Leann is not only highly professional, she is a kind and patient person. Leann was calm and collected throughout the entire process and made sure our wedding was smooth and uncomplicated. Shine Events helped us to organize everything! Without Leann and her team, the whole experience would have been far more stressful. Shine Events truly made our wedding beautiful. I cannot recommend Shine Events enough. Leann is undoubtedly one of the most sought after wedding planners in Central Oregon for a reason!

We absolutely ADORED working with Leann. She was everything we could have wanted in a coordinator- calm, professional. knowledgeable, experienced, the list goes on. Our one and only regret in hiring Shine events is that we only hired Leann for the Month of Coordination package and didn't go with the full wedding planning package. Had we known then what we know now- we would have 100% had Leann plan the full wedding. She made us feel completely at ease. We knew without a doubt that she had everything under control. I cannot recommend Leann highly enough!

We started planning our dream wedding in January of 2019, and were quickly overwhelmed by the balancing act of navigating so many vendors and details! While we had been able to take on the early stages of planning ourselves, we wanted to bring in a professional for at least the day-of, so we could enjoy every moment of the wedding with our loved ones, stress-free. We sought out Leann's services in July of that year, with the intention that she would be our "Day-Of" coordinator for our July 2020 wedding. Fast forward to March 2020, and everything changed. To say that Leann has gone above and beyond would be an understatement. While a certain level of stress can be expected with wedding planning, the events of the past year have been, and continue to be extraordinarily difficult. Leann has been with us every step of the way during this unprecedented chapter. When we made the decision to postpone, Leann handled every detail, with professionalism and proficiency. She contacted every vendor, including our venue, and reported back to us so we could make informed decisions, without the overwhelm of the back and forth correspondence. This speaks to her organized, detail-oriented nature, and creative approach to problem solving that we have experienced. To every meeting, Leann has brought savvy expertise, guidance, compassion, empathy, and most valued, a sense of calm. She validates every feeling, answers every question, and truly understands our needs. My fiancé and I have now made the difficult decision to postpone our wedding again. While this has resulted in personal feelings of disappointment and heartache, Leann has never let us lose sight of our "why". She is there to remind us that our day WILL happen, and WILL be filled with the joy, excitement, and fun that we have always envisioned. And, once again, she has taken care of every behind the scenes detail. Throughout this process - Leann has taken the time to get to know my fiancé and I, and our families, and leads every meeting with our wishes, hopes, and dreams at the center. She has been both a listening ear and a steadfast advocate. Leann truly cares about her clients, and you feel this every step of the way. We truly cannot recommend Leann and her team at Shine Events enough - this was by far the best decision we could have made (aside from the day that we FINALLY get to say “I Do” 😊).

Leann was wonderful! She was our well-chosen wedding planner for my daughter's Central Oregon wedding in September. Leann walked us through the process, recommended and coordinated vendors, managed timelines, gave updates and made sure that we made decisions on time, was there for both virtual and in person meetings, and so much more. Bottom line: She handled the big things, attended to all the details, calmed us when we got crazy, and made the big day the very best day. Could not have done it without her.

Shine Events and its staff were professional, thoughtful, complete, easy to work with AND they did our flowers which were gorgeous. They coordinated everything and so our wedding was flawless. I highly recommend Shine!

Hiring Leann and her team at Shine Events to be part of our big day was hands down the BEST decision I made throughout my year long planning journey. Leann is the best. She goes above and beyond to help you out, asks all the questions (that despite my best planning efforts had forgotten to ask), and made sure every little detail came together perfectly on the day of the wedding. I didn't have to worry about a thing which allowed me to just enjoy all the people who came to the wedding! Leann was fabulous! Being from Portland we needed the extra hands in prepping the big day on site, and she completely put our worries to rest and crushed our vision. We never had to worry about the vendors and were able to put all faith in her. Would definitely recommend!!!

Planning a wedding can get really stressful, but I was lucky enough to have Leann’s help with her month-of wedding coordination package. It is clear that Leann is very detail-oriented, thinking of so many things I hadn’t even considered and making sure she had a clear understanding of our wedding vision, then executing it perfectly. She had so many fantastic vendor recommendations, and always shared thoughtful insight when I couldn’t make a decision. She met with me the day before the wedding to look at all our wedding decor and took notes on where I wanted everything and how I envisioned it all set up. She totally nailed it the day of, and when there was a minor mishap with some wedding decor she did a flawless job at working around it. I kept waiting for something to go wrong on our wedding day since I knew something was bound to happen, but it went so perfectly, and I attribute the smoothness to Shine Events! Leann and Shine Events were absolutely amazing during our elopement! Leann was very attentive to what we wanted and had all of the best vendor selections possible.
