Endorsements
"Suzanne really knows how to put a party together. Her attention to detail sets her apart. You won't get a "cookie cutter" event with her."
"Suzanne was the wedding coordinator for Scott Baio's ceremony and reception. I played harp for the ceremony. Since the wedding was televised, there were so many details for her to take care of - and everything had to be perfect! She and her assistants were always close at hand to help me with everything regarding my music. I noticed things were going very smoothly, and I believe it was largely due to Suzanne's excellent work and attention to detail. If she could make an event of that magnitude go so well, I would definitely suggest hiring her for any wedding or party!! "

I luckily stumbled onto Suzanne The Party Girl after reading and liking her blog. I wanted someone warm, laid back, and easy to work with -- a tall order! But Suzanne fit the bill perfectly and understand my specific taste and vision right from the beginning. Considering I hired her at the last minute (2 weeks before me wedding) to help me pull together all the last minute details, of which there were many, she could not have been more calm. She and her team did a fantastic job -- I could not have been happier with the results. My reception was very funky and down home, but I found out that a few weeks later she did a friend's cousin's country club wedding that could not have been more traditional. She can do it all and she is a warm, wonderful person to boot.

Suzanne The Party Girl was wonderful! Suzanne took care of everything so that the wedding and reception went off without a hitch. It was so nice to have Suzanne there to add her special touch and to made sure the wedding was all we had hoped for and much more, she is so giving of her time and talent, I don't know what we would have done without her!

Suzanne coordinated my wedding for me in 2003. She set up the beautiful wedding arch and bedazzled it with sparkling rock-candy garland and hanging votive lights. It beautifully framed the view from our hillside ceremony site; a sweeping vista of Orange County. You could even see Catalina Island! Suzanne was instrumental at keeping the wedding party on track and she even found someone to cue the wedding march when the DJ was over an hour late! I would have totally lost it if Suzanne was not there to save the day! It was truly a magical evening!

I assisted Suzanne with the planning and coordination of Scott and Renee Baio's Wedding in December of 2007. We only had 9 days to plan the entire event! I helped assemble the wedding programs with the printer (they mis-printed it three times!) and helped Suzanne with all of her printed material and then some. It was quite a task with only a few days to produce everything! Suzanne and her assistant, Aaron, were calling vendors. They booked the photographer (Pierre Comtois was awesome!), ordered the wedding cake (from Sweet Lady Jane - delicious!), found the harpist (Katrina Saroyan played beautifully), hired the caterer and bartenders (DJ's Catering is the best!), purchased bridal party gifts and cashmere wraps, plus made a list for security so the paparazzi wouldn't crash the wedding (they did get one photo, but it was from a helicopter). Suzanne also organized the time line so the bride and groom and VH1 (the wedding was filmed for TV!) would all be happy. It was a beautiful wedding and the only people who knew that we were busy, busy, busy, was us! Everyone else enjoyed a lovely, calm, fun party!
