Samara was truly the calm in the chaos of wedding planning. She was endlessly patient with my ever-evolving ideas and my very busy schedule, even accommodating countless “car meetings” without hesitation. She was always budget-conscious, helping us make thoughtful decisions without ever sacrificing vision or quality. She brought my “old-money Italian family, classic but in the woods of New Hampshire” vision to life in a way that will forever make me think, “Oh my god… this was my wedding.” From start to finish, everything felt effortless and seamless. She handled me, our families, and my forever-joking husband with such grace and humor that it became clear she wasn’t just our planner — she became part of our lives. In fact, my now-husband was genuinely annoyed the wedding was over because it meant Samara was “leaving us.” If you’re looking for someone who brings organization, heart, and a steady sense of calm to one of the most chaotic seasons of your life, Samara is absolutely the person you want by your side.

It's hard to put into a short review just how impactful Samara was on our entire wedding experience, so I'll start with how I and my family felt the entire weekend of our wedding: joyful, ecstatic, and shockingly relaxed. Samara will forever be my number one recommendation for achieving the perfect wedding, regardless of what theme or style or venue you're hoping to have. She translated over a year of stream of consciousness conversations and random text messages into a wedding that far exceeded anything we could have dreamed of.

We hired Samara after booking our venue, something I would recommend doing the other way around for anyone starting planning just to get as much of her insights as early as possible. We opted for her full wedding planning package and had 14 months of planning time with her (which she kindly offered to split the payments across rather than a standard singular deposit and singular final payment). Choosing her full wedding planning package was the best decision we made in this planning process. If this is something you're able to fit into your budget, and if you're someone who gets easily overwhelmed by the idea of planning a massive party with highly specific constraints for pretty much everyone you've ever known (I know I'm not the only one!), I truly cannot recommend this choice enough.

Samara came prepared with thoughtfully curated lists of vendors that fit our vision and kept us from getting too bogged down with decision paralysis. She helpfully articulated budget breakdowns and gave suggestions based on what aspects were most important to us (food and photography). And even in the weeks leading up to the wedding when ideas had to change due to last minute stress, she calmly provided solutions that she put into action immediately and executed to perfection.

I could write a billion more paragraphs about how phenomenal Samara is, but if you're in the New England area and you want a planner who will fully embrace your perfect concept of a wedding (no matter how specific or offbeat it is) while giving you the support and honesty of a close friend, then choose Samara. I promise you won't regret it.

It was an absolute joy working with Samara to plan our wedding in coastal Maine. We live in California, so getting everything sorted from afar would have been impossible without her guidance and connections with local vendors. She held our hands throughout the whole process, allowing us to guide the vision while she drove the details and execution forward.

I can't say enough about Samara! I wanted nothing to do with wedding planning and was honestly overwhelmed by the idea of it, but thanks to Samara I not only got through the planning, but enjoyed the day and the planning was manageable because she is so good about keeping you on schedule and helping with decision making during the process. There were countless times I asked her about when a payment was due, or about a specific detail of a vendor contract and she would have an answer for me in minutes because she is just so organized. I had a very broad idea of what I may want the wedding to be like, but I could not have created a full image of the wedding or brought it to life without her help.
We had originally planned our wedding for 2023, but about 6 months before our scheduled wedding we unexpectedly had to postpone it by an entire year. Samara helped us reschedule with all of our vendors and we were able to replan the wedding without much issue because she was so helpful.
