We loved our wedding at Rock Springs, and would do it all over again in a heartbeat!
Rock Springs was the perfect place for our wedding, and Audra is the perfect manager for the site. She is accessible, responsive and always so helpful. The ranch is close to both Bend and Redmond Airport, making it accessible for travel and having fun in town. And the onsite cabins for guests are affordable priced compared to summer hotel prices in Bend, and allowed for a fun summer camp feel, and extended time with our family and friends.

Ideal Wedding Venue
Wedding venue of our dreams! We loved our experience at Rock Springs; every detail of the site was beautifully and thoughtfully designed, from the gorgeous pond ceremony location, to the comfortable and functional lodge, guests ranches and ample patio spaces. Our experience with Audra was also seamless. She ensured that our event ran smoothly and was quick to respond to any questions we had come up during the planning process. Our guests were also blown away by the beauty of the site. There was more than enough space for our various vendors as well as lawn games and mingling and dancing areas. We also really appreciated that we had access to the area for the majority of the weekend. This allowed for a very stress-free experience as we were not rushed to leave as soon as the wedding was over. Truly had the wedding of our dreams thanks to Rock Springs and all our lovely Bend vendors.

Most amazing venue to work with
The ranch was so beautiful and had a variety of vendors to meet our different needs. Audra helped us think through what we needed and really understood us and what we were trying to do. It was a relaxing venue with lots of ways to glam up and sparkle. We enjoyed the cabins , main lodge area and bridal suite. Everything worked well. We had two thunderstorms and no one seemed to notice that we quickly shifted the dance floor inside because of the terrific cooperation and thoughtfulness of the vendors. We wouldn’t have been able to have the most amazing wedding without this incredible venue and having Audra to help us through every step of the way.
We love love LOVE Rock Springs Ranch! It's the perfect venue for getting beautiful shots with a rustic background, and it doesn't hurt that a stunning view of the mountains is so nearby. The weddings that we've filmed at Rock Springs Ranch have all had a great vibe, like everyone feels like family.
I've had the pleasure of working with Kelly on many occasions, both at the Ranch and through other events and I recommend you call her today! Her talents as coordinator are invaluable when planning your wedding, and her attention to detail and expert ability insure the pre-planning, delivery and every minute of your day runs smoothly.
