Literally, come rain or shine!!

They setup the tent in the rain and they took down the tent in the rain!! The ground was wet and muddy but they got it done! Awesome to work with abs communication was great!

Incredible to work with!

Rain or Shine was really amazing to work with for our wedding weekend. They were flexible and willing to change things last minute (ex. adding chairs because our guest count had changed). The team was very responsive and friendly. I highly recommend them for any event you are planning!!

The best in the business!!

From the big items to the small, from the early planning to the last minute changes- these guys are INCREDIBLE to work with AND they have it ALL! We had a decent rental order with them and not only were they easy to work with but they were completely reliable and efficient with setup/teardown. Hire them- you won't regret it!!

Great Tent and Lighting Vendor!

We booked Rain or Shine for our wedding this past July at Hildene in Vermont and they were great! They delivered on the lighting in the tent and it looked exactly how we envisioned! We also added a boxwood, faux greenery backdrop about a week before our wedding and it was no issue - and it looked amazing! Overall Rain and Shine is great to work with and they deliver on your wedding vision!

Great tent/lighting rentals

We got married at a venue that could not hold how large our group was, so we opted for a dinner tent for the group of around 250. We had worked with Pete in the past for my sister's wedding, and it was just as easy of an experience this time around. He was super helpful in explaining the different types of tents, and why one might be better than another for a Vermont September wedding. They also handled the lighting and a few extra rentals we needed and it went just as smoothly. They had great suggestions but had a wide inventory of things in case we wanted something a little bit different. I would highly recommend working with them, everything went off without a hitch.

Pete and team were great to work with! There must have been 20 versions of the order form by the end due to all of my requests, changes, etc. and they were so accommodating and flexible. A few days before the wedding our forecast was iffy and Pete was able to coordinate a beautiful clear top tent for our outdoor cocktail hour which was beautiful regardless of rain or shine! The security of knowing we had this made the few days leading up to the wedding worry free. The lighting under our reception tent is something I will never forget and only complimented the natural beauty of our Green Mountain surrounding. We would absolutely recommend Rain or Shine for any and all of your event rental needs:)

Rain or shine has an incredible selection of items to rent for a wedding or special event. What is more, they were able to listen to my vision and transform the reception venue for my wedding, a white tent, into a beautiful, enchanted space complete with lights and greenery. I wanted to hang greenery from the ceiling of the tent, and they were able to listen to my vision and somehow engineer a structure in the tent to exactly deliver what I wanted. I was thoroughly impressed by their expertise and creativity.

Rain or Shine was amazing! They were super responsive, communicative, and professional. They were able to provide us with all the rental equipment we wanted: a beautiful tent, chairs and tables for the reception, bars and adirondack chairs for the cocktail hour, fire pits and a tent heater for the night, and chairs for our ceremony. We hosted our wedding at my parents house in a open field that was uneven, and they worked with us for a year to help get the land ready for the wedding. They were able to give us much needed advice on where the tent and chairs should be placed, but also listened to and fully accommodated our preferences. They took exact measures and pictures of the land so that when other vendors had questions about the tent, we could answer them in detail. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Rain or Shine provided such a beautiful setup for our wedding day including the ceremony space and beautiful sailcloth reception tent. They had special touches such as the beautiful mahogany 3-sided bar (a must!!!) as well as the black and white checkerboard dance floor and crystal chandeliers of my wedding dreams. My goal of creating a sophisticated elegant space in the middle of a rustic and beautiful VT field would not have been possible with out them.

My spouse and I planned our Vermont wedding from California, and Rain or Shine made it so easy to get exactly what we wanted! Pete and Mary were easy to work with, prompt with their communications, and delivered on exactly what we envisioned for our reception. They have an extensive selection of tables and chairs for every taste. Everything we ordered was delivered and set up according to our specifications, and we had absolutely no problems. We could not be happier!
