Shadow Hills Country Club is a relaxed yet elegant wedding venue in Junction City, Oregon, that offers couples a worry-free atmosphere for their event. We are located in a gorgeous, peaceful, rural setting, just 15 minutes from Downtown Eugene. The team at Shadow Hills are here to assist you, doing everything they can to ensure your wedding is exactly how you imagined it. Even the smallest of details will be tended to, from the beginning to the very end, and every couple receives personalized service that ensures the only thing they’ll do on their big day is bask in the enjoyment.
Facilities and Capacity
Shadow Hills Country Club can accommodate up to 500 guests throughout its various covered outdoor, indoor, and uncovered outdoor event spaces.
Our venues include the Smith Garden, Banquet Room, Banquet Deck and our Ceremony Tree. Our spaces are versatile and our Banquet Room can even be broken out into smaller sizes if needed! We offer options from fully outdoor ceremony and receptions, fully indoors or a mix of outdoor and indoor.
Our getting ready spaces, the Club Room and Bridal Suite, are located onsite just steps away from the reception venues so you and your bridal parties can get ready on site!
The event venue includes a seperate event entrance as well as golf cart pick-up and drop-off (allowing you to add a unique touch to your wedding that your guests will never forget). Best of all, there’s a separate special event parking lot specifically designated for your group!
Services Offered
Shadow Hills Country Club is wheelchair accessible and happily provides space for bridal showers, ceremonies, engagement parties, receptions, and rehearsal dinners. Clean-up and set-up services are available for your event alongside an onsite venue manager, in-house bar, in-house catering, lighting/sound, and wireless internet.
Cuisine
Barware, china, chocolate fountains, flatware, glassware, and linens are available to use during your event. Couples can choose between buffet, plated, and station style dinners, complete with servers. Dessert and hors d’oeuvres are available, as well as a full tasting (so you can be sure the food you get is food you love). The in-house bar and bartenders at Shadow Hills have their liquor license and are happy to accompany your event with a champagne toast. Couples can choose between a cash or open bar that serves premium liquor and signature drinks, as well as:
