Beautiful Venue that Simplifies the Wedding Process
(1) Melody is amazing. She's the Convention Services Manager and guides the couple through everything they need to know about the venue and coordinates on the day. This was great as she was in touch with our vendors, helped determine the timeline for the day, ran the rehearsal, and made sure everything ran smoothly the day of. She's got years of experience running events and it shows.
(2) They have delicious food that comes with your venue. All of our guests raved about how good it was. We went with the plated option as it was so nice for our guests to be able to served at their table AND it was cheaper than the buffet.
(3) They set-up all the tables, chairs, linens, place settings and can assist with other items so that on the day of you can come in and add your personal items. That saved us so much time to know that we weren't needing to coordinate a large group to get everything in place. They also take everything down, which was AMAZING to not have to do at the end of the night.
(4) It's really convenient for guests to be able to stay at the same venue as the wedding. Our guests really enjoyed that. We also did their brunch option the next morning and it was so great to get everyone together to say goodbye and once again the food was so good!
We would definitely recommend the Riverhouse and looking forward to coming back for a visit on a future anniversary.

Perfectly Oregon Wedding
We decided to put more money into it and loved that the Riverhouse had everything and more. Rooms for out of town guests, amazing food, space for reception and ceremony, and especially their staff like Melody.
Melody was worth every cent. She made it so easy and thought of things that we could not. She even was ready in the slim chance of rain.
Turns out we needed it because the ceremony closed, and we had a good rain. And it made the event more perfect. It made people not lolly-gag for photos and made for beautiful photos and atmosphere. The staff were fast acting and the guests and us saw it move seamlessly inside from the Cascade Garden.
We also had a delay due to late guests. Melody helped give me options so people were more comfortable waiting. Appetizers came out and people didn’t seem to notice the clock ticking to an hour after the planned ceremony start time. She reminded me that our photographer was on a timeline and we did couples photos while we waited.
All of the staff were amazing. 100% recommend for any events.
