Deerfield

We enjoyed a picture-perfect wedding in June 2025 at Deerfield! The staff, particularly Lizette and our day-of coordinator Ryan, were instrumental in making sure our day was a success. We were sent a list of vendors that had experience working at Deerfield, which we felt was a huge aid in narrowing down our choices. You aren’t required to use these vendors (photographer, videographer, DJ, florist, bakery, etc) but we felt it was definitely helpful. We used recommendations from this list for all vendors and were very happy with the outcome! We note that you do have to use the in-house catering service but you are given a lot of freedom in the plates you serve with some customization from the ‘default’ plates, and we had a lot of fun attending the menu tasting a few months before the big day. We chose the champagne chicken and filet mignon as our two main entrees; you are also given a third entree option to offer your guests with dietary restrictions. The venue is gorgeous - we toured it on a gross spring morning in the pouring rain and even then there was ample natural light in all of the spaces. The views of the golf course at sunset are incredible and the space really lights up after dark, with the fountain and patio also open for guests. We are so happy to have had our wedding at Deerfield and can’t recommend it enough!

My husband and I held our wedding reception at Deerfield in April 2026. Our experience with this venue was excellent from beginning to end! The staff is highly professional and exceptional at anticipating your needs. The grounds and ballroom are absolutely gorgeous. The whole place is super clean. The golf course is alive but quiet. The value versus cost is amazing. We received tons of compliments from guests on the day about how delicious the food was and how beautiful the venue was. We’re still getting compliments months later from friends and family saying it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended. We couldn’t be happier with how our day unfolded.

Our coordinator Lizette was there guiding us the whole way and was super nice and accommodating. We wanted to display my great aunt’s antique wedding dress and other memorabilia and it was welcomed by her and the staff. She touched base with us regularly over the five months of planning to make sure we were on track with each milestone and we felt completely organized and at ease heading into the big day.

Our day-of coordinator Matt was also excellent. We were a little behind arriving to Deerfield from the church where we got married but he seamlessly got us back on track and the evening unfolded beautifully. We were greeted by him and the staff as soon as we arrived. They brought us our signature drinks and hors d’oeuvres from the cocktail hour while we collected ourselves in a private dressing room. Matt was guiding each part of the reception nearby but he was good at giving space and time. He would tell us when the cake cutting was and when we had a few moments before pictures would be taken etc. He also built in some private breaks for me and my husband so we could save our energy throughout the event. Basically we were able to be carefree all evening!

The photos we took inside the venue turned out lovely. The hallways are very ornate and classy. We did not take pictures outside due to rain but the golf course is lush and green and there are water fountains and terraces just outside the ballroom. The ballroom is large but feels intimate with the warm light and table positioning. We had 125 guests and 18 round tables including our sweetheart table and it felt romantic and cozy. There’s plenty of space for the cake table, DJ, photo booth, bar, dessert table, and memorial tables with grandparents’ pictures.

We selected the mid level food and drink package with multiple sit-down dinner options including vegetarian/vegan. The staff is very accommodating to food allergies and other preferences. They also accommodate children’s and vendor meals. We loved the late night snack of mini cheesesteaks.

And our last dance in the empty ballroom followed by our sendoff through the front doors was a perfect way to end the night. We used light sticks for the sendoff as sparklers are not permitted on the grounds.

In a word, our reception was perfect. Thank you Deerfield for the impeccable service!

We truly could not have asked for a better wedding venue than Deerfield! Our wedding day was even better than we ever could have hoped for, and so much of that was thanks to the incredible team at Deerfield.

From the very beginning of the planning process through the end of our wedding night, everyone we worked with was amazing. The entire team was so helpful, responsive, organized, and easy to communicate with. They made the planning process feel seamless and made sure everything came together perfectly on the day of our wedding. We felt completely taken care of and were able to actually relax and enjoy the day knowing we were in such great hands.

The venue itself was beautiful, the food and service were fantastic, and everything exceeded our expectations. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful everything was and what an amazing time they had.

We are so grateful to everyone at Deerfield for helping make our wedding day so special. If my husband and I had to do it all over again, we would 100% choose Deerfield without hesitation. We cannot recommend them enough!

We had our wedding reception at Deerfield and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The hall is huge, beautiful, and perfect for pictures, and the pricing was very accommodating.

What really made the experience special was the staff. Angela was amazing throughout the entire planning process and helped us with every detail over the many months leading up to our wedding. On the big day, Ryan was incredibly helpful and made sure everything went smoothly so we could relax and enjoy our reception.

We also had an outside caterer, and Deerfield was extremely flexible with kitchen access, prep work, and giving our decorators plenty of time to set everything up. They truly worked with us to make our vision come together.

We’re so grateful to everyone at Deerfield for helping make our wedding reception such a memorable day. We would absolutely recommend Deerfield to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with a genuinely caring and accommodating team!

My husband and I recently got married at Deerfield, and everything was truly perfect!! Not a single thing was a miss. Our guests were well fed and the portions were perfect. Angela and Matt were an amazing help from all the planning until the very end of the night. Every one of our guests raved about the night and how amazing everything was! If you’re looking for a place that is extremely accommodating, beautiful, and seamless, this is the venue for you!

A wedding at Deerfield means that you will have far less to worry about when planning a wedding. Me and my wife felt that we received great value for the money that we spent. Emily was there to answer all our questions before the big day and Matt was there to help with everything the day of. The location was beautiful, the food was amazing, the professionalism and dedication was top notch.

Lizette and her team are incredible! They did such a great job taking our ideas and bringing the vision to life. The planning process was extremely clear and very smooth. The team had everything set up beautifully and the timing was exact, nothing fell behind schedule. The entire service staff was amazing and the food was delicious. They really allowed us to be in the moment of the day rather than stressing about the logistics. We loved our wedding at Deerfield and couldn’t recommend this venue more!

I had my wedding here in November, and it couldn't have gone better. For the price, we had everything we needed included. The food was incredible, as was the appearance of the venue. Anytime we needed to get in touch with someone, it was easy and returned our questions so fast. Our Wedding Coordinator Lizette was perfect and so unbelievably helpful. Our Day-Of Coordinator too was nothing but helpful, resourceful, and very personable. My husband and I (and our families) would recommend Deerfield to anyone looking for an amazing Venue for their wedding or special event!

The team at Deerfield is truly unmatched! From the start, Lizette and her team were readily available for any questions we had. The all inclusive wedding package and recommended vendor list eased any planning stress we might have had. The day of was led by Ryan who did an absolutely outstanding job of keeping the day flowing nicely with no hiccups. The venue itself is beautiful and very well kept. We still have guests who tell us the food was some of the best they have ever had at a wedding! We would recommend Deerfield to anyone looking to plan an amazing wedding.

We LOVED everything about having our wedding at Deerfield! Lizette and Wendy made the process so incredibly easy and stress free. They have tons of options to choose from to make your day everything you want it to be. We were able to get more than we were expecting and stay within our budget, and the property is so beautiful for pictures - our pictures look like they came out of a magazine. 100% of the process of working with the Deerfield team was above and beyond and to this day we still have people tell us how amazing our wedding was (I completely agree!!). I genuinely couldn't recommend them more, a dream of a place to host your wedding!
