month+ prior to do a meet and greet with Daisy (our 8 year old morkie!). She was so kind and sweet. After meeting with us and Daisy we finalized a schedule for our wedding day and discussed Daisy’s wedding attire. Danielle immediately gave us plenty of different options to make Daisy shine on the special day :) We decided on a white dress, two bows, and a white leash and collar. She looked SO cute and we were so thrilled everything came in on time. On the wedding day Danielle was so hands on and took amazing care of our pup. She even got a bunch of behind the scene photos and videos. It was awesome to see the day from Daisy’s prospective lol. To all the brides and grooms out there who are decideing whether to have a pet handler, I HIGHLY recommend Danielle and her team at For The Love Of Paws. You are pulled so many different directions and it’s so nice knowing your pup is in great hands. It’s also awesome having someone getting the attention of your pup for photos since often times the photographer and videographer are busy telling the humans what to do! My husband and I recently got married, and about a year into the planning process we discovered that our dog, Cashew, could be a part of our outdoor ceremony. Immediately we knew we wanted him there as our ring bearer, but didn’t know how we were going to coordinate getting him to and from the venue safely. After doing some research, we came across For the Love of Paws. We had a great conversation with Danielle, who talked us through the entire day and answered all of our questions. We then we scheduled a meet and greet with Sam, who was incredibly nice and was great with Cashew. The day of our wedding went really seamlessly, Sam brought Cashew to the venue for a short walk and sniff around before suiting him up for photos with our photographer. She also took great photos of him that were shared with us after the big day :) we are so grateful to have worked with FLP instead of trying to figure this out ourselves, and would trust our fur baby in their hands again!

We can’t say enough great things about For the Love of Paws (FLP). We recently worked with them for our March 2023 wedding. Our venue was dog-friendly but required a designated dog-handler, and we didn’t want to impose dog responsibilities onto any of our family/guests. Thank goodness we found FLP! Prior to the wedding, Hannah organized a meet and greet so that our dog Khloe was comfortable. Hannah asked a lot of questions and took time to get to know Khloe. We immediately felt comfortable with Hannah and knew that Khloe would be in good hands. The day of the wedding, Hannah and Cassie took ‘behind the scenes’ pictures and videos of Khloe when she arrived at the venue. They were super helpful getting our flower girl ‘first look’ (which was a must for us) and our bridal party photos. They shared stories and photos on Instagram which was a really nice touch that everyone enjoyed! We knew we had to have Khloe be part of our special day and FLP made the entire process easy and really special. We can’t recommend them enough!

From the moment we got engaged, we were adamant about including our senior pup, Penny at our wedding. That said, finding someone to trust with our girl that day was stressful – we initially asked our dog walker, but they were understandably hesitant to take on such an important role in our wedding. Thankfully one of the venues we toured recommended For the Love of Paws! From our first intro call with Danielle, it was clear that not only would Penny be in good hands but that it was critical to have a dedicated pro with wedding experience.

Danielle assigned Brittany as our day of handler who jokingly refers to herself as FLP’s “senior dog specialist,” and I can see why – at our in-home meeting leading up to the wedding, she spent the entire time sitting on the floor loving on Penny while we discussed logistics. Leading up to the wedding, Brittany was proactive, responsive, and flexible with our shifting timeline.

On the day of our wedding, Brittany made sure that Penny got lots of walks, water, and treats while waiting to meet us for pictures – once again being flexible with both timeline and location changes before taking Penny back to the venue to greet guests. After the ceremony, she was on hand for more pictures and to let Penny interact with guests during cocktail hour. When it felt like Penny had enough for the day, Brittany whisked her home and spent the rest of the evening cuddled up with her. We took advantage of FLP’s overnight services too and were so glad that Penny was consistently with just one person for the entire day.

One of the biggest comments we received from guests at our wedding is how excited they were to be greeted by Penny – and how attentive Brittany was to her needs. We are so grateful to Brittany for taking such good care of our girl – and somehow getting her to look at the camera for pictures! In retrospect, I wish we’d hired FLP for our engagement photos too! We cannot recommend Danielle, Brittany, and the entire FLP team enough! Not only will they care for your pup like one of their own, but they will also work seamlessly with your other wedding vendors and ensure that having your pup there is a memorable and stress-free part of your day!

Wow, a company that provides per services so your dog can be in your wedding. A millennial dream come true!!! I had the BEST wedding day because my dog was able to be in it! The handler we were assigned (Brittany) was fabulous. She showed up to our venue on time, had our dog dressed and ready to go, and was a supportive presence throughout the day. Brittany went with us to the first look and helped distract our dog so he would pose! Thank you so much to these amazing gals! Zeppi loved being the ring bearer in our wedding thanks to you!

We are SO HAPPY we chose to incorporate our 2 pups as a part of our wedding day. It was so seamless with Hannah from For the Love of Paws. She came a few weeks before our wedding to meet the dogs and review the wedding timeline. She picked up the dogs from their Rover sitter and was so great with them while they waited for the ceremony. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to have their dogs at their wedding, it’s so worth it and there was zero stress!!!

We would not have been able to include our pup in our wedding without this all-star team! Christin helped us include our golden retriever in our engagement photo shoot and on our wedding day, keeping her company, calming her down for photos, and making sure she was taken care of amidst the flurry! 100% recommend going with this team if you are looking for a way to include your dog, well worth it!

We LOVED working with Christin at For the Love of Paws! Initially we were not totally convinced we needed a professional to manage our Frenchies' participation in our wedding, but we are SOOOOOO happy we ended up hiring FTLOP!! Seriously, they made our dog's participation in our wedding *so* easy for us, and went above and beyond. From our initial meeting when Christin came to our home to meet Larz to the day of the wedding when she coordinated with our planner seamlessly and then after when she sent us photos of what Larz was up to - we will cherish these memories forever! I can say without hesitation that the expense of having a professional manage our dog's participation in our wedding was well worth it and I would highly recommend all brides who want their fur baby in their wedding to work with For the Love of Paws!
