Our daughter had a destination wedding at Grand Island Mansion. Cake Castle took care of everything in a professional manner. We weren't even able to have a tasting. The cake had intricate sugar flowers on it and they went from the picture we sent to replicate them. The work was BEAUTIFUL! Above and beyond our expectations. The actual cake was amazing too. Thank you Cake Castle for making this important part of our daughter's wedding perfect.

The cake was beautiful and looked exactly like the picture we wanted. It tasted delicious and there was none left! I recommend Cake Castle. The cake tasted as good as it looked. We had strawberry champagne cake. It was wonderful for a summer wedding!

We tested several cake places and it was a close one between here & freeport bakery, but their champagne cake with fresh strawberry filling won me over. We ordered the champagne cake for our wedding cake and for half of our cupcakes, the other half of the cupcakes I did the chocolate with raspberry filling - which was also delish! Freeport bakery was good, but a bit rich overall.

Lisa and her team did an excellent job with the cake, design, delivery, set up - everything. We rented the cupcake and cake stand from her which worked out perfect. We even get a free anniversary cake on our 1 year anniversary! Which works out well since our top tier of cake got demolished and left in my garage over night after the wedding. haha. Can't blame the help cleaning up - we still froze it.... but it's seen better days!

I will definitely be buying future desserts there!
