Reserve the Ranch and Make It Yours

Tucked into a peaceful valley in Sisters, Oregon, Long Hollow Ranch is a historic working ranch where couples can slow down, settle in and enjoy an entire wedding weekend in privacy.

Our approach is simple: we prepare the ranch, and then we give you the space to make it yours.

Before you arrive, we ready the historic event barn, ceremony and reception lawns, common areas and four guest homes. Once your weekend begins, you and your guests can enjoy the ranch privately from Friday at noon through Sunday at noon.

Exchange your vows on the ceremony lawn, gather for cocktail hour at the Saloon Bar and celebrate beneath the ranch’s century-old trees. Host dinner and speeches beside the historic barn, then dance under the Central Oregon stars.

DJ music and bar service conclude at 10 PM, but your weekend does not end there. Overnight guests may continue enjoying the four homes and common areas privately. There is no rush to pack everything into a few hours or leave the ranch immediately after the reception.

Reserve the Ranch Wedding Weekend — $13,500

This private wedding-weekend experience includes:

• Exclusive use of the ranch from Friday at noon through Sunday at noon

• The historic event barn

• Ceremony and reception lawns

• Four guest homes for two nights, sleeping up to 26 guests

• Designated parking and photography areas

• Use of Long Hollow Ranch’s existing tables and chairs

• One agreed-upon setup and teardown of Long Hollow-owned tables and chairs

• $1,000 of ranch-raised Long Hollow beef

Couples hire their own coordinator, caterer, bartender, florist, DJ and other wedding professionals, allowing them to choose the people who best fit their celebration.

Self-Service Ranch Rental — $10,500

Our limited self-service option includes the same private ranch access and lodging for the weekend.

With this option, the couple and their vendors are responsible for setting up and tearing down all tables, chairs and equipment. It does not include the $1,000 Long Hollow beef credit or table-and-chair setup and teardown by the Long Hollow team.

This option is designed for couples who want a more hands-on experience while still enjoying the privacy of the entire ranch.

Long Hollow Ranch is not your wedding planner. Our role is to prepare the property carefully, welcome you to the ranch and provide a beautiful, private setting for your celebration.

Your weekend can include a rehearsal gathering, ceremony, reception and time together with the people staying on the property. Fishing, trail rides and other ranch experiences may also be arranged separately when available.

This is more than renting an event space for a few hours. It is your opportunity to reserve the ranch, enjoy the weekend in privacy and make Long Hollow feel like your own.
