Banquet Hall Wedding Venues in Eugene

We absolutely loved our wedding here. The space easily fit our 150 guests and was beautiful. We were able to do minimal decoration due to the beautiful wood features throughout. Jonathan, the event manager, was attentive and helped us make the space work for us. Overall it was very affordable compared to other Bend venues.

My fiancée and I both felt compelled to share our experience due to the exceptional kindness and communication from the owner John.  From the moment we toured the venue, we knew this was a very special place. John took the time to get to know us as well as walked us through every detail of the space. He answered all of our questions and offered helpful suggestions without being pushy. It was very clear to my fiancé and I that John truly cared about making the venue perfect and customizable for every couple.  John's kindness and willingness to work with us really stood out. He was so quick to follow up after our visit and continued to be supportive and understanding of our situation.  If you're looking for a venue where the owner goes above and beyond to make your day special, Shepherdsfield House is definitely worth considering! My fiancée and I would highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a beautiful location and a genuinely caring owner.

The staff and venue were great: we did an outdoor pirate-themed wedding and the event coordinator was helpful, friendly and professional. Venue was $500, but if it rained, you were moved inside without extra cost. The chairs were $5 each. There was also a labor fee ($3 I think), to set them up and take them down.

We will be getting married here on June 18, 2016. My mother and stepfather got married here back in 2011. The venue is absolutely beautiful and affordable. Debbie is always there to answer our questions and provides wonderful service. The Grand Room holds up to 200 guests, has a large stage that can be used for the ceremony or dancing, includes a kitchen, a conference room where the bride and her bridesmaids can get ready, and has large, very clean bathrooms. This building also has excellent air conditioning. The grounds outside are very green with beautiful trees that make for an awesome photo backdrop. The best part - this venue comes with tables and chairs and a large (and free) parking lot for guests.

It was a beautiful location; we had the ceremony outdoors and reception indoors, and got ready in an extra room. They did a great job on the day of, with the help of my coordinator. I was disappointed that I lost my veil and a pitcher was misplaced—it seems that the venue should have recovered those items. The venue contact was not quite as communicative as I might have liked. Overall, very nice experience—just what we had hoped for.

My husband and I knew we wanted to get eloped but the question was where ? We both always thought Ireland was beautiful but with Covid we didn’t think it would be a good option. I then googled places in the US that look like Ireland and Crook Point popped up. Crook Point is absolutely stunning. We could have not chose a better place. We stayed in the look out cabin which is a dream. I did not want to leave and hope to return one day. I highly recommend Crook Point the whole process was easy and communication was great.

This was a wonderful venue. Kim the owner was very attentive and helped out a lot. Definitely will book again in the future.

Sungate Place is a wonderful combination of "country-living-decor" and modern renovations. It is a perfect venue to feel emersed in the beauty of Southern Oregon scenery and have all the amenities necessary to enjoy an elegant event with family and friends.

I want to thank you so so much for everything you have done for us in this last crazy year of planning my step daughter's wedding. We all had a great time; venue was beyond gorgeous and her smile said it all. Her vision of her dream wedding had come true. The fall colors, the colors and the attention to floral/color detail on the long archway was to die for. People that see pictures are just in awe of your property. Also everything you offer to use for the wedding is truly a selfless gift and we thank you. Her photo booth she created with the furniture you allowed us to use was a hit and her guest book is filled with so many memories. Denny - thank you. You were the glue to hold us together during the ceremony. From the issues with the river monitor (we laugh at that!) to the rain and all the chaos in between. If I sent you a text you were on it. I truly can't thank you enough and was not expecting to have such a responsive host as I know you have a business to run on top of the wedding at your venue. If you want a stress free wedding of your dreams we highly recommend The Teapot on Wheels. The owners go above and beyond any other venue and their property is absolutely gorgeous.
