The Inn at Weathersfield is an authentic farm-to-table inn, restaurant and wedding venue located in Perkinsville, Vermont. Set on an expansive 21 wooded acres of countryside, The Inn at Weathersfield is known as one of the most sought-after intimate wedding locations in Southern Vermont and is close to Okemo/Ludlow, Springfield, Chester and Woodstock. Built in 1792, The Inn at Weathersfield has a diverse history and plenty of breathtaking spaces to host your special event or wedding.
Facilities and Capacity
The Inn at Weathersfield offers unique venue spaces that can host wedding parties and special events with a capacity of up to 120 guests outside under a tent and indoors, up to 40 guests. Their on-site outdoor chapel is a popular pick amongst couples. Tucked away in the tall pines, this charming and whimsical space is perfect for those looking to celebrate a nature-focused ceremony. Alternatively, the meadow by the pond is a great option, as it offers stunning views of the Weathersfield property. They also have luxurious accommodations on-site to accommodate up to 27 guests. Guest can choose from 12 guest rooms, 6 queens and 6 kings (with three roll-away beds) all tastefully unique in decor.

Beyond Our Wildest Dreams!
Everything about our experience with the Inn at Weathersfield was incredible, we truly could not have been happier with how things went. It was the perfect place for our small wedding. We booked all 12 rooms of the inn for our wedding weekend celebration so that our families could spend quality time together. In addition to being sparkling clean, the rooms are all very unique and have so much character. All our guests felt truly at home staying at the Inn.
The owners, Marilee and Richard, in addition to their staff were so kind and easy to work with. Everyone went above and beyond for our wedding weekend and we are so grateful.
The only obstacle in the way of our perfect wedding came as our florist was unable to set out our floral arrangements as planned on our long dining table. This could have been disastrous, as the 28 foot loose floral table runner required a large amount of prep to complete. Marilee was unfazed by this and jumped into action immediately to ensure that everything went as planned. She gathered her entire staff and worked tirelessly to trim roses and other flowers and weave eucalyptus and greenery to pull of an incredible centerpiece just in nick of time.
Our family raved about the incredible food carefully crafted by Chef Kyle and the beautiful presentation and attentive service by Marilee and her team.
The Inn’s well-manicured landscape created an abundance of picturesque backdrops that were a photographer’s dream. Our photographer had no trouble finding locations for breathtaking wedding photos. Pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the Chapel in the Woods where we held our ceremony and surrounding greenery.
We are looking forward to returning and know that our wedding guest feel the same way!

Beautiful Wedding, Great People, Delicious Food!
Marilee, Richard, and Chef Michael worked with us to achieve our vision of an outdoor ceremony in the pine glen and clear-tented reception (which we were able to do even on an unseasonably freezing cold day!) with a locally sourced menu served family-style that catered to not only our tastes, but a wide variety of dietary restrictions among our wedding guests. Marilee coordinated all of the rentals we needed, patiently working with us to help choose the right elements to make the wedding look beautiful and feel upscale with a rustic twist. All of our guests kept asking how we found this venue, and were as enchanted by it as we were at first visit. And did I mention the food?! It just doesn't get any better. If you're trying to find something beyond the cookie-cutter, one size fits all destination wedding, then you're in luck! We can't wait to visit again soon. Thank you, Marilee and Richard!
