Our wedding was a 1 hour drive on a windy mountain road with no cell reception. Our driver turned around exactly 1 mile from our site, and drove back down the mountain to cell service to call the bride, who was out of cell service, waiting for delivery. I decided to drive down the mountain to cell service to inquire about the late delivery. As soon as I hit reception area, my phone rang. It was the delivery truck. I ensured them of our location and they drove back up the mountain to the site.
The delivery seemed to go well, other than the tardiness. We had been shorted 1 tablecloth and given passenger golf cart with no back seat. The next morning, day of the wedding, we drove down the mountain and called the rental company. They came back up with a new golf cart and the missing tablecloth. We thought all was well....
During the reception the golf cart battery died. The charger given to us had a different plug on it then the golf cart itself. We could not give our guests a ride back to the cars. Most of the guests were okay with it, but the elderly grandparents had to have a car brought to them.
After the event, they picked up all the items they delivered and were notified about the wrong charger. Being the bride and gone on my honeymoon, a friend of mine took care of wrapping up the end of the working relationship between the company and myself. He notified them the charger was not working for us and that it was in fact the wrong charger for the cart brought to us. They argued with him and told him that he just didn't know how to plug it in. When the plug is rounded on one edge and straight on all the others, it's kind of hard to not know how to plug it into a fully square port. It doesn't work!
I did not ask for any refunds, the staff at the company suddenly got very difficult to work with. Once things started going wrong, it was the trickle effect. I have learned my lesson and will not rent from this company again.

Do not use this vendor! Yes they are the cheapest... but you get what you pay for. We rented tables, chairs, linens, kegerator, and glasses from Action Rent-All on River Rd and paid for delivery out to Marcola. We first noticed a tear through one of the table cloths and sent someone back there to change it out. When we set up the tables I figured out that we also didn't get the small sweetheart table for the groom and I to eat at. When I called, the guy argued with me that they already changed out the table cloth and wouldn't get that I was missing a whole table. Finally I got through to him and we had to send someone 25 minutes back into town for this as well. They did not offer to deliver it or comp the charge or anything. Fine... mistakes happen... but onto the quality of the rentals.... total crap. Everything looked beat up, the tables were warped, the chairs were totally dinged, rusty, and horrible looking. I had specifically asked for the black kegerator and they sent the old dented wood panelled one with a MGD handle. I actively had to try not to let all of this not ruin my day after 9 months of detailed planning to make everything perfect, it was a huge disappointment. My reception venue had warned me not to use this company and I didn't listen because I wanted to save money. It was not worth the savings!
The final issue was that no one blew out the ceremony candles after the ceremony and it burned one of the rental tables a little bit. I knew they would charge us but they called and said it would be $110. There is no way this old thin 36" plywood top cost this much. I would never ever work with this company again and wanted to warn everyone out there to stay away.

I can't even begin to express my frustration with Action Rent-all's Eugene office. I had checked prices and reviewed all the local companies, and after a short visit and discussion with the manager, I decided Action Rent-all would be the way to go. My fiance and shortly after made a return trip to the store and ordered all of our rental equipment months before the wedding, and we opted to pick up the rentals ourselves so that we would have more time to set it all up. That day, my brother, father, and fiance all headed up and were at the rental company a little after noon. When I called my fiance at two wondering where they were, he told me they still didn't have half the stuff loaded! He tried to save me some frustration, and just asked if I would survive with different colored chairs? WHAT?!?! We were told there would be plenty, but to save time I just told him that was fine, as long as they were in groups of ten, so tables would be matching. My guys made it back home at four forty-five (fifteen minutes before rehearsal) and nothing had been set up! Come to find out, they not only didn't have enough matching chairs, but four tables were missing (and weren't delivered until an hour before the wedding the following day) and everything was disorganized when they arrived! My guys spent over fours hours in 90 degree weather working with one of the lower end guys and got everything counted, organized, and loaded (This one guy was very sorry and kind to my guys, that is the only reason I have given this company any rating). While the manager sat inside with the A/C not saying word. And the only discount we got was free pick-up the following Monday (after my then husband made a fuss). The mis-match chairs were ugly, and the tables were so beat up that some spots even showed through the linens. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! Spend more and get a good deal!

We had a very bad experience working with this company. We rented a dance floor from them and the thing completely fell apart when people danced on it. When asking for a refund, we were refused. Tables and chairs are so beat up and in serious need of replacement. There are other companies in town that are better (Destination Events or Parties to Go)...use them instead!

My fiancé and I were recommended this vendor because they had the most competitive prices. However, I totally regret even walking through their doors. When we initially ordered our tables, chairs, etc., the manager told us that if we needed to cancel the order we would be charged a certain percent of the order. The day came when we needed to take a couple items off the list, and turns out, the man failed to let us know that the cancelation fee was applied to each object cancelled, NOT the order itself. They wanted to charge us a $650 cancelation fee, but their contract is so vague it didn't hold up, and they took the fee away. I wish I would have done more research before signing anything with them. I am now worried that we will be having issues with the delivery and the quality of the tables and chairs that we ordered. I will keep you posted...

This was the worst experience of my life. I would never recommend these people for your rental needs. Ever. The owner made it right........but I wouldn't do it again.
