We hired Jodi 2 months out from our wedding after an issue with a prior planner. Jodi wrapped us in her arms and calmed all our nerves.

Even so late into the process, Jodi and Emma spent the time to listen and learn our visions. She reached out to all our vendors, connected with them, articulated our vision and allowed us to enjoy the rest of our process.

She gave ideas for things we did not know we needed but were Necessary to allow for our event to shine

Even on vacation, Jodi would text us back within an hour. She hopped on a call when she felt we were nervous. Everyone on her team was professional and reassuring.

They reassured us with every detail and never once felt nervous that something would be forgotten.

Jodi, Emma and the rest of the team allowed for my coastal city wedding at the Boston Harbor to be everything we dreamed of!

On the day of everyone arrived on time. Everything was in place and we never felt alone. There was someone to handle everything and communicate with all the vendors.

Jodi and her team planned the most magical wedding for a very special couple. The wedding was unusual in that they were older (grandparent aged) so it was important to have hands-on attention and support, and Jodi delivered. She is an absolute miracle worker! 

Jodi has strong contacts in all the areas and even pointed us to finding the most perfect wedding gown for my mom at a cute shop on Newbury Street. The team provided fantastic support every step of the way, and added so many thoughtful touches—like creating a fantastic head table design that we hadn't even thought of—which made the day feel personal and seamless.

We felt completely taken care of from start to finish, allowing us to really enjoy every minute of the big day. I cannot recommend Jodi and her team highly enough!

Jodi Raphael and her team were outstanding and made our daughter’s bat mitzvah weekend completely seamless. They handled every detail from the service and transportation to the party itself including the music, entertainment/dancers, décor, vendor coordination, and day-of execution. This allowed us to stay present and focused on our daughter and the meaning of the occasion. Jodi and her team also planned a fantastic out-of-towners dinner the night before and a brunch the morning after, both of which were thoughtfully coordinated and ran effortlessly. Jodi and her team worked with our family to create an amazing and creative celebration for our daughter's bat mitzvah. We choose an usual venue and they truly brought our vision to life. They took care of every detail, so on the day of the event we could truly just show up and enjoy the celebration. Every decision was elegant, fun, and creative. The team was thoughtful and responsive to all of our needs - including working with women and minority owned local businesses. Can't recommend enough!

My husband and I decided to do a vow renewal ceremony for our 20th anniversary, not only as a celebration of our love, but also as a fundraiser for an organization fighting for marriage equality.
We told Jodi and her team we wanted an upscale version of our original wedding, which had been a clambake on an island in Boston Harbor.
We gave them pictures, a menu, a playlist, and a description of the vibe we were looking for. With only a couple of meetings with Jodi and her team, they not only nailed it, they went above and beyond. The experience was stress-free and enjoyable. Our friends are still talking about it months later.

If you’re fortunate enough to have a vision for your special day, Jodi and her team will make it happen. But don’t worry if you don’t — they’ll create one for you. Eight years earlier, our other daughter was married, so this was not our first rodeo. We knew what we liked — and what we didn’t — so our expectations were extremely high.

Jodi and her staff were available to us 24/7, always ready to listen, answer questions, and offer honest, thoughtful advice. Their responsiveness and professionalism were unmatched.

Jodi’s list of vendors is truly first-class. She’ll help you stay within budget while surrounding you with a dream team — from photography and flowers to lighting, music, stationery, venues, and rentals. Everyone worked together seamlessly, all focused on one goal: making our night magical.

We were fortunate to host our wedding at the Omni Seaport Hotel, and Jodi’s familiarity with the venue and staff made the entire process effortless. From booking rooms to coordinating catering, she navigated every detail flawlessly.
Her precision with timelines ensured that everything ran smoothly — no surprises, no stress. When 6:30 p.m. arrived, we were rehearsed, prepared, and ready to go.

We chose not to see the ceremony room or the ballroom until “showtime,” wanting to experience it for the first time alongside our guests. Our expectations were sky-high, and yet we were blown away. As we walked our daughter down the aisle, the room was pure magic.
That feeling only grew when we entered the ballroom — my wife and I actually paused in awe just to take it all in. The lighting, the draping, the candles, the flowers, the band — nine months of planning captured in “One Shining Moment.”

Jodi and her team are amazing! From the initial consultation call to the wrap-up after our event, I could not have asked for a more supportive, creative, and knowledgeable event planner. Jodi took some initial ideas from my child about their B Mitzvah, and created an experience for them that was in every way perfect. The event design was absolutely stunning--I was blown away, and so were all of my guests, and most importantly, my child. And, not only was it beautiful, it was completely in tune with my child's personality and vision. Jodi and her team thought of every detail, took the time to get to know us, knew how meaningful a day this was for our family, and personalized the event in ways that showed they really understood my child. I have honestly never seen my child so happy.

I'm an officiant and recently worked a wedding with Jodi and her team - she was very professional, and was on top of all the details! We communicated before the ceremony to make sure everything went smoothly, which it did, and to make sure the couple and guests knew everything they needed to know at the right time. Everyone on Jodi's team was friendly and excited to make the day successful, and they were incredibly organized. It was a joy to work with them, and I would welcome the opportunity to do so again. I would definitely recommend any couple to hire Jodi's planning services!
