We can’t sing the praises of Cloud 9 Caterers any louder! Chef Stephen and his team truly outdid themselves and provided a meal that our friends and family haven't stopped talking about since our wedding day this past August!

Cloud 9 made the planning process extremely easy from start to finish. They were communicative, detail oriented, and professional. The service they provided was done with thoughtfulness, intention, and genuine care. We were psyched to have such incredible food at our wedding, but even more so to know that the people behind the scenes were just as incredible!

We dream about the tomato panzanella salad we had as our starter and the chicken parmesan often and can’t wait until we can have more food cooked by Chef Stephen in the future! We are so grateful to the Cloud 9 Caterers team for making our wedding meal(s) everything we dreamed of and more!

They provided meals for the entire weekend — a mouthwatering BBQ rehearsal dinner, delicious breakfast for those staying at the Inn, a sumptuous lunch for the wedding party, outstanding cocktail hour appetizers, an elegant plated reception dinner, and even late-night tacos — and every meal was a huge success. They seamlessly accommodated dietary needs with creative and flavorful options. Each dish was perfectly prepared, beautifully presented, and showcased the best of fresh, locally sourced Vermont ingredients. Guests said the food was hands-down some of the best they’ve ever had at a wedding.

The cocktail hour was a highlight — guests couldn’t get enough of the gourmet passed appetizers: vegan ceviche, ahi poke, caramelized cauliflower, and meatballs, along with artisanal mezze and cheese & charcuterie boards. Dinner was equally impressive, with perfectly prepared beef tenderloin, vibrant summer ratatouille, and my personal favorite, the exquisite sweet corn agnolotti. The decadent wedding cake — a chocolate ganache with berry anglaise and seasonal berries — was the perfect finish.

Beyond the incredible food, the service was outstanding. From the initial menu planning to the final delivery, the Cloud 9 team’s professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care shone through. Renee, Chef Stephen, and the entire Cloud 9 team went above and beyond with thoughtful touches and seamless execution that made everything run smoothly.

Cloud 9 is hands down the best catering company for any of your event needs. They are fun to be around, but most importantly they are professional and their food is spectacular.

For our wedding, we wanted to give our guests a true Vermont farm to table experience. Cloud 9 provided that and so much more. They are a true all in one catering company. I didn't realize this when we hired them. BUT I quickly found out that having servers, people to pick up after us was SO key to allowing us to enjoy our big day. I didn't have to worry about taking the trash out at the end of our wedding, little things like this help SO much for the bride and groom to enjoy the day.

Stephan and Sarah are such a great team and we are so glad we worked with them. They had great ideas for how we could give subtle nods to my husbands roots (Georgia Peaches!) and they incorporated them nicely.

Food: amazing. Service: Four Seasons Rate. Creative. We had a pretty unconventional wedding, and I was worried that things wouldn't fit well (timing, structure, etc) I think Cloud 9 played a huge role in making sure that our wedding went off without a hitch, which some could argue was not their responsibility. They really went above and beyond. The food was SO good. I loved working with Cloud 9 Sarah made the planning process fun. Booking with cloud 9 you will not regret.
