This venue and team is truly unmatched! Jen made for such a seamless process from start to finish! Having the entire venue for the whole weekend made for an unforgettable experience. We hosted our welcome party in Elkatraz, our wedding on the big lawn behind the lodge, and our farewell brunch in the lodge. Pole Creek allows for outside vendors, has amazing amenities, and was overall amazing through the whole planning process. This venue allows you to achieve your ranch wedding dreams without all the strict guidelines of the big resorts in the area. Our guests were raving about the venue the entire weekend and continue to mention how beautiful it was even months later. We plan to come back and visit for milestone anniversaries in the future. Couldn’t recommend Pole Creek more!

Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, the on-site Lodge made the entire weekend so calm + relaxed so we could thoroughly be present in the moment.

Even more special, we can come back year after year because the house is also an Airbnb. I can't wait to celebrate our anniversaries where we got married + create new memories there.

Pole Creek Ranch is absolutely amazing! The venue of course was picture perfect and the team was so great!! This venue is very accommodating! We ended up having to bring our dog last minute and they were so sweet to make sure that there was a dog bed and blankets for him! As for the wedding part, my entire wedding dream came true thanks to them!! I couldn’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else!

We absolutely recommend PCR for your wedding venue! The staff was very communicative, helpful, and great to work with. The venue is stunning and we had a fantastic experience (plus the meat gift was a delicious bonus!). Henry, the donkey, was a hit with the guests and we could not recommend this place more. Having the three day venue rental was a huge relief and we loved having our rehearsal dinner at Elkatraz (definitely ask about it!).

I just got married at Pole Creek last weekend. We are still in awe of how perfect the venue was for our wedding weekend. It really took things over the top for us, our families, and our guests.

We hosted a family dinner, our rehearsal and the wedding at Pole Creek. Along with a workout class the day before the wedding! Jen and her team were dialed in on set up for their items, and were so great and easy to work with. Not to mention the star of the show - Henry the donkey and the fun surprise of Elkatraz. These details really wowed our guests and made the venue so unique.

The houses on property were some of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was done with so much detail & care, and you can tell the quality of furniture, linens (even a Dyson vacuum cleaner). It was the perfect gathering spot over our 4 day / 3 night event and we seriously didn’t want to leave on Sunday!

Our guests loved the town of sisters, and having the venue such close proximity made it easy to get the experience of remote/privacy but still be so close to all accommodations.

We can’t wait to visit pole creek again!

Pole Creek was amazing! The views were gorgeous and the staff were so helpful and kind! Our guests loved the location and the views considering most came from Fl. The mountains were right in the background and made for some beautiful photos! I loved all the different photo spots. Pole Creek was the perfect venue and was exactly what we were looking for!

Pole Creek Ranch was a dream venue for me and my husband. When I first found the venue (almost by chance - running a race!), I fell in love with it and knew this was where we would want to spend our big day. Pole Creek perfectly embodies central Oregon, with mountain views, and a rustic and unpretentious vibe that still feels very classy and upscale. The entire property is about celebrating central Oregon, which is exactly what we wanted. We stayed in the main house all weekend (we're currently trying to model our home after it because we love the aesthetic so much!) and had guests in the other, smaller Ranch House (who also loved their stay). The accommodations were immaculate, spacious, and comfortable. We were thrilled to have such a beautiful place to stay and host our guests throughout the weekend.

We chose to host all of our wedding events at Pole Creek - a Thursday night pizza dinner at the main house for our out of town guests, a western-style catered welcome party of Friday night at Elkatraz, a 5K race around the property on Saturday morning, and then our open-air ceremony and tented reception on Saturday just behind the house. Our guests loved every event and absolutely raved about the venue - namely, people loved Pole Creek's beauty and how different it was from other cookie-cutter venues they'd seen in Central Oregon and beyond.

Then there are the people! Jen and every single member of the staff we encountered at Pole Creek were exceptional. They were warm, communicative, helpful, and made us feel special and celebrated throughout the planning process, the wedding itself, and beyond. Everything went off without a hitch - and it was in large part thanks to the amazing staff and crew at Pole Creek. They became dear friends throughout our wedding planing experience!

I could go on and on - but suffice to say - having a unique venue that celebrated the place we live and love was extremely important to us (and we are harsh critics!). Pole Creek not only met our needs, but exceeded our every expectation. If you host an event at Pole Creek, you will not regret it.

Where do I begin?! From initial inquiry to wedding day, we truly felt taken care of and at ease with the entire planning process. The stunning mountain backdrop is unbeatable and unmatched in Central Oregon. The huge lawn was everything and we truly transformed it into our own! Spending all weekend on the property made our wedding not fly by so quickly. The gorgeous house is cozy yet meticulously updated and modern. The grooms suite makes for an amazing backdrop to photos. Not to mention the bridal suite that had all of us ladies feeling luxurious and glamorous. The staff were incredibly kind and quick to a task. Everything went without a hitch and I couldn't recommend this property more! It is truly one of a kind!
