Overall, the rentals met our needs, and working with Jonathan at Bend Party Rentals was a smooth and positive experience. We had a great experience with Bend Party Rentals for our wedding. While the rentals weren’t the fanciest out there, the tent and plastic tables were exactly what we needed. The white wooden chairs were beautiful, and I’d imagine their other wooden rentals would be just as lovely, though they weren’t in our price range. The dance floor worked well for our needs, though I can’t fully evaluate it since we had it set up on some pretty rough terrain. Jonathan was fantastic to work with—very responsive and willing to spend time on the phone helping us choose the right kind of tent for our setup, style preferences, and budget. He was also flexible with pricing, as there were a few items we could’ve sourced cheaper elsewhere, and he worked with us on that and helped us understand the reason for the difference (i.e. dance floor with no subflooring), which we appreciated so we didn’t have to coordinate with multiple vendors. The rentals arrived on time, and he was even early, which was a bonus. We opted for the flexible delivery and pick-up option, and although we had to reach out for timing info about a week before the wedding, Jonathan quickly provided the details we needed.

Events by Design helped me create the wedding of my dreams within budget. I was nervous when planning my wedding, I had a picture of it in my mind but didn't know how to articulate it. Julie and Tom were awesome at figuring out what I was trying to say. They made my wedding perfect with their decorations and help with suggestions on what products would tie the event together! If I were to do a vow renewal I would definitely pick them to help me make the day amazing! Kaede

This is our fourth event we have rent d the “McKenzie” tap trailer l. We would recommend any one of their tap trailers now easy to work with

Leah helped me design a little seating area for my wedding to go with my colors and it looked amazing! I just had to tell her what I was going for and share a mood board and she put together 3 different options for me to choose from! They were so cool! My guests used the couch and we got great pics too!! Highly recommend Cheerful!

I can not say enough good things about this company! Right from the beginning, Scott helped us to search through inventory and come up with a vision for our at home Tumalo wedding. He was patient with all my changes and requests and once we got closer was absolutely clutch! We were expecting sunny days until 4 days before, then only on our day, rain, thunderstorms and hail predicted. I called Scott in a panic, he assured me we could get things handled. He got us 2 canopies and suggested a canopy heater. I am sooo glad he did! Our guests would have been freezing had it not been for that heater and soaked if not for the canopies! They were fast and efficient, setting up because we are a private residence, 2 days in advance, which helped lower my stress incredibly! Thank you Scott and Don and the whole incredible events team!

Beautiful rentals from Curated Events! I was in love with our vintage goblet drinking glasses and actually would love to buy the exact ones for our home now. We also rented a few boho rugs for the ceremony, lanterns, wood rounds, platters and silverware. Everything either looked just as pictured or better. Our rentals really helped make our wedding vision come true. I also felt the renting, drop-off/pick-up and payment process were easy and professional. Highly recommend.

Britt went above and beyond for our big day. She worked up different ideas and was respectful of our budget. She was so flexible and able to help pull a few things together for us after last minute changes in our venue. She genuinely wanted to help create the perfect vibe for us. We appreciate her expertise!

Heirlooms & Co was great to work with and helped our vision come to life for our October wedding! Kimberly and the team were super responsive, set everything up perfectly, and were really great to work with. We had more of a modern/minimalist wedding look and Heirlooms had some great selections for simple decor/sign stands/lighting/etc. If you are looking to host an event in the Bend area, definitely book Heirlooms for your rentals!
