Facilities and Capacity
Sunriver Resort can accommodate a maximum of 400 guests within its covered outdoor, indoor, and uncovered outdoor event spaces. The Mt. Bachelor Lawn & Historic Great Hall is an indoor/outdoor space that allows room for weddings of up to 350 guests. Situated along Little Sunriver, the Lawn has stunning views of the golf course with Mt. Bachelor as a backdrop. Inside the Hall you’ll find a combination of dramatic pine elegance and mountain comfort, from the hand-peeled timbers all the way to the river rock fireplace.
The Homestead Lawn and Heritage Room accommodates smaller weddings of up to 80 guests with a beautiful landscaped area and additional views of Mt. Bachelor. This intimate setting is surrounded by Ponderosa Pines and Aspen trees, and the Heritage Room adds a rustic barn-like feel to your wedding. The Fireside Room is another small event space, able to accommodate intimate weddings of 30 guests. Tucked lovingly inside the Great Hall, this beautiful space has a grand rock fireplace and natural wood floors and panels that give an outdoor feel to an indoor location.
Caldera Springs Lake and Lakehouse accommodates weddings of up to 32 guests from September to May. This intimate location has fire pits, a beach, a stone patio, and a fireplace, providing your guests with a warm, welcoming environment. Besson Commons is Sunriver’s newest outdoor location and can accommodate weddings of up to 350 guests. Adjacent to the main lodge, this space is perfect for couples who desire a more casual wedding.
Sunriver Resort is happy to provide couples with space for bridal showers, ceremonies, elopements, engagement parties, receptions, and rehearsal dinners. Couples can request exclusive venue use and private rooms for their rehearsal dinners. Sunriver is wheelchair accessible and has parking and shuttle services available for you and your guests. Their event services include accommodations, a bridal suite, clean-up, event planning, in-house bar, in-house catering, lighting/sound, pet friendly, set-up, and wireless internet. Their event rentals include a dance floor and photobooth, as well as:
Barware, china, chocolate fountain, glassware, flatware, and linens are available for use during your event. Sunriver’s in-house American cuisine catering can accommodate gluten free, kosher, lactose free, no pork, nut free, organic, vegan, and vegetarian dietary needs. Outside cake is permitted, and servers are available for cocktail receptions and buffet, family, plated, or station style dinners. Dessert and hors d’oeuvres are also available, as well as tastings for the couples.
Sunriver Resort’s in-house bar has its liquor license, and bartenders can provide service for cash, limited, or open bars. A champagne toast is available, and drinks include house beers, liquors, and wines, as well as:

Best Day Ever
We had an absolute blast at Sunriver. We spent the whole week there leading up to the wedding and relaxed by the pool and enjoyed the spa services. It was wonderful. The wedding itself went off without a hitch. It was a beautiful day and everything was perfect!Sent on 08/21/2019

Getting married at Sunriver was AMAZING. Exceeded all expectations. Food was OUTSTANDING. Every guest was raving. Annie Packman (Catering Mgr) helped us every step of the way. All of our decisions were made out of state so without her we would have been lost. Price was so very reasonable and the GREAT HALL interior cannot be matched for photos. We had all of our bridal party and families rent houses a few days prior and it made for such a fun experience. Say I DO at Sunriver. Seriously.Sent on 11/23/2015

Senior Convention Services Manager
Wendy brings 17 years of event expertise to the job and is still loving every minute of it. She started her career as Banquet Manager at Stowe Mountain Resort in Vermont, later being promoted to the Catering Sales & Conference Services Manager in 2014, as she joined the Destination Hotels portfolio at Stowe Mountain Lodge.
Always one to seek adventure, Wendy and her family moved to Bend and she joined the Sunriver team as the Senior Convention Service Manager. Since then, she has been fearlessly leading our Conventions team while also creating memorable weddings and events for all of her clients.
When she isn’t inspiring the team, you’ll find her still seeking adventure with her husband and three boys as they explore all the beauty that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
Catering Services Manager
Lynne has thrived in the event industry since she was old enough to volunteer as the Activities Director at her local library, but knew she wanted to plan weddings at the Sunriver Resort since she was 18 years old. After years of planning a variety of events, including sustainable festivals, mountaintop galas, and weddings of all kinds throughout Central Oregon, she joined the Sunriver Resort team and has found herself home. Lynne’s clients rave about her organization, dedication on the day-of with her seamless coordination, and heartfelt service.
In addition to her love of planning & organization, she spends her free time making memories with her son, turning her fixer-upper into a home, and thrift shopping like it’s going out of style.
National Sales Manager
Alli sparked her interest in hospitality and organization early-on as a team captain for the Relay of Life in high school. Pursuing that spark, she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from University of Massachusetts, and soon accepted the position of Catering Sales Manager for the W Hotels in Los Angeles. Though she loved the fast-paced event world of the city, she and her now-husband followed their heart to Central Oregon to continue her wedding coordination career at the Sunriver Resort in 2016. Alli's love for the Resort quickly led to her current position as National Sales Manager, where she continues to help people fall in love with Sunriver from all over the country.
Outside of the office, you’ll find Alli exploring the Cascade Mountains, calmly sitting on her backporch with her pup Tank, or traveling the world taking in new experiences!
