Bend Party Rentals

Overall, the rentals met our needs, and working with Jonathan at Bend Party Rentals was a smooth and positive experience.

We had a great experience with Bend Party Rentals for our wedding. While the rentals weren’t the fanciest out there, the tent and plastic tables were exactly what we needed. The white wooden chairs were beautiful, and I’d imagine their other wooden rentals would be just as lovely, though they weren’t in our price range. The dance floor worked well for our needs, though I can’t fully evaluate it since we had it set up on some pretty rough terrain.

Jonathan was fantastic to work with—very responsive and willing to spend time on the phone helping us choose the right kind of tent for our setup, style preferences, and budget. He was also flexible with pricing, as there were a few items we could’ve sourced cheaper elsewhere, and he worked with us on that and helped us understand the reason for the difference (i.e. dance floor with no subflooring), which we appreciated so we didn’t have to coordinate with multiple vendors. The rentals arrived on time, and he was even early, which was a bonus. We opted for the flexible delivery and pick-up option, and although we had to reach out for timing info about a week before the wedding, Jonathan quickly provided the details we needed.

BPR was so easy to work with and they were completely professional (unlike another outfit in town). Mike and Victoria were competent and friendly through every step of the process and made sure everything was satisfactory to us. They were competitively priced and very accommodating. I would HIGHLY recommend them without reservation.

I corresponded back and forth with Victoria for a few months leading up to my wedding. She was consistently responsive and went out of her way to make suggestions and help answering any random/misc questions I had. She was AMAZING! When the crew showed up to set things up, they were equally as awesome. I would recommend this company to anyone! Not only was their rental gear perfect, but their customer service knocked it out of the park! :)

Victoria was a pleasure to work with. Everything arrived on time and they we're able to pickup the items earlier to accommodate my schedule for the next day. There were a couple linens left behind and they picked them up without any hassle or extra charges. I'm very happy with both the service and quality! Thank you!

Best Party Rental Company in Bend Oregon!!! On time and professional. I rented party equipment before, but Bend Party Rentals equipment was in top shape. The obviously knew we wanted nice wedding decor at our wedding to impress our guests.

I contacted Bend Party Rentals a few days before my wedding to see if they had any patio heaters and thankfully they did! I ordered 3 of them and they delivered and picked them up so I didn't have to worry about any of that. It was a bit colder than we expected to be so it was nice to have that extra heat outside. Very grateful for the excellent customer service and ease of my transaction during a stressful wedding week! I highly recommend Bend Party Rentals :)
