I don't even know where to begin. WOW. Chelsea instantly felt like a friend, personalizing every exchange and showing genuine interest in our happiness. We still talk and its 10 months later. I was in town for something else and unexpectedly discovered the venue. I requested to visit and less than 24 hours later there was a "Welcome Krystina" sign ...where else do you see that responsiveness, care, and effort on details. In that moment I knew this was going to be our venue! Chelsea kept in constant communication, and since we lived three hours away, provided us with a list of trusted vendors. We got married during a pandemic and I never once had to ask for status updates, Chelsea was always one step ahead. When there was concern over the limits of attendees and an additional tent was suggested, I expressed concern over the increase in cost and she worked with us to problem solve. "This is what I'm here for, we will make it work"...the words of an angel. The whole staff was friendly, the site is BEAUTIFUL! The men enjoyed reduced rate golfing on an exceptional course. Chelsea was 8 months pregnant and still a ROCK STAR. Everyone raved about the food, the set up, and the sunset. I'm so thankful we "stumbled" upon the Bear Trap Dunes for our happily ever after.

The Chase Center exceeded every expectation I had for my wedding. Dee was always there to answer any question or concern and made any change I needed instantly. She even surprised us by adding my husband's favorite beer to the bar. The wait staff during our reception was fantastic! They were so nice and really seemed happy to be there. We got so many compliments on the food, both at cocktail hour and during the reception. I was able to truly enjoy my wedding day because of the level of service I got from the Chase Center!

Excellent services and communication. Mercedes is the best planner. From the start to finish. All the staff were super accommodating and the food was for the God's! We recommended this Hotel for any type of event.

We had our wedding here on June 7th 2025. We stayed all weekend at the venue and it was such a magical experience! The property itself is gorgeous with amazing landscaping which allows for the best pictures. There’s many different locations on the property to have the ceremony and take plenty of photos. The mansion offered plenty of space for the wedding party to stay and get ready the wedding day. The reception hall was our favorite. Its new yet rustic charm was just what we envisioned for our big day. It held 170 guest comfortably and the big garage doors leading to the patio made it feel even bigger. Through the whole process Lynn was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. He was flexible with arrival times and getting checked in/out and made sure we had everything we needed for the weekend. I feel blessed to have found Sunnybrae Mansion and would do it over and over again if I had to!

I truly appreciate every staff member's role in making our wedding weekend so amazing! The venue is so beautiful and my husband and I are so happy we made the decision to have our wedding here. Chelsea was beyond helpful with guiding me through the planning process. She was so patient and understanding through it all! I would recommend the Lighthouse Cove 100%

This place is perfect for weddings i got married in January and despite of the weather they make my dream come true it was beyond perfect truly recommend this place!

Bellevue Hall was so stunning during our walkthroughs prior to the wedding, and even more stunning day of! This is an amazing and unique venue. The house was so beautiful that we didn’t need a ton of decor for it look gorgeous. The tent is huge - we had a band, 18 tables, and a big dance floor and it didn’t feel cramped inside. We worked with Madeline as our venue coordinator and she made the planning process easy. We had some religious requirements for the wedding that hadn’t been done yet at Bellevue, which Madeline and JAM were very receptive to. They accommodated us with extra walk throughs, extra planning time, and a custom floor plan/alcohol package. Madeline communicated beautifully with our day-of-coordinator and other vendors to make it an amazing day!

Alisha truly was the best to work with! She coordinated everything perfectly and was so amazing to work with. She always responded right away and answered all questions and eased all of our nerves! She truly was so amazing to work with and made sure everything was taken care of- from the details that we would have never thought of to the big stuff - she truly made everything perfect. Alisha truly made our day perfect and beyond what we dreamed of!

From the very first visit, we knew this venue was something special. Even when we toured on a rainy day, it still felt breathtaking and absolutely gorgeous—it truly didn’t need any extra “filling in” to see its beauty and potential. But what really made our experience seamless was our Day-of Planner, Hannah. She was the heartbeat of the venue. From the start, Hannah was responsive, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She answered every question we had and even shared a helpful list of preferred vendors. When a few vendors weren’t as responsive, Hannah stepped right in to assist with coordination and kept everything moving smoothly. She went above and beyond with thoughtful suggestions—from color schemes to small details that other brides have found helpful—making sure we felt supported every step of the way. On the wedding day itself, Hannah ensured everything ran flawlessly. Our guests raved about how wonderful she was, and we truly couldn’t agree more. Me and my partner couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The venue was stunning, the process was stress-free, and Hannah made it all feel effortless. It was absolutely perfect. 💍✨

My wedding was perfect from beginning to end. Carrie was beyond helpful and so easy to communicate with. The staff was very professional and the food was amazing! The Yacht Club was so beautiful. Thanks so much for making my day so special.
