The BEST. Booking Erica was the best decision we made with our wedding. She did the most amazing job and truly made it a stress free day. She was right there whenever I needed her throughout the day and made going from thing to thing a breeze. Our whole day ran so smooth and seamlessly thanks to her and her team! Erica really puts in the extra effort to make your wedding day a dream come true. I cannot recommend her enough.

Erica and her team were absolutely phenomenal to work with. Erica made the entire process so seamless by walking us through everything we should expect and be prepared for. Where do I even begin!

From the beginning, Erica felt more like family than my wedding planner. She took the time to get to know my family and I personally and really listen to what I wanted my day to feel like. She was always there when I needed her and gave me an answer or a solution to everything. I had 100% confidence she would help create the wedding of my dreams and she did more than that! She created a beautiful experience from start to finish of planning our wedding. It was so organized and fun and not stressful. Even when things got tough, she always had a solution or guidance.

The day of our wedding, I could not believe my eyes. It turned out even better than I could have even imagined. Every small detail that we spoke about was there and absolutely stunning. Not only was everything set up to perfection, she was in 3 places at once! Getting or food ready, helping guests find their seats, she got us appetizers and drinks as soon as the ceremony ended and had us sit alone for a minute to catch our breath.

Everything was exquisite and I cannot recommend her and her team enough. She made my dream wedding even better than I could have imagined. I want to do it all over again (haha)!

Erica went above and beyond to not only bring my wedding vision to life, but also to help me and my husband feel the most at ease and taken care of the day-of. I couldn't believe everything she handled that day, and she did it all with such a cheerful spirit. We even discovered leftover cheesecake in our car after we got to our hotel that night because she remembered my husband specifically stating that he wanted leftovers. We couldn't have done it without her. She's the absolute best!

The Flourish Wedding Team exceeded our expectations for our special day! They were attentive, made our vision come to life, handled all the behind the scene hiccups without any fuss. Erica goes above and beyond for her clients. Her outstanding, caring, and loving personality makes Erica such a joy to work with. Her attention to detail is matched by very few, making the day of feel like a breeze. She showed up early the next morning to clean everything for the vendors picking up rentals and stayed as late as was necessary to ensure every last detail was attended to. I do not believe we would have had the same incredible experience without her. She comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from my wife and I. I’d give her a million stars if I could!

I was the wedding photographer for 8/06/21. She made not just the day a breeze but all the planning before the big day seamless. She took the my tips and preferences into consideration. The timeline she gave us was descriptive, easy to follow, and had every single detail you could imagine. The day of we were in constant contact and made all requests happen. She was go with the flow and if things needed to change she was ready and willing. Her staff was friendly, fun, and efficient. And honesty she was just a joy to be around.

Erica has helped my family with 2 weddings. Can't say enough positive things about her and her willingness to help and make things happen. Hiring Erica and her team was the best decision i made while planning my wedding and I had make A LOT of decisions! Covid threw many wrenches in pretty much every plan we had and Erica was there for me every step and tear of the way! I sincerely could not have done it without her.
