We simply could never run out of positive things to say about working with Jackie Watson. My husband and I were recently married after three long years of engagement. Similar to most couples over the last year or so, we had to postpone our wedding not once, but twice, and ended up planning three full weddings. Jackie was by our side for all three, helping to arrange new plans while keeping our spirits high. You'll be in great hands with Jackie!!

My husband and I decided to elope and travel from Florida to Vermont for a snowy winter wonderland wedding. Given that we were eloping, we wanted the most stress free experience possible. We decided to partner with Jaclyn Watson Events for help making our dream elopement come true!

And did it pay off! We worked with Stephanie, and she helped us every step of the way. She had amazing vendor recommendations, and was always willing to adjust if I changed my mind on something - which happened fairly often!

Stephanie was professional, kind, efficient, organized, supportive - really everything we needed! I really don’t know how I would have planned a long distance wedding without her. This is a long overdue review. Working with Jackie and Stephanie was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We're based in the Northeast, and they helped us coordinate a destination wedding in Scotland. She made getting 80+ guests across the ocean for a multi-day event fun, stress-free, and easy. She had impeccable taste, understood what we valued, and helped us maximize our budget to give ourselves and our guests an unforgettable experience. 

Working with Jackie was one of the best parts of our wedding planning experience! We initially saw her work on Instagram and fell in love with the modern designs of the weddings she planned. Once we talked to her for the first time, we knew we were in good hands! Despite already being booked for our day, Jackie still took us on as clients, coordinated all of our design and found us a wonderful coordinator to be there with us during our wedding weekend. She even drove back and forth from her other client's site on wedding day to check in with us and make sure everything was running smoothly. We started working with Jackie about a year and a half before our wedding and I was pleasantly surprised to see how attentive she was to us even when she was in the middle of wedding season. Our wedding was in October and she worked hard to get our design finalized by February/March so we wouldn't have to do too much planning right before the wedding. This was truly a game changer for us and we were able to enjoy the months before our wedding without much stress! She was always so responsive and was a huge asset in the weeks before the wedding as we had last minute guest cancellations and colder weather than expected. She was always willing to answer my 1,000 questions and guide me through the planning process! I can't say enough about how much my husband and I loved the design of our wedding. I started sobbing when I saw the tent for the first time because it was so beautiful. Many of our guests told us that our wedding was the best they had ever attended and said that our personalities came through in the design, music, food, etc. which is exactly what we wanted! All the credit for that goes to Jackie and her amazing team!!!!

From start to finish, Jackie Watson and the entire team of Jacklyn Watson Events, made my experience as a Bride a complete joy. Going into wedding planning, I was warned that I would find the process daunting, and be excited to “have my life back” once the wedding was over. When I had my introduction phone call with Jackie Watson, I knew that wouldn’t be the case for me, and I would enjoy the process. Once we took Jackie and her team on board, I immediately felt at ease, and all the more excited for our wedding.

The process of leading up to the wedding was seamless and enjoyable, all thanks to Jackie. Oftentimes I find myself wondering how someone could invest in a luxe wedding such as ours, without having someone like Jackie to guide the way. She is exemplary of why the event planning industry exists, and why professionals in the industry are needed. In piecing together our vision of our big day, we leaned on Jackie heavily for all things design. Jackie helped pull together my vision, with adding in her own touches & recommendations, and considered all concerns that I had in creating the ambiance fit for us, and our wedding attendees. She honored all of our requests and ideas and was always professional and insightful about her suggestions and guiding us towards going down a perhaps at times a ‘better path’. Jackie sourced the most wonderful vendors for us to work with, which was a testament to her network in the area/business, and high level of quality she surrounds her company with. Planning a decently large, tented wedding, from a far was no easy task – however, leading up to the wedding, I felt confident and comfortable that all things were taken care of.

Once the big day arrived, although Jackie was technically on boarded with us as a ”designer”, she continued to play a pivotal role in the weekend, and went above and beyond in making sure we had the best wedding. Most notably, following our rehearsal dinner, I came to the realization that I left my veil in Atlanta. I felt overwhelmingly devastated by my mistake at the time. Upon trouble shooting with my maid of honor, we sent a few ‘hail marry’ text messages out to see if anyone could help find us a veil (keeping in mind the nearest bridal shop opened only a couple hours prior to our first look, and was over an hour away.) Jackie was the only one to respond at 3am, and provided a solution. She calmed my nerves, and once again left me feeling safe and reassured that everything was going to be okay. I had a beautiful veil in my possession by 10am the following morning, all thanks to Jackie and her team’s efforts. I will never forget the overwhelming emotions of relief when the veil was hand delivered, and it is a moment I will always be thankful for.

The story of the veil embodies Jackie’s ethics and how she runs her business. Not only is she incredibly talented at the design element of planning, but she is also sincerely thoughtful in her attention to detail, and caring which shined through all of her team in my time of need. We are forever grateful for the role Jackie Watson and her team played in our wedding, and the moment we saw our tent for the first time will always be one of our most cherished memories from our wedding.

We had the pleasure of meeting Jaclyn Watson and working with the entire Jaclyn Watson Events Team this past fall of 2018 for a very special couple having their magical wedding weekend at Reading Farms Estate. From the go Jackie is an outgoing personality with a very precise sense of time management. She was always early on the property and the last one of her staff to leave. She made sure personally that everything was always taken care of before leaving the property.

She and her staff are not afraid of diving in where needed which is one trait, we enjoyed most in working with her team. They jumped in, assisting the catering crew with moving and placing tables and chairs. They even helped clean dishes which was and is greatly appreciated.

She totally understood and was respectful of the directions from our Reading Farms Estate Team regarding the logistics of the estate. She made sure the music band truck did not touch and ruin our beautiful lawn. The music band guy dropping the instruments was not happy at all but Jackie calmly solved his issue by saying, “don’t worry we will figure it out, I’ll help you” and she did.

Working for the first time at Reading Farms Estate can be ominous since it’s a pristine 400-acre private gated Estate. Just walking around from building to building and to the pool down our maple tree alle`e is a great work out. Jackie understood this and was prepared with 3 golf cars and a mule which she used in moving people to the ceremony location on Heart Hill (a hillside pasture mowed in the shape of a big heart) from the meet and greet hour below in the formal gardens. I even personally saw her and her staff walk all the way up when the ceremony was starting, and they all seemed very happy and exited for Kyle and Drew (beautiful couple BTW)!

The Reading Farms Estate Team highly recommends Jackie and the Jaclyn Watson Events Team. She is, they are very capable of handling stressful situations and turning them around to positive and successful memories. She and her team take initiative in getting things done. Very compatible and similar to our Reading Farms Estate values. Most importantly, she managed the timeline and her staff perfectly. Wedding timelines are notorious for delays! Not with Jackie at the helm. She and here staff respected and loved Reading Farms Estate. We can’t wait to work with them again. Hopefully sooner than later!!

Jackie is the best.

I knew we could have planned our wedding on our own, but considering we live out of state and our free time is very limited, we decided to hire Jackie to help us. Hiring Jackie was by far the best wedding planning decision we made. She helped us to hire the very best vendors and was there to answer my many many questions along the way (and very quickly too!). With her help, our wedding was infinitely better and much less stressful than if we had decided to go it alone.

Jackie made sure that our event ran seamlessly. Our wedding day was so easy and stress free - we just showed up on time and everyone took care of the rest. This was all thanks to Jackie working her behind the scenes magic, and also thanks to how phenomenal our vendors were. We discussed afterwards how blown away we were with all of our vendors and how we found them all because of Jackie. Her expertise in picking vendors can really not be stressed enough.

Jackie was a pleasure to work with and she took such good care of us. We will miss working with her. She helped to make our wedding day truly magical and we will be forever thankful for that.

Jackie and her team were absolutely awesome. She consistently made my family and I feel comfortable and taken care of throughout the planning process. This is something that is super important during wedding planning! We are very thankful that the VTEnchanted team was able to take care of us so last minute in the planning process and we couldn't have asked for better service.

We found Jackie while looking for a winter wedding destination. We picked Vermont because of Jackie. We skyped with her several times before signing a contract and she impressed us so we decided we could trust her. We had never been to Vermont and we live in Texas. For a year and a half, Jackie walked us through each step of the process to make our dream come true. On the wedding day Jackie took care of everything before, during, and after the wedding, so that everyone could enjoy our wedding duty free. Even during the wedding she had some impromptu suggestions that we took and they worked out very well.

Overall we were very satisfied with Jackie's service and dedication. We would highly recommend her for any event planning in Vermont. She knows her $#%^!
