Whitewater Weddings is a country wedding venue that welcomes couples to celebrate in the peace and serene calm of Walterville, Oregon. Opened originally in 1924 as a dairy farm, the forests which surround the grounds create a secluded paradise in which to celebrate with loved ones. Its owners are happy to welcome parties to the venue and will support couples throughout their wedding journey. Located within driving distance of Portland, the property is both a private setting whilst being easily accessed for guests arriving from far and wide.

Facilities and Capacity

Whitewater Weddings can welcome celebrations of up to 50 guests for a ceremony for the ages. Couples can gather their friends and family on the banks of a babbling river and exchange vows. Alternatively, the forest provides a sheltered space under the bough of wizen old trees. This venue space is a spectacular choice for events in the autumn as leaves fall all around. Finally, couples can embrace the elements and celebrate in an open and wild field. The farm and its grounds are also a great choice for a photoshoot surrounded by Mother Nature, with many dramatic scenes as a backdrop. There is a small bridal studio on site that is available as a get-ready space for couples.

They can provide audiovisual equipment to help get the party started, as well as lighting for pathways through the grounds. Furniture and decor rentals can be included with the rental of the venue including tables and chairs, signage, and more. Portable bathrooms can be provided. The staff is excited to welcome parties to the site and can provide assistance throughout and leading up to events. This includes welcoming outside vendors, allowing couples to further take control of their event and customize it to their liking.
