Mansion Wedding Venues in Wilmington

We got married on the Whist grounds and has our reception at the Carriage House bar on the property. It was absolutely beautiful and Margaret was amazing to work with and helped us care for the details and provided excellent vendor recommendations. It was exactly what we wanted and we were so happy with the day. We appreciate Margaret and the Whist club so much!

We had our wedding at the Brantwyn Estate October 2025, and I can’t say enough good things about this venue! Not only is the actual estate beautiful, unique and full of character but the staff was an absolute joy to work with. Lindsay answered my million questions via email in the weeks leading up to the wedding thoroughly and promptly! Pete was our venue coordinator and made sure our rehearsal and wedding day ran smoothly. Paige was also apart of our special day, making it sure it went perfect! Which it did! I am still receiving compliments on the beauty of the venue, the food and and the service!

We had our wedding here on June 7th 2025. We stayed all weekend at the venue and it was such a magical experience! The property itself is gorgeous with amazing landscaping which allows for the best pictures. There’s many different locations on the property to have the ceremony and take plenty of photos. The mansion offered plenty of space for the wedding party to stay and get ready the wedding day. The reception hall was our favorite. Its new yet rustic charm was just what we envisioned for our big day. It held 170 guest comfortably and the big garage doors leading to the patio made it feel even bigger. Through the whole process Lynn was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. He was flexible with arrival times and getting checked in/out and made sure we had everything we needed for the weekend. I feel blessed to have found Sunnybrae Mansion and would do it over and over again if I had to!

I would recommend Cobalt Manor to anyone looking for a beautiful all-inclusive venue (you just need to find a DJ/Band). The owner Lindsey helped me every step of the way and put my mind at ease.
