Bianca has been nothing but amazing during this entire process. Quick to respond when I had questions or wanted to add or change things about the order. Added special details to surprise my new husband with on our wedding cake that I had mentioned to her was prompt with delivery and set up of our dessert bar. She is a fantastic human. We had previously used for other events and are very happy that we ended up going with her for our wedding as well. We will be continuing to use her for any pastry services that we will need in the future. She is beyond wonderful. She made our wedding day so special and everyone loved the desserts she provided.

Bianca made us the yummiest wedding cake ever! We went with lemon blueberry and it was to die for. Our guests said it was the best wedding cake they've ever had. We are so grateful to have found her and recommend her to everyone getting married!!

We ordered a cake, mini cupcakes, mini pies, and s’mores brownie bites! The cake was a true showstopper—elegantly designed, beautifully crafted, and unbelievably delicious. She captured our vision perfectly with her thoughtful details and expert touches. The cake was moist and had the perfect ratio of cake, butter cream, and strawberry filling!

The s’mores brownies were next-level: rich, gooey, and layered with just the right amount of toasted marshmallow, chocolate, and graham cracker crumble.

Her Oreo cupcakes brought an elevated take on our favorite cookie! The frosting was rich but not overwhelming and the cake was light and flavorful. A total fan favorite!

The pecan pie filling was buttery and perfectly sweet, loaded with pecans, and the crust was golden and flaky

Bianca’s process from the start was so seamless and easy, not to mention her cakes are BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS! Her online inquiry and payment process was so quick, and her response time was insanely fast, as a bride I appreciated it so much! Her option to provide delivery was an added bonus, that took something off our long to-do list! The cake was so good, my husband did not want to stop eating it after our cake cutting! We were originally planning on freezing the leftovers as tradition but the cake was so good we couldn’t resist eating it throughout the week after the wedding. 10/10 recommend Bianca, currently trying to find an excuse to order more of her desserts!

We had tried a few of Bianca’s desserts at prior holiday markers and knew we needed to have her as part of our wedding! We had her create a small cutting cake for our wedding and it was perfect! We gave her a few design elements we were considering and she executed it elegantly and beautifully. Not only that, but the cake was absolutely delicious!
