She even mailed over 20 napkin samples to me in New York, which was a lifesaver since I wasn’t local and had trouble deciding based on photos alone.

The chairs and napkins we rented for our reception at the Woodstock Inn really brought our vision together, and we couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. Working with Vermont Tent Company was fantastic! Roberta made everything so easy — she went through all the items we thought we needed to rent and suggested additional items we hadn’t considered. We rented the tent, tables, chairs, a bar, and glassware, and everything looked beautiful.

I worked with Emily in getting a quote and then editing it multiple times throughout the process. The tent was delivered and set up prior to arrival at the venue. All of the items we rented were great quality and perfect for what we needed. Emily was great to work with and was great in making suggestions on items we might need without “selling” them to us. We used VT Tent Rentals to rent our cutlery, plates, glassware, and linens for our wedding on June 19, 2021. We had an ever-fluctuating guest list with the impact of COVID and they were always quick to respond in updating our rentals. The rentals are very affordable and great quality. I highly recommend them.

VT Tent Co came recommended from our venue (Basin Harbor) and did a great job! They provided our tent, lighting, dance floor, stage for band, 4 farm tables (that we combined with the white round tables provided by our venue), Napa chairs for the farm tables and sweetheart table, and wine barrels which we used multiple times throughout the weekend. They were great at helping us figure out the right size tent, when we weren’t sure how many guests we’d get and also leaving room to accommodate rain (which we luckily didn’t have). We invited 260 and ended up with 200 and our 60x100 foot Centur tent was perfect. They came and set everything up the day before which was great. Briana was very responsive throughout the planning process and great to work with!

We had a great experience working with Vermont Tent for our wedding rentals. Emily, who we mostly worked with, was super professional and communicative and helpful throughout the whole process. She provided great guidance in the showroom and was able to help us pick tableware and linens that were perfect for the space where we were having our reception – she even had a carpet sample from the venue to help us pick the color for our napkins! They were able to work with our caterer and provide some last minute requests with total flexibilty and ease. Definitely a great, professional team with a wide selection of rentals.

We hired Vermont Tent Company to set up a tent on a private residence for our wedding. This was a unique situation because my husband and I got married on an Air BnB property that we had not yet had the chance to see prior to Vermont Tent Company's site inspection. There wasn't enough soil depth for the stakes so cement anchors had to be brought in, which meant a larger tent than originally ordered. Vermont Tent Company discounted the tent to offset the cost of the cement anchors. There were a lot of moving parts with our small wedding since it was also being catered and the two vendors needed to work together to make sure the caterer would have everything they needed to cook on property. On the day the tent was set up, the workers were very professional and the end result was fabulous. Our guests had a wonderful time at our wedding.
