I'm a very organized person and we had lots of time to plan our wedding, so I didn't think we would need to rely on a day-of coordinator very much. But holy crap was I wrong. We planned our wedding outdoors at a parents house, so there were a lot of variables we had to worry about - rentals, decor, toilets, heating, lighting, tents, etc. Brooke was absolutely vital to our day running as smoothly as it did. She took the time to learn all of our plans and gave suggestions for things we didn't even think about. On the day of, when all of the vendors started showing up, Brooke made sure they all knew where to go and what to do, and we didn't have to worry about a thing! Don't be like me and think you can do it all on your own, get someone like Brooke to be there for you!

We loved having Brooke make our day a success! She was hired for day-of-coordination but worked with us leading up to our day to make sure everything ran smoothly. Her suggestions were top-notch and she referred great vendors. With her managing the day, we were stress-free! She also did a great job at a brand new venue and managing weather-related challenges. 100% recommend!

Brooke is incredible. She was not only super professional, organized, calm cool and collected but she is just a good human. From our very first conversation with her through the wedding day itself there was nothing but positivity from her. We are so grateful to have had her help and guidance throughout the process. I can tend to me a little micro managey and I was worried I’d be stressing about the little things on the wedding day but Brooke was incredible and on top of everything! Brooke was such a professional and incredible at her job. She guided us through the day flawlessly, handling any surprises that came our way. Not only the day of wonderful, but we were out of state and she had no issue with communicating through email, calls and FaceTime. Looking back I’m so thankful she was available, I wouldn’t have wanted to trust our wedding day with anyone else!

As a DJ i have seen many "coordinators" at work but i must say i was impressed by Brooke! She was easy to work with, organized and thorough. Rolled with day of changes easily and with a smile! Totally recommend!

When your wedding party breaks out chanting your wedding coordinator's name, you know you hired an all-star! Brooke is simply incredible. She's calm under pressure, can talk to any off-beat relative, is organized, positive and a complete joy to work with. It felt like she was a wedding ninja, always right where she needs to be, but otherwise invisible. She made our dream day come to life and we simply couldn't recommend her enough.

Brook was detail oriented, communicative, and anticipated all of our needs on our wedding day. She was present but not overbearing, direct, and kind. She blended right in, and tipped our vendors when we were busy partying! Highly recommended and very affordable.
