Located near Sisters, Oregon, Black Butte Ranch has been a preferred wedding destination for over 40 years. With 1,800 acres, panoramic mountain views, farm to table catering, custom accommodations, and amenities for all to enjoy, the professional & friendly staff at Black Butte Ranch would love to help create a wedding that is uniquely you, no matter the season. Adding to the magic of the Ranch is the brand-new Lodge, where every designer detail has been thoughtfully curated.
The new Lodge features an indoor and outdoor event space looking onto the iconic Central Oregon views. At Black Butte Ranch, you can say your vows at one of two premier ceremony locations; whether standing beneath the Aspen Grove or before the Sisters Mountains, the Ranch offers the perfect lakeside backdrop for an unforgettable experience. Moving up the event lawn, cocktail hour takes place on the expansive event deck, and the celebration can continue with dinner and dancing inside.

Stunning wedding venue
The natural beauty of the cascades over the lake and horses running in the fields, combined with the stunning architecture of the property creates a dreamy atmosphere, resulting in photographs that are nothing short of magical. (even if the clouds cover the mountains)
The staff at Black Butte Ranch is incredibly professional, kind, and accommodating, ensuring that every wedding runs smoothly and effortlessly. Its clear that they understand the importance of attention to detail and go above and beyond to create a seamless experience for both the couple and the vendors. From the initial planning stages to the day of the wedding, their expertise and support are invaluable.
If you are a couple considering Black Butte Ranch as your wedding venue, I can confidently say that you will not regret it.

The Perfect Weekend
Shaina was amazing during the initial venue search then I transitioned to Kendra once we booked it. Kendra was responsive to all of my emails and hopped on multiple phone calls with me to answer any long-winded questions I had. BBR also did my wedding cake, which came out exactly how I envisioned it. I met with the chef during our tasting and we came up with a customized buffet menu. They made it so easy, and also accommodated our vegan guests by providing personal meals delivered straight to their seat. Our bartenders were wonderful and the staff were all so sweet throughout our entire weekend there. I really cannot recommend this venue and their team enough. A+++, 10/10, 5 stars...the works!

My team and I love working at Black Butte Ranch. Their staff is so professional, kind, and great at communication. They are a well-oiled machine. Their grounds offer amazing super close up views of the mountains, the water, and the woods, all while offering luxury amenities for couples and their guests, not to mention us vendors to enjoy. :)
This destination spot is absolutely gorgeous! You cannot beat the backdrop of mountains and sunshine they have for ceremonies, the deck for receptions, the staff that is immensely helpful and communicative- they help plan your day with you and pull in vendors that are knowledgeable in making sure events go off without a hitch! The food is always fabulous and the little Black Butte Porter cupcakes are amazing!
What an amazing place for a wedding. Black Butte has some of the most amazing views in the area.
