Bellevue is the perfect location for anyone looking to get married in the Wilmington area. The location is stunning with a great garden area, beautiful manor for the cocktail hour and a permanent tent perfect for larger receptions. We got married here at the beginning of September and despite having to move to the rain plan the JAM team made sure everything looked beautiful in the tent and all of our guests made it everywhere being dry!

Our wedding planner that JAM assigned us, Susan, was incredible. She was very responsive to all our questions leading up to the day and made sure everything went off without a hitch on the day of. All the staff were super friendly and made sure we got to experience all the great food served throughout the day while we were busy with getting married. The dinners were all great and our vegetarian/vegan guests were especially happy with how good the food was.

We booked our venue at Bellevue Hall and could not have been more thrilled. The service team was outstanding. They were professional and responsive. The pricing was clear and all-inclusive. The venue is beautiful! The bridal suite is stunning. Our guests were blown away by the beauty of the mansion and the ceremony space outdoors. The reception tent was perfect for dancing, eating, and still being able to socialize. The horses were out for the reception and the kids at our wedding loved being able to go and visit them. My favorite part of Bellevue was how cared for we were as a couple. Additionally, our ceremony was held in the space by the stone wall and the walk from the mansion to the wall was long and dramatic. It was super fun! My husband and I could not be more happy with our wedding and we would recommend Bellevue to everyone! BTW we also got married on a Sunday and received 20% off the per person price!

I couldn’t have picked a more gorgeous venue for my wedding! I had my wedding 2/14/25 and it was the best decision. I still have family talking about how beautiful my wedding was & the food! As soon as I walked up for the tour I knew this was “the one”. The mansion is so unique & beautiful that still carries a lot of history. The bride’s suite is the perfect size & had our own makeup vanities while the grooms had their own suite with pool table and enough space to relax & get ready. We had our reception in the tent & it looked amazing and elegant. It was beyond my expectations for my wedding! I want to point out our coordinator, Susan D., was our angel! She ran the day so smoothly and made sure everything went perfect and communicated to us all day of what was next. She answered ANY/ALL of our questions the months leading up to our wedding date and explained things thoroughly. I will give all the credit to Susan for making my wedding day perfect, I can’t thank her enough. Our tasting went fantastic we enjoyed all the food that was presented to us & on the day of our wedding everyone LOVED their plates. We still have people talk about the food from our wedding to this day, you can taste the quality & freshness of the food! I would absolutely recommend anyone to book their wedding here. It was the perfect day I had always envisioned.

We went to this venue for a food tasting hosted by JAM Catering. They do the catering for other local venues as well. The food was fantastic and the venue itself is very flexible and has a large first floor area.

We are so excited to have our wedding at Bellevue Hall! We love how the different spaces flow together - from the delightful gardens, lovely mansion with DuPont history inside, and the charming permanent tent. As a nice bonus, choosing Bellevue Hall as our venue also supports Delaware State Parks!

Bellevue Hall is an extraordinary wedding venue, and we are so excited to have our wedding there! The staff have been incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that all details are addressed. The gardens for the ceremony are absolutely gorgeous, and the permanent tent means that we avoid needing to rent a tent, which is so expensive. We love the mansion's history and that we're supporting Delaware State Parks with our wedding!

My fiancè and I found Bellevue Hall through the knot website. We were looking for an estate venue where we could host our intimate micro wedding. Being from NJ, we could only sort through the tons and tons of ballrooms and found very little individuality.

After a family member suggested we turn our search to Delaware, we were thrilled to find Bellevue Hall as our first choice. Our tour of the grounds was beautiful and very thorough. We booked instantly. JAM hosted a beautiful tasting a few months later where we got to try the entire menu (the food was lovely and tasted so good!) We were more than excited that we booked with JAM. We weren't disappointed by the amazing food even though we were nervous about how it would taste. The venue is customizable. You can literally get married at any space in the estate that is so full and rich with history. We've gotten to customize our table linens, napkins, silverware, and cups. This venue gives Bridgerton vibes with a Pride and Prejudice feel which was what we were looking for! We couldn't be more ecstatic about our summer wedding at Bellevue Hall!

When my fiancé and I began touring venues in the Philadelphia area we were overwhelmed and often let down that the pictures didn't always match what we saw in person. When we finally toured Bellevue Hall, we knew this was our wedding venue right away. The mansion is refurbished, clean, picturesque, and grand. I am from Delaware, so it was cool to know that Bellevue Hall is a form Dupont estate. The surround areas are green, luscious, and well groomed. I liked that there were options for different focal points for the ceremony. The cocktail hour is on the back patio of the mansion overseeing the surrounds grounds. I am so excited for the reception under the tent with lots of space and poured concrete flooring. I know that this space is transformable and will be great for whatever florals or decor we add. Additionally, I love the options you have at Bellevue for a bad weather plan. Robyn who led our tour was so kind, genuine, and took her time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. Overall, I am so pleased with my experience so far at Bellevue and can't wait for more planning to come.
