  Sara is calm, organized, and a joy to work with. We were able to fully enjoy and be present on our day - we couldn't have done it without her!

  Sara was a joy to work with, and we're so grateful to have had her as our month-of wedding planner. Sara went above and beyond supporting us the month of our wedding. She was a big participant in weekly Zoom meetings with us, our parents, the catering company... and more individuals on our wedding team. She was available via email, text, and phone call whenever we needed her help, and she was extremely responsive when changes came up. Sara was super willing to dive into our project management software and use it to create her own itinerary which she made accessible for all individuals involved in the wedding. She jumped right in and took over the communication with vendors. Even more importantly, Sara brought a calm and organized energy into our wedding celebration, exactly what we hoped for in our wedding planner. She surpassed our expectations in making our celebration go seamlessly, and we were able to fully enjoy our day and be totally present because Sara handled everything for us! I would highly, highly recommend Sara to anyone looking for help in their planning process. I was definitely the type of bride who thought she could do it all and had it all organized ;) and I am SO happy we decided to bring Sara on a few months before our wedding. We couldn't have done it without her!

  An All-Star Planner!

  I truly do not know what we would have done without Sara helping with coordination a month before our wedding. She set up weekly check-ins the month before and helped us think through certain aspects of our timeline. She is incredibly organized and was on top of vendor management. There are so many details that she handled that we didn't need to think or worry about. Sara was setting up our reception, packing stuff up for us at the reception, moving my husband's belongings from one room to another. We also had to navigate a hotel strike and working with Sara calmed our nerves about the entire situation. We really appreciated her bank of knowledge that she leaned on to help us have a successful wedding. I highly recommend Sara, she was such a delight to work with!

  Best decision we made!

  Sara was so incredible! Our vow renewal went so perfectly thanks to her careful planning. Leading up to the event, we had weekly calls with Sara where she walked us through all kinds of details and decisions we never would have thought of. She wrangled our vendors, including making sure our caterer had the required permits and coordinating entry to our site with the town. On the day of, she was so helpful and professional, setting up some of our decorations, making everything went according to our schedule and even brought me my makeup for a quick pre-ceremony touch up. She absolutely went above and beyond, and working with her was the best decision we made!!

  Let Sara take the edge off on your wedding day!

  Sara was phenomenal! My husband and I had less than 6 months to plan a small, 30-person wedding. Despite the small size, we had two venues and many needy guests. Sara was instrumental in coordinating everything to get us over the finish line, especially since we were working with informal connections and very few formal vendors. Most importantly, she handled everything from schedule, to guest emotional outburst management, to babysitting toddlers, to weather adjustments throughout the big day. She made the day run without a hitch so I didn't have to focus on anything other than making memories! Best price for the best service in town :)

  Best Investment for our Wedding!

  Sara is the best wedding planner! She kept us on track, helped us plan, gave us options when we weren’t sure, and was so enjoyable to work with. She’s super organized and thought of all the details. I really appreciated that she was with us from the beginning to end of our wedding, and I could not have imagined her not being there. She really loves what she does and handled all the communications and logistics with our vendors. This was our best wedding investment hands down, whether your wedding is big or small. You will not regret it.

  Day of coordination 7/14/24

  We hired Sara for the "day of coordination" for our wedding 7/14/24 and had a great experience! She provided a lot more then day of help - Sara met with me over zoom 1x per week for the 4 weeks leading up the wedding, created a detailed timeline for the whole day, made sure to understand my set up vision, took over corresponding with my vendors, and just generally was around for any random questions or odds and ends in final phase. On the day of she was professional, friendly, and attentive. She helped with the set up, sticking to timeline, giving out tips, and generally was always working the background keeping her distance just enough so we could fully enjoy the day but I could find her if I needed anything. It was important to me to not have to think about much on the day of and Sara certainly helped me achieve that goal! I would definitely recommend her service.

  Amazing Wedding Coordinator!!!

  We hired Sara to help coordinate our wedding day (more like wedding month) and she was AMAZING. From day one of meeting her, she was professional, kind, savvy, and thought of all the small, important details I wouldn’t have remembered myself. We scheduled weekly check ins the month leading up to the wedding, she helped coordinate and communicate with all of our vendors, and she made our wedding day flow so smoothly. We wouldn’t have had such a successful day without her. She even went as far as helping drive us to our after party which she did not have to do (lol)! She went out of her way to make our day perfect. Thank you Sara for everything, we would love to work with you in the future and would recommend you for any special event :)

When our original day-of coordinator fell through because of liability insurance issues (required by our venue), Sara stepped in with less than a month to go and by far exceeded expectations. She is very organized, always follows through, and had good advice about wedding day schedule and other logistical issues. In the 2-3 weeks leading up to the wedding, she took over communication with our vendors seamlessly and checked in regularly with us. She kept asking if she could take more tasks off our plate so that we could relax before the wedding. Our wedding day went off without a hitch and stayed on schedule thanks to her behind the scenes work, and many members of our wedding party and family commented that she was so nice and lovely at the rehearsal and wedding day. Could not recommend anyone more highly - she really took the stress out of our wedding month and let us focus on experiencing the amazing day!

  Sara - The wedding stress reliever!

  Sara was amazing! My husband and I had a 50 person wedding at a restaurant in Boston . Prior to hiring Sara, the logistics on planning with the restaurant were a nightmare and as a bride, planning was putting way to much stress on me. Sara swooped in as a savior! She acted as a liaison between myself and ALL my wedding vendors.
  
  On the day of the event, Sara made sure everything ran as smoothly as we had planned for leaving me completely stress free to enjoy the day!

  I Could Not Have Done It Without Sara!

  Sara planned not one but two bachelorette parties for me. Initially, she organized a fantastic weekend in Newport, RI, arranging a full weekend of activities for a large group, including attending the Newport Folk Festival. Unfortunately, due to Covid, the weekend had to be canceled. Sara took care of all the logistics of canceling everything and getting everyone their refunds.
  
  Once things opened again, she planned a more intimate bachelorette weekend in Boston. Sara arranged for a yacht with a captain and crew to take us around the Boston Harbor Islands. She also organized brunch and a spa day. It was the perfect balance of fun and relaxation.
  
  As stressful and uncertain as everything was during Covid, if it weren’t for Sara and her stellar organization and management, I would not have even done a bachelorette party. She listened to all my ideas, dialed into what was most important, took feedback and suggestions from all the ladies on the trip, balanced many personalities, and made it easy for everybody.

  Sara is a master of her craft

  Sara is fantastic at what she does. I had her plan my bachelorette party to Charleston, South Carolina. The day before departure, a hurricane was headed straight to Charleston. It did not faze Sara. She planned an entire weekend in another city without hesitation. She came up with things to do and see and you never would have known that it was not the original destination. It was a wonderful time. She’s a true professional.
  
  I also had Sara plan my bridal shower. She took the theme that I liked and executed it beautifully. She took input and suggestions from my mom and created a wonderful event. The menu was perfect and fit a garden tea theme. She handled the day of and worked with the restaurant and guests. I did not have to be involved at all. I had told her I didn’t want to play any games at my shower, and she helped make that happen for me. She also was super organized while opening presents and helped make the thank note process easy. Overall, having Sara plan an event for you takes the stress out of the event. You simply do not have to worry about a thing!

  Sara was amazing and made my bachelorette weekend one to remember. She took all of my preferences and tailored the weekend to fit my personality. She came up with many different and fun ideas for us to do in the Hudson Valley. We had a big group, with girls living all over the east coast, which made it more complicated to plan with many moving parts, but thanks to Sara the weekend went smoothly. The itinerary was perfect, and she even built in time for all of us to recharge. Thanks to her, all of the girls had an amazing experience. Sara was incredible to work with from her prompt response time to incredible execution. She made my bachelorette party extra special.
