In retrospect, it was truly a no brainer. Looking back, we knew we wanted someone to help execute the logistics on our wedding day, but Kelly truly exceeded all of our expectations. After initially going through Kelly’s offerings, we decided on the month prior and day of package. From the start Kelly was super helpful offering to answer any questions as we were starting to plan. From the initial call, Kelly put me and my wife at ease- answering any questions or concerns we had. After going through our goals, plans, and details, Kelly provided a full day of schedule that made the day run so smoothly. She coordinated with each of our vendors to ensure they were able to execute on the timeline and answered any of their logistical questions along the way. Two days prior to the wedding, Kelly visited the venue with us to make sure every detail was covered and we were put at ease. To help our parents and our officiant, she did a full walk through of the ceremony. From our initial call, I emphasized how I wanted the day to run on schedule to ensure ample time for dancing during the reception. It was not easy by any means, but Kelly executed it to perfection making sure that we were often ahead of schedule rather than on schedule. On the day of, Kelly checked in on us at the hotel, delivered flowers to the bridal party/family, and even brought some of our items to the venue from the hotel ahead of photos; Kelly was everywhere all at once. She wrangled the bridal party, helped my wife with her veil, and even made sure the music was hooked up on the bus to give us a boost of energy after pictures. I could truly go on and on about every detail Kelly thought of- making sure that we had a separate plate of appetizers and a round of drinks to decompress before heading into cocktail hour to helping setup our photo booth to ensuring the band was fed and ready to play as much as possible throughout the night to lining up the bridal party for their entrance into the reception. As much as me, my wife and our families raved about Kelly’s work, even our venders noticed and were complimentary of Kelly’s work saying they were so thankful since their meals are often overlooked and they were so happy that they did not have to rush their meals. The cherry on top was when packing up at the venue I almost forgot to think about all of our cards and looked over to see that Kelly had them already packed away in a bag for us to take home. Kelly’s abilities and experience truly put us at ease on our wedding day, which is so necessary with everything else going on that day. I don’t know what we would have done without her!
As a separate note, I would also like to highlight an additional service that Kelly offered that our guests complimented and I would highly recommend. We were concerned about the logistics of our busses- ensuring they departed on time and all of our guests knew where to go (as we were staying at a large venue with several other hotels that day). Kelly stationed an assistant at our hotel who wrangled all of our guests, ensured they knew where the bus was, and instructed the busses to depart when at capacity. It was so nice to hear from my aunt that they didn’t even have to think about where to go with the bus that Kelly’s assistant approached anyone dressed up for the wedding asking if they were with our party and kindly directed them to our busses. Her assistant event went above and beyond to save seats towards the front of the bus for elderly family members, which my grandmother appreciated so much.
In all, there is no price on a piece of mind and the ability to be able to truly enjoy your wedding day. If that is what you are looking for, Kelly is the person for the job.
