What can I say about Eugene Hilton Events Department? They were an awesome crew! We worked with Andrea V. And Freeland (the day of). Andrea tirelessly answered all emails, accommodated all requests where possible and went above and beyond to make our day the best it could be. I could not thank her enough for all she did.
Freeland tirelessly worked with us on the day of the wedding (we met him I think the day before or couple of days before since he was to oversee that day) You can imagine the nerves and worries I had; they calmly answered any and all questions (since they stored our flowers and we were freaking out that they would freeze) he assured us everything would be alright and boy did they come through.... I don't know the names of all who worked our wedding on 8/8/16 but if we could thank each on of them again we would. We are forever grateful that you made our day a big success. We feel thank you is not even enough to express how we truly feel.
If you are ever thinking of having your event at Hilton and you have Andrea or Freeland helping you I wouldn't worry a bit!! You would be in great hands! These guys rock!

Was there for a training event. They were very professional and friendly. Rooms were very clean and nicely furnished.
Book your Rehearsal Dinner or Post-Wedding Brunch at The Hotel Eugene and you will receive one complimentary romance package available for your 1 year anniversary at the Hotel. Pam at the Hiltonis a top-notch pro- and a real pleasure to work with. She it so very "on-the-ball" and very much ahead of the game. Ammenities are stunning and just an al-around great venue!
I have participated in a number of events at the Hilton as a wedding photographer, an event photographer, and a guest and I am always impressed. The Hilton is at the heart of downtown Eugene so it is extremely convenient and, as you would expect with The Hilton, the service is superb. The reception rooms at the top floor offer breathtaking views and are a lovely backdrop for photography. I'm hooked!
