Our entire experience with Catering by Dale, from start to finish, was personal, professional and wonderful. They are a team of experienced wedding professionals who go above and beyond just a food and beverage service. In addition to their delicious food and seamless service, Susan also provided wedding coordination services for us leading up to and day-of our wedding. I was so confident with everything that they had planned that I was actually able to show up and enjoy the party as a guest and not be worried about the details. Not only is the team organized and professional but the food is incredible and beautifully plated, matching the quality of a five-star restaurant experience. We had so many of our guests comment on how amazing the food was, as well as the cocktails. I would absolutely recommend Catering by Dale for their great value, professional service and delicious food.

We recently worked with Catering by Dale for our June 3 wedding. We had an incredible experience with them - working both with Dale developing the menu and Mary, the event coordinator. We were in communication with them throughout the year in the planning process, and both were respectful and prompt. The food was delicious & reflected our vision exactly. Mary did an amazing job making the day feel like a breeze - our wedding was all that we dreamt of and that day there was not an ounce of stress or uncertainty about what might happen, she took care of it all!

My husband Luc and I got married one year ago today, August 1, 2015. Dale and her team provided absolutely amazing support and service for our wedding! Everyone raved (and still does!) about our food, saying it was the best wedding food they ever had. It was a true pleasure working with Dale, Mary Norton and the team. From the very beginning Dale and her team were amazing, responsive, and not stressful to work with. We were having a summer wedding at a private home and we wanted it to feel fun, not stuffy, but still special and elegant. We had roughly 200 guests. We were living in Boston at the time and were planning the wedding remotely. Dale spent lots of time on the phone/email helping to craft our perfect menu. She was really helpful and giving advise on what was going to be in season at the time. She totally understood the feel we were going for.

This was a large wedding at a private home, so lots of logistics to be worked out! Dale and Cher were fantastic with the pre-wedding planning of everything. They were able to work magic behind the scenes and made sure to not stress me out with any issues that may have been happening.

Day of the wedding was incredible. Dale and her team are SO professional. I knew the food was going to be amazing and wasn't worried about that, but I could have never imagined how phenomenal the staff was going to be. They were attentive but seemed to totally disappear in the background. I want to highlight Cher specifically - she not only executed all of the timing for food, etc. but she truly was my day of wedding planner. She even helped with the timing of the ceremony walk downs! She was the liaison with all of my vendors. If I could, I would hire her to be the day of planner for any event I was hosting.

Finally - the food! Now I know that I'm biased since it was my wedding, but hands down best wedding meal I've ever had and our guests agreed. It was delicious and beautifully presented but also, fun and not uptight. We loved the food so much that my husband had Dale cater my 30th birthday so we could eat all of our yummy apps from the wedding again!

If you work with Catering by Dale, you will not only have incredible food but you'll have a staff that executes your wedding to perfection!

Catering By Dale was wonderful to work with. Dale and Cher (our day-of coordinator) were responsive, and we had no problems. EVERYONE raved about the food. My sister told me it was the best food she's ever had at a wedding. I couldn't eat enough - everything was delicious! We made a special request to include Asian cuisine in our menu, and we had serving stations with a variety of foods (one of the stations was all Asian foods), and we also made special requests for a large amount of vegetarian options. They accommodated all requests, were very organized the day of the wedding, and it was presented beautifully. We had a build-your-own cupcake station with different types of cake and icing (all delicious). They made our wedding cake, too, and I have never eaten a more delicious cake in my life! I cannot say enough good things about Catering By Dale!

Catering by Dale catered our private event on 12/14 at the Shelburne Museum. I have had experience with CBD in a previous career and knew that I could expect fabulous results with them. The event was for 150 guests and we served heavy passed and stationary appetizers and cocktails. Guests were coming up to us during the entire event complimenting the food. Catering by Dale was responsive before, during and after the event. The staff is extremely professional and attentive! The food is scrumptious! The experience was exceptional! I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for creative food, good communication and a smooth running event. Thank you Catering by Dale!

Dale is wonderful. She is organized, professional, and flexible. Her food is fabulous and she has an extensive menu. Unlike other caterers who have a specific menu, Dale works with each client to craft a personalized menu to fit food preference and budget. The food was delicious and fit our budget perfectly. Cher (Dale's wedding coordinator) was efficient, organized, and kind. She helped make the wedding go smoothly!
