Planning a wedding is stressful, but the actual day of the wedding is whole other level of stressful! I came across Sara's services while considering a wedding 'day-of-coordinator' at the recommendation of my venue's coordinator. As I soon experienced personally, Sara had incredible reviews and the common theme was her meticulous attention to detail. We started working together closely about one month before the wedding day. Sara was a great resource when questions or unexpected decisions came up. She made sure the day was exactly as I imagined; ensuring the venue staff and vendors were well informed of my and my fiancés preferences. My family and I both agree retaining Sara's services was the best decision - and investment - I could have made for my wedding day! -

Sara was absolutely crucial to the success of our wedding day. We hired her for her month-of coordination, and it was the best decision we made. From the moment she took over, she completely alleviated our stress by taking the time to truly understand our vision and exactly how we wanted the day to unfold.
Sara is extremely communicative and incredibly detail-oriented. She kept us informed every step of the way and anticipated needs we didn't even know we had. On the wedding day, everything ran seamlessly, so we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment because we could trust that Sara had everything under control.

I had planned my whole wedding, and had a very low key one. However, I knew I needed someone the day of to keep things in order. Sara came in the last month of planning, helped out more than expected with little details I didn’t think of, and kept everything extremely seamless. Her attention to detail & composure on one of the most stressful days was unmatched. She was my go-to!!! She even walked my nervous nephew down the aisle! I cannot say enough about Sara’s perfect mix of professionalism & personalism. She genuinely made our special day so much better, and took so much stress off our shoulders. Without Sara, I really don’t believe I could’ve enjoyed my day as much. Thank you Sara!!! -

Sara has the art of event planning mastered. We were having a wedding in a different state for 150 people and were feeling the pressure of keeping everything in line. Sara worked with us for the preceding month and the day of, and everything went so much better than we could've imagined.
We met with her once per week leading up and she connected with all of our other vendors and the venue to build out a timeline and get everyone on the same page. She was always available by phone or email whenever we thought of new questions, but any question we had she had already resolved. On the day of, she was present throughout the day to make sure everyone knew where to be (myself often included) and that we didn't miss anything. She struck the perfect balance between getting everyone to follow the timeline without being intrusive. The difference between having to coordinate everything yourself vs. just being able to enjoy your wedding day is enormous.
So many guests came up to us afterwards asking for her contact info for their own weddings. If you are looking for a wedding planner, this is your sign to stop searching and go with Sara. -

We could not recommend Sara enough to help plan for your special day. She was such a grounding presence for us the month, week, and day of our wedding! She is incredibly organized, punctual, and personal - all traits that made working with Sara easy. Sara went above and beyond to make our day special - even during torrential downpour, last minute pivots, and coordinating with our vendors on our day - she made the day seamless and beautiful!! -

Sara did an excellent job planning our wedding. Throughout the process, she was professional, courteous, and insightful; it was obvious that she had a lot of experience. She came to each weekly check-in prepared with everything we needed to feel confident that we'd love our wedding, and she supported us each step of the way -- at the venue walk-through, in communications with vendors, and, of course, on our wedding day. Sara did a fantastic job! -

I truly do not know what we would have done without Sara helping with coordination a month before our wedding. She set up weekly check-ins the month before and helped us think through certain aspects of our timeline. She is incredibly organized and was on top of vendor management. There are so many details that she handled that we didn't need to think or worry about. Sara was setting up our reception, packing stuff up for us at the reception, moving my husband's belongings from one room to another. We also had to navigate a hotel strike and working with Sara calmed our nerves about the entire situation. We really appreciated her bank of knowledge that she leaned on to help us have a successful wedding. I highly recommend Sara, she was such a delight to work with! -

From the moment she came on board, she ensured everything ran smoothly and took so much weight off our shoulders. Her attention to detail, expertise, and calming presence made all the difference in bringing our vision to life.
Sara’s support during our weekly check-ins was invaluable. She kept us organized, reassured us we were on track, and always provided thoughtful guidance whenever we needed it. She went above and beyond, visiting the venue with us ahead of time, joining calls with vendors, and offering spot-on recommendations for every aspect of the wedding.
Planning a wedding can feel overwhelming, but Sara made the final stretch completely stress-free. She handled all communication with vendors, ensuring everything was aligned, and offered expert advice on timelines, drawing from her wealth of experience to guide us on what would work best for our day. From setup to takedown, Sara flawlessly managed every detail behind the scenes, allowing us to be fully present and enjoy every moment.

We hired Sara for the "day of coordination" for our wedding 7/14/24 and had a great experience! She provided a lot more then day of help - Sara met with me over zoom 1x per week for the 4 weeks leading up the wedding, created a detailed timeline for the whole day, made sure to understand my set up vision, took over corresponding with my vendors, and just generally was around for any random questions or odds and ends in final phase. On the day of she was professional, friendly, and attentive. She helped with the set up, sticking to timeline, giving out tips, and generally was always working the background keeping her distance just enough so we could fully enjoy the day but I could find her if I needed anything. It was important to me to not have to think about much on the day of and Sara certainly helped me achieve that goal! I would definitely recommend her service. -

Sara is the best wedding planner! She kept us on track, helped us plan, gave us options when we weren’t sure, and was so enjoyable to work with. She’s super organized and thought of all the details. I really appreciated that she was with us from the beginning to end of our wedding, and I could not have imagined her not being there. She really loves what she does and handled all the communications and logistics with our vendors. This was our best wedding investment hands down, whether your wedding is big or small. You will not regret it. -

Sara was so incredible! Our vow renewal went so perfectly thanks to her careful planning. Leading up to the event, we had weekly calls with Sara where she walked us through all kinds of details and decisions we never would have thought of. She wrangled our vendors, including making sure our caterer had the required permits and coordinating entry to our site with the town. On the day of, she was so helpful and professional, setting up some of our decorations, making everything went according to our schedule and even brought me my makeup for a quick pre-ceremony touch up. She absolutely went above and beyond, and working with her was the best decision we made!! -

Sara did an amazing job as our month of coordinator - my partner and I are both in professions that take a lot of time and energy. Sara kept us on track, was kind and organized, and on the day of kept the flow going. She also managed our families brilliantly. Would highly recommend for any event -

We hired Sara to help coordinate our wedding day (more like wedding month) and she was AMAZING. From day one of meeting her, she was professional, kind, savvy, and thought of all the small, important details I wouldn’t have remembered myself. We scheduled weekly check ins the month leading up to the wedding, she helped coordinate and communicate with all of our vendors, and she made our wedding day flow so smoothly. We wouldn’t have had such a successful day without her. She even went as far as helping drive us to our after party which she did not have to do (lol)! Sara was amazing! My husband and I had a 50 person wedding at a restaurant in Boston . Prior to hiring Sara, the logistics on planning with the restaurant were a nightmare and as a bride, planning was putting way to much stress on me. Sara swooped in as a savior! She acted as a liaison between myself and ALL my wedding vendors.
On the day of the event, Sara made sure everything ran as smoothly as we had planned for leaving me completely stress free to enjoy the day!
