The Perfect Planner Is Here
Kelly is incredible. To call her talented, thoughtful, professional, and kind does not do her justice. She understood what we were going for from the very beginning, and worked with us through shifting vendors and difficult venues us to create the kind of event we didn't know was possible. She has a flawless sense of design, amazing people skills, and organizational abilities that absolutely knocked our socks off. She was a pleasure to work with, and every call or meeting we had with her made us more relaxed and more excited. She took care of details we never even considered, and made sure every moment was flawless. Ultimately, she took all the stress out of planning the event and created a wonderful experience that we got to enjoy. I cannot say enough good things about her. Thank you, Kelly! -

Kelly is very responsive, very efficient, and a joy to work with! We recently partnered with her on several 300+ guest event dates, and no detail was overlooked in the planning process. Hiring Kelly and her team for full-service planning was the single best decision I made in my wedding planning process!! We had an amazing experience working with Kelly and her team. Kelly was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and easy to communicate with. There are so many options and decisions to make when wedding planning, and Kelly outlined everything that needed to be done, when, and worked with us on a budget to manage. She made wedding planning as stress free as possible for us. I still can’t believe how beautiful and enjoyable my wedding was. Everything went off without a hitch and Kelly was there every step of the way. We had the best time and loved every vendor and detail. I told Kelly I wanted one big dance party and that’s what we got! I’m so thankful to her and her team for their guidance, professionalism, and kindness!-

Wedding of my dreams!!!
Hiring Kelly was easily the BEST decision we made in the wedding planning process. When we first met with her, we loved how organized, detail-oriented, and clear she and her team were. I tend to get anxiety over logistics/details, and I always felt like she and her team hit everything out of the park. They made things feel far less daunting to us over the past year of planning. The best part about working with Kelly is that she knows all the best vendors - they don't just do great work, but they're also a pleasure to work with and go out of their way to get to know you and make the day special for you. Cut to the wedding weekend itself -- everything was STUNNING and truly reflected our personalities and even my culture. Our guests kept asking us "how does she do it?!" because she and her team were juggling a million things and doing it completely calm, cool, and collected. I especially appreciated how her team and the rest of our vendors were so positive and kind to our guests. Can't recommend Kelly, Paula, and the rest of the team enough!!!-

The best money we spent
We were initially hesitant about hiring a wedding planner, because our venue had an on-site event manager who would be assisting us. The day after our wedding, we looked back and both agreed that hiring Kelly Elizabeth Events was far and away, the best money we spent. We worked with Ashley Auger, who was incredible to work with. From the initial planning, to weekly follow up/check ins, coordinating all of our vendors, and her assistance with everything on the actual wedding day, we could not have had a better, more stress free experience. One of our biggest compliments from our wedding is how nicely everything flowed, and that we maximized every minute of our time. Ashley (and the KEE team) was the reason for that. -

Stop what you are doing and book Kelly right now!
In retrospect, it was truly a no brainer. Looking back, we knew we wanted someone to help execute the logistics on our wedding day, but Kelly truly exceeded all of our expectations. After initially going through Kelly’s offerings, we decided on the month prior and day of package. From the start Kelly was super helpful offering to answer any questions as we were starting to plan. From the initial call, Kelly put me and my wife at ease- answering any questions or concerns we had. After going through our goals, plans, and details, Kelly provided a full day of schedule that made the day run so smoothly. She coordinated with each of our vendors to ensure they were able to execute on the timeline and answered any of their logistical questions along the way. Two days prior to the wedding, Kelly visited the venue with us to make sure every detail was covered and we were put at ease. To help our parents and our officiant, she did a full walk through of the ceremony. From our initial call, I emphasized how I wanted the day to run on schedule to ensure ample time for dancing during the reception. It was not easy by any means, but Kelly executed it to perfection making sure that we were often ahead of schedule rather than on schedule. On the day of, Kelly checked in on us at the hotel, delivered flowers to the bridal party/family, and even brought some of our items to the venue from the hotel ahead of photos; Kelly was everywhere all at once. She wrangled the bridal party, helped my wife with her veil, and even made sure the music was hooked up on the bus to give us a boost of energy after pictures. I could truly go on and on about every detail Kelly thought of- making sure that we had a separate plate of appetizers and a round of drinks to decompress before heading into cocktail hour to helping setup our photo booth to ensuring the band was fed and ready to play as much as possible throughout the night to lining up the bridal party for their entrance into the reception. As much as me, my wife and our families raved about Kelly’s work, even our venders noticed and were complimentary of Kelly’s work saying they were so thankful since their meals are often overlooked and they were so happy that they did not have to rush their meals. The cherry on top was when packing up at the venue I almost forgot to think about all of our cards and looked over to see that Kelly had them already packed away in a bag for us to take home. Kelly’s abilities and experience truly put us at ease on our wedding day, which is so necessary with everything else going on that day. I don’t know what we would have done without her!
As a separate note, I would also like to highlight an additional service that Kelly offered that our guests complimented and I would highly recommend. We were concerned about the logistics of our busses- ensuring they departed on time and all of our guests knew where to go (as we were staying at a large venue with several other hotels that day). Kelly stationed an assistant at our hotel who wrangled all of our guests, ensured they knew where the bus was, and instructed the busses to depart when at capacity. It was so nice to hear from my aunt that they didn’t even have to think about where to go with the bus that Kelly’s assistant approached anyone dressed up for the wedding asking if they were with our party and kindly directed them to our busses. Her assistant event went above and beyond to save seats towards the front of the bus for elderly family members, which my grandmother appreciated so much.
In all, there is no price on a piece of mind and the ability to be able to truly enjoy your wedding day. If that is what you are looking for, Kelly is the person for the job.

Incredible Planner!
From the time of our engagement, to the wedding itself, there are honestly very few vendors who I could recommend without reservations. Kelly Soule is one of those. She was absolutely on top of her game from beginning to end.
In fact, my mom says that she was surprised when I approached her with the idea for hiring a wedding planner, thinking we'd have taken care of everything ourselves. She was a bit dubious at first, but went along with it. In the end, she told me that it was one of the best decisions we made for the day and that she was so glad we had hired Kelly. Similarly, I told Kelly I had momentarily doubted her design plan when she suggested a blue menu with the various design items we used, but when I saw the reception come together, I told her that she had been right all along and it was absolutely perfect!
Kelly did all the "boring" parts of "hostessing" the wedding that we didn't want to do or need to be doing personally (handing out envelopes of money, bringing signs from one place to another, making sure miscellaneous props/items were taken from the church to the wedding) and my parents, in-laws, husband, and I were able to enjoy the day without a worry in the world. Kelly kept vendors in check during planning when they were difficult to work with and she kept us on our schedule/itinerary on the day of (in fact, she kept us ahead of schedule!!) and everything was perfect.
Finally, and I hope this is never a necessary detail again, but I did want to point out that Kelly was an absolute dream to work with when we had to reschedule due to COVID. She jumped right in to assist us in contacting our vendors and handled any difficulty they had with professionalism (both in that moment and later on!!) and we were able to reschedule without losing a single vendor. Just knowing we had someone who truly cared about our event and day, as well as her sheer kindness and compassion due to the unfortunate circumstances that so many of us COVID brides ran into, was so reassuring in the rescheduling process. Honestly, it must have been pretty annoying too because, due to our extended engagement, we then rethought our entire design idea, which was already complicated to start as it was mostly bilingual.... anyway, Kelly never once complained and helped us revamp the whole idea and the event was perfect (have I said "perfect" enough???).
If you've ever doubted whether you needed a wedding planner, let me tell you that you definitely do. Kelly's company is the one to hire and I will be recommending her to everyone I know.

Our Best Wedding Decision - Choosing Kelly Elizabeth Events
Choosing Kelly Elizabeth Events to be our wedding planner was without a doubt the best decision we made our entire planning process. After speaking to several planners, we initially met and booked Kelly in 2019 for our 2020 wedding. Once COVID hit, Kelly and her team stuck with us through not one but two postponements (we finally got married May 2022). Planning a wedding during COVID was incredibly stressful, and it was heartbreaking to have to put our plans on hold twice - Kelly was a lifesaver throughout the process and made postponing as seamless as it could possibly be. Kelly is a consummate professional. She is extremely organized, detail oriented, and has an eye for design. She made our wedding vision come to life in a way that felt very authentic to us as a couple. She truly listens, offers creative and unique suggestions, but is never pushy. Having Kelly by my side for the planning felt like having a trusted friend who happened to be an expert at weddings. We could sing Kelly's praises for pages, but above all we are immensely grateful to Kelly and her team for truly going above and beyond for our wedding - I would absolutely work with her again in a heartbeat.-

The most amazing and fun reception!
Kelly and her team are phenomenal- I wish I could give her more than five stars! We have been gushing over the photos and videos we’ve received from friends 😊 She made our visions for our wedding reception come to life, and we’re so happy with how everything turned out! Our guests loved every aspect and also had a blast at the event.
Not only is Kelly’s team talented, they’re also very kind, patient, and FUN. They kept the positive vibes going all day. Our wedding parties loved having them around to keep everyone on track with transportation schedules, first looks, etc. I really can’t express how happy and grateful we are in looking at the end product. Because of Kelly and her team, my now husband and I were able to fully enjoy our wedding reception! We have so many fond memories because Kelly and her team were present to ensure everything was executed without a hitch.

Hire Kelly!!!
Kelly & her team are INCREDIBLE. Planning with Kelly is a joy — she's so knowledgeable about the industry, she really pays attention to the needs of her couples, and she's so fun to meet with. We wanted a fairly non-traditional day with a lot of unique flourishes (including sourcing therapy dogs, ribbon wands, and a big display for beer koozies). Kelly not only understood our vision, but she helped us make it even better and executed it with as much enthusiasm as we had. On the day of, Kelly and her team ran a tight ship. We ran on schedule (a miracle), every part of the venue looked incredible, and every tiny detail was planned for. Not only that, but I was so happy to be around her & her presence made me feel calm and ready for the day. We could not have executed our wedding weekend at the level of excellence Kelly and her team did. They truly made our dreams come true!-

Best Wedding Planner Ever!
Kelly was an absolute dream to work with! She's professional, thoughtful, creative, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire wedding process. Our wedding was in MA but my husband and I live in San Diego and Kelly had no hesitation about working with us from across the country! She recommended and communicated with vendors for us and somehow made us feel like we were part of every single detail without feeling overwhelmed. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful; she took my vision and dream and brought it to life (but made it better)! I would 100% recommend Kelly as a wedding planner to all my closest friends and hope she can do my little sisters wedding one day-

Hire Kelly!!
Our advice is get a wedding planner and absolutely go no further than Kelly Elizabeth events! Kelly and her team were excellent and helped us execute all of our wedding details perfectly and made the day an absolute blast! We were a bit behind on our wedding planning and hired Kelly and her team for wedding planning and design approximately 3 months before the wedding. She got right to work confirming last minute vendors (which we probably could not have found without her connections!) and focusing on design details! We had a logistically complex wedding day including a traditional German log cutting ceremony, a parade from our ceremony to reception with marching band and parasols and tambourines, and our wedding reception on a boat! Kelly and her team made the whole day run smoothly so the groom and I could truly enjoy the day and not worry about anything and the guests are still raving to us months later! Kelly’s attention to detail made my type A personality so happy and I absolutely loved her “wedding audit” feature, where we went through all the the details, run of show, and remaining to do list items together about 5 weeks before the wedding. This calmed our nerves and made the last few weeks before the wedding much less stressful and more enjoyable. Kelly became our voice of reason and we turned to her for advice and recommendations for all of the details. We truly valued her opinion and advice. Kelly also helped make our design dreams come true including personal details (using German steins for flower vases since the groom is German)! We highly recommend Kelly and her team, cannot thank her enough, and her services are worth every penny and more to make any ones wedding day beautiful, fun, and stress free!-

Hiring Kelly was the best decision I have ever made. She is AMAZING. I had a tented wedding with 150 people at my in laws home and Kelly brought my vision to life.
Kelly's responsiveness, attention to detail, and organization made the process easy and enjoyable. I had so many little details that needed to be setup and she executed flawlessly. Kelly is always so calm and kind, and when problems came up she handled quietly and I had no idea. She went so above and beyond for me and my wedding day, I can't thank her enough. Words can't express how grateful my husband and I are to have worked with Kelly for our wedding day. From my first phone call with her, I know that she "got it" and would be the exact person to keep us calm and happy leading up to and throughout our day. She is incredibly organized and puts all your worries at ease, no matter how big or small. Kelly was my day of coordinator for my wedding at the Boston Harbor Hotel on 9/17/21 and I couldn’t have asked for someone better.
She was so kind, easy going and organized. She had everything in place before our wedding day and the day was absolutely perfect! I didn’t have to worry about a thing!

Unforgettable Wedding Experience on April 17, 2021
We cannot thank Kelly enough for her amazing coordination of our wedding. My husband and I had originally intended to get married on April 25, 2020, but we were forced to reschedule not once, but three times due to COVID-19. Kelly worked with us through every round of rescheduling, contacting vendors, giving us advice, and also walking us through the ever-changing COVID-19 regulations. In the end, we were able to have a 45-person gathering at the Boston Harbor Hotel’s Meritage Room, with unforgettable views, amazing food, and the delightful celebration that so many of us needed. We thought that our guests would come to celebrate and they were ready to party! This is all thanks to Kelly’s coordination of the event, working with our venue, and again, remaining supremely flexible throughout. Her vendor recommendations were also amazing, and our hair and makeup stylist was just who we were looking for (the perfect stylist for Asian hair and makeup). She just seemed to understand our needs. By the time our wedding date came around, our time of crisis instead became a wonderful memory and just part of the journey for my husband and me. In addition to being a great wedding planner, Kelly is also a fantastic human being. We recommend her without reservation! -

Save yourself some sweat and tears
Kelly was very responsive and flexible with planning our 120-person wedding. We waffled on our theme and vision multiple times and Kelly had a good attitude throughout and went above and beyond to update color themes and mock-ups. Kelly even had a small stash of decor items like frames, sign stands, and vases she offered to rent at very very reasonable prices which would have saved me a lot of headache. She is very hands-on, communicative, and professional with vendors and it seemed that she would be very hands-on during the event. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our wedding due to coronavirus, but Kelly helped us find alternative options and then communicate the cancellation to our vendors. I would definitely hire Kelly again even for non-wedding events. -

Well Executed Day-of Co-ordination
I had planned my wedding from afar and was looking for someone local to assist in executing my day. I was able to tell Ashley my areas of concerns logistics-wise. She executed it perfectly. She cue’d walking of the bridal party, coordinated vendor set-up, got us water, saved us a piece of cake, completed tear-down, and made sure special items were collected. Ashley did a great job and would hire her again!! -

Peace of Mind in the bag!
Kelly was the first planner we met with and off the bat, we knew she was the one for us. She was relaxed and confident, great vibes. We though of just getting a week-of planner but after speaking with her and learning a bit more about what all wedding prep would entail we wanted her for the whole shebang. Throughout the entire year, Kelly was as involved as we needed her to be: if we wanted to take the lead on one item, she let us and made sure we knew she was an available resource if we needed help; if we needed her to step in and be our voice, she was there and ready. Kelly went above and beyond what we expected of a planner and no doubt in our minds she made our experience so much smoother and enjoyable. You will be in great hands if you choose Kelly Elizabeth Events. -

One of the best decisions we made
Kelly and her team did a great job thinking through all the details, and spending over the month leading up to the ceremony making sure that everything was accounted for and that we were comfortable with where things stood at any given time. She is generous with her time and very professional. Our big day went off without a hitch and we are infinitely grateful to Kelly and Ashley for that! Would highly recommend. -

Highly Recommend!
Kelly was truly incredible! My husband and I had a 150 person wedding reception in our backyard at my in-law's house. From the first phone consultation, I knew Kelly would be the perfect day-of coordinator. She seemed to understand the vision of what we wanted for my non-traditional wedding right away. My biggest concern was that my mother-in-law would feel like she had to host, rather than enjoy herself. With Kelly, all the details were thought-through and handled with such expert care, that I got the joy of watching my mother-in-law tear up the dance floor all night!
Kelly was extremely responsive and thoughtful in every detail she handled. When we met in-person for the home visit a week before the wedding, she was able to help calm my nerves by asking the right questions without making me feel overwhelmed. She really handled everything, from restocking the bar to coordinating with the vendors. I could not have done this without Kelly and I was so grateful to have her by my side so that I could enjoy every moment of my wedding!

MVV - Most Valuable Vendor
Kelly was worth every single dollar and more. I had a wedding where nearly everything was DIY. I was very particular and she completely came through in every way.
She attended our rehearsal dinner and made sure we ran through everything as many times as necessary and was at the venue first thing in the morning to oversee the rest of the vendors arrivals.
Kelly had a way of understanding my husband's and my overall direction and was able to handle incidents day of the way we wanted and if there was anything questionable, she came to us for confirmation.
I also had SO much stuff to pack up immediately after the wedding including furniture and electronics and we got every single item back without a scratch thanks to her organization and attention to detail. I would recommend her to anyone no matter how complex your wedding is! -

Best Decision We Made! She's incredible
I NEVER EVER write reviews. However, Kelly truly warrants all praise. If there is one decision you make, hire Kelly. She was the BEST BEST BEST decision we made. Organized, responsive, calm, accommodating, creative, highly efficient. The wedding she planned was off-the-charts. The event was executed flawlessly. The amount of stress we had planning and day of was ZERO, thanks to Kelly. She did such a good job, was a pleasure to work with and managed every little detail so we wouldn't have to worry. We gave her a very small budget for a 150 person party and she stuck to it. She had our best interests in mind and made sure our theme and goals were met. We originally hired her for a day-of coordinator, but decided to have her pick up all the planning 5 months out, due to our crazy work schedules. She was patient with us during that time, found us our vendors, set up the contracts, did all the pricing, went to visit the venue 4-5 times with different vendors or to meet us in person (over an hour from her house). She provided detailed google documents for tracking, budgets and planning. We received weekly email updates as well as phone calls, texts etc. If we suggested an idea that would have been outside our budget she would price it out for us and then give us a cheaper alternative that would stick to our budget. Aesthetically, she transformed our basic venue into a gorgeous party. She saved us heaps of money by doing all the flowers herself (which were gorgeous and EXACTLY what we wanted) and loaned us decor she had in storage. Our friends are still raving about the party and people planning weddings (even out of state folks) are asking for her contact info. Again, she exceeded any vision we originally had our 150 person wedding party. THANK YOU KELLY! -

Amazing Experience
We hired Kelly as our day-of coordinator, and she is the reason our rehearsal and wedding went so perfectly! She was able to use the materials I had made/collected to design beautiful centerpieces. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and loved by both the wedding party and our families. I recommend Kelly 100%! -

Lifesaver!
Kelly was truly priceless in my wedding planning! I chose her package of day of plus, which included help with the whole month before the wedding as well as the day of. Our wedding was at a VERY DIY venue which comes with a lot of extra planning, organizing, and correspondence with different vendors. Kelly took over-confirming everyone, making a timeline and floor plan, and running the rehearsal. The day of she did literally everything from buying more ice, setting and breaking down tables, and making sure everything went smoothly. If you are on the fence about a planner I can tell you you absolutely will not regret working with Kelly! -

Kelly was the reason why I could relax on my wedding day
Kelly did both the last month of planning and day of coordination. She was outstanding and it was clear after we first started working together how competent she was. There is no question in my mind that having Kelly help was worth every penny. She made it easy for me to enjoy the wedding and not worry about lighting candles! -

Best Wedding Planner EVER. HIRE HER!!
Where do I start? My wedding wouldn't have even happened without Kelly. I'm serious. Let me start by saying I had the most amazing wedding ever. Month later, I still have people saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to. I took on the task of planning a backyard wedding by myself not realizing how much work that would be...that's when | hired Kelly. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She was so nice and so professional. Now for the fun part...I had a bunch of different vendors that she had to keep organized...not easy!! Of those vendors, my most important one almost ruined the day!! The company providing the table, chairs, linens, etc was completely unorganized. (he actually went out of business shortly after my wedding) It's really too much to even start to explain but Kelly had to set the tables VERY last minute, items were missing, the generator didn't have gas. I could keep going. Kelly fixed everything and I had no clue anything was even going wrong. She coordinated my whole ceremony and reception, kept everything on schedule, packed up all my things after the wedding, and so much more! She took something that should have been SUPER stressful/complete disaster and turned it into perfection. I am sure she was almost losing her cool the whole day but you would have never know!! Honestly, I was skeptical when trying to choose a wedding planner. It's a lot of pressure you put on one person. Kelly is your girl!! She is the best!! She is definitely in the right business!! I have to say it again...without her my wedding would have been ruined. Having her saved my day and I could not be any more grateful for her.-

Best Coordinator
Kelly was an amazing coordinator. We booked her for our wedding and everything went smoothly. Everyone was in shock because usually something goes wrong at weddings, but not one thing went wrong. I didn't have to worry about a thing on my special day with Kelly being the coordinator. I would definitely book her again and I refer her to anyone I know getting married!!! -

Working with Kelly was a dream come true...literally. Her vision is beautiful, and we trusted her endlessly. We initially hired Kelly for day-of wedding planning only, and soon realized we really needed and wanted her styling expertise. She handled both seemlessly, and our wedding looked so good! Kelly worked with the ideas we had, but was able to readjust accordingly with our budget needs and she never placed judgment on us for our frequent changes and new ideas. She really is the best. -

We Got to Relax and Enjoy Our Day Thanks to Kelly!
We were so lucky to find Kelly! My (now) husband and I wanted our dream wedding, so with a growing list of details to manage, we quickly realized that we couldn't do this by ourselves- we needed help! Kelly came heavily recommended and her references were great - and now I know why- she's amazing!
Kelly was incredibly responsive. She always got back to us quickly, usually within a few hours. She has a huge wealth of knowledge and seemed to know every kind of wedding vendor in Boston. She was very creative and flexible and came up with great solutions to logistical issues or ideas, which ended up saving us time and money! Kelly is extremely organized and on top of everything, which I loved because I am a "Type A". Kelly made sure everyone had reviewed the detailed plan several times before the big day. This was especially important because our ceremony and reception were in two different places, but she made sure her staff all knew the plan and the timeline so the transition was a breeze.
On our special day, all my hubby and I had to do was show up. She made sure everything was beautiful so that we could focus on relaxing and enjoying our day. The planner is probably the most important investment you’ll make. Kelly was wonderful to work with and we definitely recommend using her services!

Wedding Dream Come True
When considering all the expenses that go into a wedding and deciding if there’s room to hire a wedding planner, there might be some hesitation wondering if it’s worth it. I went back and forth for a while before making one of the most important decisions and best spent money in our wedding journey! Kelly is a professional who not only was a pure joy to work with, but she made things so easy for us! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and even helped suggest options for personal touches and details we never thought of. From all the planning and prep work, site visits and day of coordination and troubleshooting - she made everything we wanted and envisioned a reality. I can not recommend her highly enough- save your sanity and hire someone to help! We had a destination wedding weekend with friends and family and in the days following the ceremony my husband said he had such a great time we should do it again in 5 years- if we did, I’d hire her again! -
