We loved our wedding at Rock Springs, and would do it all over again in a heartbeat!
Rock Springs was the perfect place for our wedding, and Audra is the perfect manager for the site. She is accessible, responsive and always so helpful. The ranch is close to both Bend and Redmond Airport, making it accessible for travel and having fun in town. And the onsite cabins for guests are affordable priced compared to summer hotel prices in Bend, and allowed for a fun summer camp feel, and extended time with our family and friends.

Ideal Wedding Venue
Wedding venue of our dreams! We loved our experience at Rock Springs; every detail of the site was beautifully and thoughtfully designed, from the gorgeous pond ceremony location, to the comfortable and functional lodge, guests ranches and ample patio spaces. Our experience with Audra was also seamless. She ensured that our event ran smoothly and was quick to respond to any questions we had come up during the planning process. Our guests were also blown away by the beauty of the site. There was more than enough space for our various vendors as well as lawn games and mingling and dancing areas. We also really appreciated that we had access to the area for the majority of the weekend. This allowed for a very stress-free experience as we were not rushed to leave as soon as the wedding was over. Truly had the wedding of our dreams thanks to Rock Springs and all our lovely Bend vendors.

Exclusive, charming and totally unique!
We chose to have our wedding at Rock Springs Ranch because it offered a completely exclusive experience and was close enough to Bend to allow our guests traveling the chance to enjoy Bend and our wedding day. Not many other venues in the area offered the entire property to yourself and we loved that about RSR. We rented the cabins for our wedding party and significant others which was so amazing! When the DJ and bartenders left for the night, we were able to stay up a little longer and enjoy our evening with our cabin guests which was so special. We opted to do everything outside, ceremony; dinner and dancing, and it was set up so beautifully. I would recommend booking your wedding at Rock Springs Ranch!

Private and Beautiful Venue!!
Rock Springs Ranch is truly a hidden gem! We fell in love with it the moment we saw it, and somehow loved it even more the weekend of our wedding. The bridal suite was perfect for my wedding party, and great for photos. We had our ceremony at the lower pond, dinner inside the lodge, and dancing outside. We were able to use the majority of the property for our wedding which allowed us to break up the day a bit. Audra, the venue's event coordinator, was amazing to work with. She is knowledgeable, responsive and helpful.
I can't say enough about the property itself. It was so beautiful and relaxing, everyone loved it. Even though it's a ranch setting, we were able to create a modern and romantic wedding. We utilized the cabins for us and our friends, and we are so happy that we did! The cabins are cute and charming, and really gave us a "summer camp" feel. We loved the fact that it was so close to Downtown Bend, mainly for our out of town guests, but we honestly stayed on the property the majority of the weekend. I highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married in Bend! It's truly special.

Most amazing venue to work with
The ranch was so beautiful and had a variety of vendors to meet our different needs. Audra helped us think through what we needed and really understood us and what we were trying to do. It was a relaxing venue with lots of ways to glam up and sparkle. We enjoyed the cabins , main lodge area and bridal suite. Everything worked well. We had two thunderstorms and no one seemed to notice that we quickly shifted the dance floor inside because of the terrific cooperation and thoughtfulness of the vendors. We wouldn’t have been able to have the most amazing wedding without this incredible venue and having Audra to help us through every step of the way.

Perfect summer camp vibes!
My husband and I were set to get married at Rock Springs Ranch in September of 2020, but alas, COVID had other plans. Audra stuck with us through multiple postponements and was so kind and positive and optimistic! She was so prompt to respond to our emails (I'm talking next day at latest) and always had so many suggestions for decor setup, coordination with vendors, weather backup plans, etc. We can't sing her praises enough!
The venue itself is gorgeous and so well-maintained. When touring the venue, we immediately fell in love with the "summer camp" vibe and how so many of our guests could stay in cabins at the property. The whole venue is so perfectly set up for the ceremony -> cocktail hour -> dinner -> dancing flow and when our wedding finally happened in June 2022, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect night.

Amazing venue
Honestly, this was one of the best wedding venues I have ever been to, and yes, I realize this may sound a bit biased as it was for my own wedding. The ladies at Rock Springs were so easy to work with, incredibly responsive, and always available. The grounds were immaculate. I had attended a wedding at this site in 2016 and they had done renovations since then. The new deck (where our ceremony was) was large enough for our entire wedding party (15 people). Their list of preferred vendors was a nice slimmed down list to work through and the vendors we used (Bend Event Sounds, Bleu Bite Catering, and Twist Catering) were fantastic as well. We also used Woodland Floral out of Sisters, OR, Krysta Rownd Photography (not on vendor list, but definitely should be!) and IGA for the small cake. I highly recommend this venue as it is stunning and is perfect for a Central Oregon Wedding.

My husband and I could not have been happier with this choice of venue! Working with Kelly was great, she was incredibly organized, professional, and flexible. The venue was stunning and our guests loved the setting. We also loved having access to the on site cabins, it added an extra something special to the event because we were able to spend that extra time with our friends and family. We are so happy we chose to have our special day there!

We just had our wedding at Rock Springs Ranch on October 1st and we couldn't have been happier how it turned out. It's such a perfect venue and everything was amazing! Kelly and her team were so wonderful and easy to work with over the past year. We got so many comments from our guests how beautiful our wedding and the venue was. Such a pretty and private location. I could not recommend Rock Springs Ranch Weddings any higher!
