It has been such a joy working with Cathleen these past few months leading up to my sister’s wedding. We are so grateful for her guidance throughout the entire planning process, and for her help coordinating all the vendors and logistics on the big day. Her kindness and professional guidance has helped make the entire process run smoothly and as stress free as possible, and the wedding turned out even better than we could have imagined. Wow! Erica was truly a godsend. She joined our vendor team just three weeks out from our wedding date, and we are beyond grateful she did! My husband and I were planning a wedding at a private home in Hancock Park for 120 guests, and we were doing our best to handle everything on our own. About a month before the big day, we realized how stressed we were and that we desperately needed a day-of coordinator if we actually wanted to enjoy our wedding. Enter Erica. From the very first call, she was responsive, flexible with scheduling, proactive, and such a clear communicator. She walked us through exactly what she would provide, but in the end she went above and beyond in every single way. As soon as we shared our vendor contacts, she immediately introduced herself as the point of contact, ironing out details, troubleshooting issues we did not even know existed, and helping us think through last-minute tasks and potential concerns. She was incredibly thorough in learning my vision for the day, and she absolutely nailed it. Our wedding went seamlessly thanks to her. She elevated empty spaces like the bars with extra flowers and candles that I had not even thought to place, and the effect was beautiful. If there were any problems on the wedding day, I truly had no idea because she handled everything so gracefully. She protected our peace, made sure we felt cared for, and kept things moving along even as my husband and I made changes to the schedule in real time such as photos running long or guests arriving early. Our guests even commented on how helpful she was in directing them and keeping the flow going. Erica also anticipated the little things that made such a difference. When it came time to cut the cake, I suddenly realized I had forgotten to set out the cake-cutting tools, but of course Erica had already taken care of it. She ensured our vendors were well-fed and even checked for dietary needs. She managed transportation hiccups, including calming me down during an 11pm panic call, and oversaw cleanup so well that when we returned to the house the next day it was pretty much spotless. What impressed me most was how she worked so diligently behind the scenes without ever inserting herself unnecessarily. I barely saw her the entire day, yet everything ran like clockwork. At the same time, she is warm, sweet, and genuinely kind. She looked out for us in every way and made sure we could actually soak in and enjoy our wedding. We had originally considered paying a friend to be our coordinator, and looking back, that would have been absolutely crazy. Hiring Erica was one of the best decisions we made. She made our wedding not only possible, but magical. I would recommend her a thousand times over. Hopefully I will not be getting married again, but if I did, I would not dream of doing it without Erica.

Rita was truly the best decision we made for our wedding. She is incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and made the entire planning process completely stress-free. The vendors she brought to us were amazing. Every single one was top-tier. The florals were absolutely perfect and even more beautiful than we imagined, and the bartender completely nailed it — our guests loved the drinks! Everything ran so smoothly on the wedding day, and we were able to relax and enjoy every moment. Rita went above and beyond to make sure everything was flawless. Our guests are still talking about how incredible the wedding was. If you want someone who has amazing vendor connections and truly cares about making your day perfect, Rita is the one. We cannot recommend her enough!

Sommerly was a wonderful host for my Bridal Shower. She was so thoughtful in all the details of the decor of the setup, and made it a lovely afternoon tea experience. Sommerly is phenomenal at event coordination, and everything was paced so well, and the food was delicious. She is so sweet and communicative. I highly recommend her for any of your bridal shower/ wedding planning needs.
