The Perfect Planner Is Here

Kelly is incredible. To call her talented, thoughtful, professional, and kind does not do her justice. She understood what we were going for from the very beginning, and worked with us through shifting vendors and difficult venues us to create the kind of event we didn't know was possible. She has a flawless sense of design, amazing people skills, and organizational abilities that absolutely knocked our socks off. She was a pleasure to work with, and every call or meeting we had with her made us more relaxed and more excited. She took care of details we never even considered, and made sure every moment was flawless. Ultimately, she took all the stress out of planning the event and created a wonderful experience that we got to enjoy. I cannot say enough good things about her. Thank you, Kelly!

Wonderful!

Kelly is very responsive, very efficient, and a joy to work with! We recently partnered with her on several 300+ guest event dates, and no detail was overlooked in the planning process. Ashley is amazing!

Cannot recommend highly enough!

Hiring Kelly and her team for full-service planning was the single best decision I made in my wedding planning process!! We had an amazing experience working with Kelly and her team. Kelly was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. There are so many options and decisions to make when wedding planning, and Kelly outlined everything that needed to be done, when, and worked with us on a budget to manage. She made wedding planning as stress free as possible for us. I still can’t believe how beautiful and enjoyable my wedding was. Everything went off without a hitch and Kelly was there every step of the way. We had the best time and loved every vendor and detail. I told Kelly I wanted one big dance party and that’s what we got! I’m so thankful to her and her team for their guidance, professionalism, and kindness!

Wedding of my dreams!!!

Hiring Kelly was easily the BEST decision we made in the wedding planning process. When we first met with her, we loved how organized, detail-oriented, and clear she and her team were. I tend to get anxiety over logistics/details, and I always felt like she and her team hit everything out of the park. They made things feel far less daunting to us over the past year of planning. The best part about working with Kelly is that she knows all the best vendors - they don't just do great work, but they're also a pleasure to work with and go out of their way to get to know you and make the day special for you. Cut to the wedding weekend itself -- everything was STUNNING and truly reflected our personalities and even my culture. Our guests kept asking us "how does she do it?!" because she and her team were juggling a million things and doing it completely calm, cool, and collected. I especially appreciated how her team and the rest of our vendors were so positive and kind to our guests. Can't recommend Kelly, Paula, and the rest of the team enough!!!

The best money we spent

We were initially hesitant about hiring a wedding planner, because our venue had an on-site event manager who would be assisting us. The day after our wedding, we looked back and both agreed that hiring Kelly Elizabeth Events was far and away, the best money we spent. We worked with Ashley Auger, who was incredible to work with. From the initial planning, to weekly follow up/check ins, coordinating all of our vendors, and her assistance with everything on the actual wedding day, we could not have had a better, more stress free experience. One of our biggest compliments from our wedding is how nicely everything flowed, and that we maximized every minute of our time. Ashley (and the KEE team) was the reason for that.

Stop what you are doing and book Kelly right now!

In retrospect, it was truly a no brainer. Looking back, we knew we wanted someone to help execute the logistics on our wedding day, but Kelly truly exceeded all of our expectations. After initially going through Kelly’s offerings, we decided on the month prior and day of package. From the start Kelly was super helpful offering to answer any questions as we were starting to plan. From the initial call, Kelly put me and my wife at ease- answering any questions or concerns we had. After going through our goals, plans, and details, Kelly provided a full day of schedule that made the day run so smoothly. She coordinated with each of our vendors to ensure they were able to execute on the timeline and answered any of their logistical questions along the way. Two days prior to the wedding, Kelly visited the venue with us to make sure every detail was covered and we were put at ease. To help our parents and our officiant, she did a full walk through of the ceremony. From our initial call, I emphasized how I wanted the day to run on schedule to ensure ample time for dancing during the reception. It was not easy by any means, but Kelly executed it to perfection making sure that we were often ahead of schedule rather than on schedule. On the day of, Kelly checked in on us at the hotel, delivered flowers to the bridal party/family, and even brought some of our items to the venue from the hotel ahead of photos; Kelly was everywhere all at once. She wrangled the bridal party, helped my wife with her veil, and even made sure the music was hooked up on the bus to give us a boost of energy after pictures. I could truly go on and on about every detail Kelly thought of- making sure that we had a separate plate of appetizers and a round of drinks to decompress before heading into cocktail hour to helping setup our photo booth to ensuring the band was fed and ready to play as much as possible throughout the night to lining up the bridal party for their entrance into the reception. As much as me, my wife and our families raved about Kelly’s work, even our venders noticed and were complimentary of Kelly’s work saying they were so thankful since their meals are often overlooked and they were so happy that they did not have to rush their meals. The cherry on top was when packing up at the venue I almost forgot to think about all of our cards and looked over to see that Kelly had them already packed away in a bag for us to take home. Kelly’s abilities and experience truly put us at ease on our wedding day, which is so necessary with everything else going on that day. I don’t know what we would have done without her!
As a separate note, I would also like to highlight an additional service that Kelly offered that our guests complimented and I would highly recommend. We were concerned about the logistics of our busses- ensuring they departed on time and all of our guests knew where to go (as we were staying at a large venue with several other hotels that day). Kelly stationed an assistant at our hotel who wrangled all of our guests, ensured they knew where the bus was, and instructed the busses to depart when at capacity. It was so nice to hear from my aunt that they didn’t even have to think about where to go with the bus that Kelly’s assistant approached anyone dressed up for the wedding asking if they were with our party and kindly directed them to our busses. Her assistant event went above and beyond to save seats towards the front of the bus for elderly family members, which my grandmother appreciated so much.
In all, there is no price on a piece of mind and the ability to be able to truly enjoy your wedding day. If that is what you are looking for, Kelly is the person for the job.

Incredible Planner!

From the time of our engagement, to the wedding itself, there are honestly very few vendors who I could recommend without reservations. Kelly Soule is one of those. She was absolutely on top of her game from beginning to end.

In fact, my mom says that she was surprised when I approached her with the idea for hiring a wedding planner, thinking we'd have taken care of everything ourselves. She was a bit dubious at first, but went along with it. In the end, she told me that it was one of the best decisions we made for the day and that she was so glad we had hired Kelly. Similarly, I told Kelly I had momentarily doubted her design plan when she suggested a blue menu with the various design items we used, but when I saw the reception come together, I told her that she had been right all along and it was absolutely perfect!

Kelly did all the "boring" parts of "hostessing" the wedding that we didn't want to do or need to be doing personally (handing out envelopes of money, bringing signs from one place to another, making sure miscellaneous props/items were taken from the church to the wedding) and my parents, in-laws, husband, and I were able to enjoy the day without a worry in the world. Kelly kept vendors in check during planning when they were difficult to work with and she kept us on our schedule/itinerary on the day of (in fact, she kept us ahead of schedule!!) and everything was perfect.

Finally, and I hope this is never a necessary detail again, but I did want to point out that Kelly was an absolute dream to work with when we had to reschedule due to COVID. She jumped right in to assist us in contacting our vendors and handled any difficulty they had with professionalism (both in that moment and later on!!) and we were able to reschedule without losing a single vendor. Just knowing we had someone who truly cared about our event and day, as well as her sheer kindness and compassion due to the unfortunate circumstances that so many of us COVID brides ran into, was so reassuring in the rescheduling process. Honestly, it must have been pretty annoying too because, due to our extended engagement, we then rethought our entire design idea, which was already complicated to start as it was mostly bilingual.... anyway, Kelly never once complained and helped us revamp the whole idea and the event was perfect (have I said "perfect" enough???).

If you've ever doubted whether you needed a wedding planner, let me tell you that you definitely do. Kelly's company is the one to hire and I will be recommending her to everyone I know.

Our Best Wedding Decision - Choosing Kelly Elizabeth Events

Choosing Kelly Elizabeth Events to be our wedding planner was without a doubt the best decision we made our entire planning process. After speaking to several planners, we initially met and booked Kelly in 2019 for our 2020 wedding. Once COVID hit, Kelly and her team stuck with us through not one but two postponements (we finally got married May 2022). Planning a wedding during COVID was incredibly stressful, and it was heartbreaking to have to put our plans on hold twice - Kelly was a lifesaver throughout the process and made postponing as seamless as it could possibly be. Kelly is a consummate professional. She is extremely organized, detail oriented, and has an eye for design. She made our wedding vision come to life in a way that felt very authentic to us as a couple. She truly listens, offers creative and unique suggestions, but is never pushy. Having Kelly by my side for the planning felt like having a trusted friend who happened to be an expert at weddings. We could sing Kelly's praises for pages, but above all we are immensely grateful to Kelly and her team for truly going above and beyond for our wedding - I would absolutely work with her again in a heartbeat.

The most amazing and fun reception!

Kelly and her team are phenomenal- I wish I could give her more than five stars! We have been gushing over the photos and videos we’ve received from friends 😊 She made our visions for our wedding reception come to life, and we’re so happy with how everything turned out! Our guests loved every aspect and also had a blast at the event.

Not only is Kelly’s team talented, they’re also very kind, patient, and FUN. They kept the positive vibes going all day. Our wedding parties loved having them around to keep everyone on track with transportation schedules, first looks, etc. I really can’t express how happy and grateful we are in looking at the end product. Because of Kelly and her team, my now husband and I were able to fully enjoy our wedding reception! We have so many fond memories because Kelly and her team were present to ensure everything was executed without a hitch.
