She kept me on track, thought of so many details that wouldn't have crossed my mind, and was a godsend with juggling communication between all of our vendors. While we did opt for some less-advised changes (all pretty small) from the standard wedding flow, Sara still rolled with the punches and made sure things came together in the end without adding stress to the moment. We really appreciated her organization and all that she did to make our day perfect.

Sara has the art of event planning mastered. We were having a wedding in a different state for 150 people and were feeling the pressure of keeping everything in line. Sara worked with us for the preceding month and the day of, and everything went so much better than we could've imagined.

We met with her once per week leading up and she connected with all of our other vendors and the venue to build out a timeline and get everyone on the same page. She was always available by phone or email whenever we thought of new questions, but any question we had she had already resolved. On the day of, she was present throughout the day to make sure everyone knew where to be (myself often included) and that we didn't miss anything. She struck the perfect balance between getting everyone to follow the timeline without being intrusive. The difference between having to coordinate everything yourself vs. just being able to enjoy your wedding day is enormous.

We hired Sara for full-service planning, and she coordinated a seamless wedding weekend including our rehearsal dinner, welcome party, wedding, and after party. She kept us organized with weekly check-ins, and by the week of the wedding there was nothing left for us to do because she had already handled it all. The morning of our wedding didn’t go as planned due to an unexpected health issue, and Sara was texting me at 6 a.m. with solutions and reassurance; she adapted the timeline, coordinated with vendors, and kept everything moving forward so what could have ruined the day became a non-issue. I truly cannot capture in one review how much Sara did for us. She set up all of our decor and place cards, executed a detailed itinerary, anticipated every need (even showing up with mascara when a bridesmaid needed it), and stayed late to pack everything so the next morning all we had to do was pick up neatly organized bins. Most importantly, she managed countless details behind the scenes that we’ll probably never even know about, which is exactly the point. Our wedding was magical and better than we ever imagined, and I credit so much of that to Sara. She gave us our dream stress-free wedding and the chance to fully enjoy every moment. I cannot imagine pulling off a wedding without her!
