I came across Sara's services while considering a wedding 'day-of-coordinator' at the recommendation of my venue's coordinator. As I soon experienced personally, Sara had incredible reviews and the common theme was her meticulous attention to detail. We started working together closely about one month before the wedding day. Sara was a great resource when questions or unexpected decisions came up. She made sure the day was exactly as I imagined; ensuring the venue staff and vendors were well informed of my and my fiancés preferences. My family and I both agree retaining Sara's services was the best decision - and investment - I could have made for my wedding day!

I had planned my whole wedding, and had a very low key one. However, I knew I needed someone the day of to keep things in order. Sara came in the last month of planning, helped out more than expected with little details I didn’t think of, and kept everything extremely seamless. Her attention to detail & composure on one of the most stressful days was unmatched. She was my go-to!!! She even walked my nervous nephew down the aisle! I cannot say enough about Sara’s perfect mix of professionalism & personalism. She genuinely made our special day so much better, and took so much stress off our shoulders. I was initially skeptical of needing a wedding planner —and was quickly proven wrong. Sara was amazing and so easy to work with, and I cannot recommend her more! She kept me on track, thought of so many details that wouldn't have crossed my mind, and was a godsend with juggling communication between all of our vendors. The day of, she was amazing, corraling our easily distractible wedding party and family with a truly impressive level of efficiency, and kept everything running smoothly. If anything went wrong on the day, I heard nothing about it, which is exactly what you want!

We weren’t sure how much a “month-of” coordinator would really help since most of the planning happens beforehand, but hiring Sara was truly one of the best decisions we made! In the month leading up to the wedding, she met with us weekly, kept us organized, and handled so many details we hadn’t even considered. She also communicated directly with our vendors, which took a huge weight off our shoulders.

Sara was very communicative and professional. We appreciated her flexibility with scheduling calls and follow up to-do reminders with each meeting. Her hand-ons contributions to the setup of our special touches really helped make our vision possible. For the day of, she was instrumental in keeping the direction and flow to the wedding, while still making sure the bride and groom were taken care of throughout. While we did opt for some less-advised changes (all pretty small) from the standard wedding flow, Sara still rolled with the punches and made sure things came together in the end without adding stress to the moment. We really appreciated her organization and all that she did to make our day perfect.

Sara has the art of event planning mastered. We were having a wedding in a different state for 150 people and were feeling the pressure of keeping everything in line. Sara worked with us for the preceding month and the day of, and everything went so much better than we could've imagined.

We met with her once per week leading up and she connected with all of our other vendors and the venue to build out a timeline and get everyone on the same page. She was always available by phone or email whenever we thought of new questions, but any question we had she had already resolved. On the day of, she was present throughout the day to make sure everyone knew where to be (myself often included) and that we didn't miss anything. She struck the perfect balance between getting everyone to follow the timeline without being intrusive. The difference between having to coordinate everything yourself vs. just being able to enjoy your wedding day is enormous.

We could not recommend Sara enough to help plan for your special day. She was such a grounding presence for us the month, week, and day of our wedding! She is incredibly organized, punctual, and personal - all traits that made working with Sara easy. Sara went above and beyond to make our day special - even during torrential downpour, last minute pivots, and coordinating with our vendors on our day - she made the day seamless and beautiful!!

We hired Sara for full-service planning, and she coordinated a seamless wedding weekend including our rehearsal dinner, welcome party, wedding, and after party. She kept us organized with weekly check-ins, and by the week of the wedding there was nothing left for us to do because she had already handled it all. The morning of our wedding didn’t go as planned due to an unexpected health issue, and Sara was texting me at 6 a.m. with solutions and reassurance; she adapted the timeline, coordinated with vendors, and kept everything moving forward so what could have ruined the day became a non-issue. I truly cannot capture in one review how much Sara did for us. She set up all of our decor and place cards, executed a detailed itinerary, anticipated every need (even showing up with mascara when a bridesmaid needed it), and stayed late to pack everything so the next morning all we had to do was pick up neatly organized bins. Most importantly, she managed countless details behind the scenes that we’ll probably never even know about, which is exactly the point. Our wedding was magical and better than we ever imagined, and I credit so much of that to Sara. She gave us our dream stress-free wedding and the chance to fully enjoy every moment. I cannot imagine pulling off a wedding without her!
