We cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding coordinator! From the moment we hired Annie, she was nothing short of incredible—attentive, friendly, and absolutely wonderful to work with. Our venue looked magical and everything was organized/taken care of without a problem. But where she really went above and beyond was when a major issue arose on our wedding day.

Our DJ didn’t show up on time and, to make matters worse, arrived under the influence. Without hesitation, our coordinator sprang into action, handling the situation discreetly and efficiently—ensuring that the bride never even had to know about the issue. She completely saved the day, keeping everything running smoothly and allowing us to enjoy our celebration without a single worry.

I knew i was in the safest of hands the very first conversation that i had with Annie. It was not into our conversation discussing my wedding that i knew she was the person i wanted to plan my day with. It was important to me that i had someone knowledgeable because this was the second time trying to have my wedding as the first time around My parents decided 2 weeks before i was due to get married they did not want to come so we had to postpone to heal. Annie listened and completely reassured me that my day was going to be perfect and better than ever. we communicated on a weekly basis and not one time was she ever inconvenienced by the many messages i sent to her. She certainly went above and beyond what a planner usually does. the month of the wedding , oh my word was she my cheerleader. she sent me texts every day just about hyping me up for my special day. she made sure i was doing okay and checked in with my vendors without blinking an eye. She stayed the whole day from the ceremony to reception and made sure all my things were put away after and safe. she is such an amazing person. If I had to do it again i would absolutely choose her to plan my wedding. she is by far the kindest and caring person. I do not know what i would have done without Annie.

Annie helped me with so many things for our wedding - from initial stages of planning and exchanging ideas/concepts, to finding vendors and also coordinating on the day of. She thought and took care of things I didn’t even realize I’m forgetting in a very professional and proactive fashion. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. She is passionate, kind, creative, organized and very knowledgeable, and importantly she was able to coordinate everything very smoothly and communicate effectively with all groups involved (vendors, family, bridesmaids and groomsmen, guests). Definitely hire her if you want to have an amazing event and make sure both you and your guests have a great experience.
