  Helped make the wedding of our dreams

  Erica and her team were everything and more when it came to the full service planning we needed due to planning a wedding from out of state (really across the country). Her knowledge, help, and assistance in ALL aspects was priceless to our wedding day on 5/21/22. Every vendor raved about how wonderful she was and they were right! As a particularly organized person I appreciated the shared files of all contracts, vision board, and her meticulous attention to detail for our wedding to be one of our dreams. Even when a FULL glass of red wine was spilled on myself Erica was able to swoop in and save my dress (and my sanity) with club soda appearing out of thin air. I wish her team and business the best, and if you are unsure on whether a planner is worth it, THIS one is

  Weekend of our Dreams!

  Erica and her team were absolutely phenomenal to work with. Erica made the entire process so seamless by walking us through everything we should expect and be prepared for. I can honestly say that we would not have had a wedding if it wasn't for Erica and her team. We had the weekend of our dreams and felt like a guest at our own party! Eternally grateful for everything the Flourish team did for us!

  Above and beyond!

  Erica went above and beyond to not only bring my wedding vision to life, but also to help me and my husband feel the most at ease and taken care of the day-of. I couldn't believe everything she handled that day, and she did it all with such a cheerful spirit. We even discovered leftover cheesecake in our car after we got to our hotel that night because she remembered my husband specifically stating that he wanted leftovers. We couldn't have done it without her. She's the absolute best!

  Erica went above and beyond to not only bring my wedding vision to life, but also to help me and my husband feel the most at ease and taken care of the day-of.   Turned my Dream Wedding into an EVEN Better Reality!

  Where do I even begin!
  
  From the beginning, Erica felt more like family than my wedding planner. She took the time to get to know my family and I personally and really listen to what I wanted my day to feel like. She was always there when I needed her and gave me an answer or a solution to everything. I had 100% confidence she would help create the wedding of my dreams and she did more than that! She created a beautiful experience from start to finish of planning our wedding. It was so organized and fun and not stressful. Even when things got tough, she always had a solution or guidance.
  
  The day of our wedding, I could not believe my eyes. It turned out even better than I could have even imagined. Every small detail that we spoke about was there and absolutely stunning. Not only was everything set up to perfection, she was in 3 places at once! Getting or food ready, helping guests find their seats, she got us appetizers and drinks as soon as the ceremony ended and had us sit alone for a minute to catch our breath.
  
  Everything was exquisite and I cannot recommend her and her team enough. She made my dream wedding even better than I could have imagined. I want to do it all over again (haha)!

  The Flourish Wedding Team exceeded our expectations for our special day! They were attentive, made our vision come to life, handled all the behind the scene hiccups without any fuss. The whole team is extremely friendly! They not only set up, cleaned, made the day seamless but, they went beyond just that. They ran to get ice when we were low, made sure our guests were well taken care of, and supported our other vendors. Make sure to book them for your special day! You will not regret it.

  Seamless, fun, and made the day magical

  I was the wedding photographer for 8/06/21. She made not just the day a breeze but all the planning before the big day seamless. She took the my tips and preferences into consideration. The timeline she gave us was descriptive, easy to follow, and had every single detail you could imagine. The day of we were in constant contact and made all requests happen. She was go with the flow and if things needed to change she was ready and willing. Her staff was friendly, fun, and efficient. And honesty she was just a joy to be around.

  Erica goes above and beyond for her clients. Her outstanding, caring, and loving personality makes Erica such a joy to work with. Her attention to detail is matched by very few, making the day of feel like a breeze. She showed up early the next morning to clean everything for the vendors picking up rentals and stayed as late as was necessary to ensure every last detail was attended to. I do not believe we would have had the same incredible experience without her. She comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED from my wife and I. I’d give her a million stars if I could!

  Erica Gottula - event Coordinator

  Erica has helped my family with 2 weddings. Can't say enough positive things about her and her willingness to help and make things happen. We had quite a bit of problem a few weeks before the wedding and she went above and beyond to help fix the problem. Beside working her tushy off, she is a kind & genuine person. We are lucky to have her in our area as a resource. What a gem.

  A family friend recommended flourish for day of wedding coordination. Initially I was hesitant, but honestly, I’m so glad I did it!! Erica and Jason are amazing. Their communication was great, they were professional, knowledgeable, made themselves available, helped communicate with all of our vendors and created a very reasonable rehearsal and day-of timeline. Flourish is the best! Our day went so smoothly; everything was taken care of from start to finish. I would recommend them for any event without hesitation.

Covid threw many wrenches in pretty much every plan we had and Erica was there for me every step and tear of the way! I sincerely could not have done it without her. She was always professional, always available to talk out decisions (which was a lot lol!), and always had a plan for every obstacle we endured. If you're on the fence about hiring someone to help plan, make designs for you, help you envision your big day just hire Erica! Planning a wedding has sooooo many tiny details and having someone to help sort them out and help me look at them one task at a time saved my sanity! Thank you, Erica!

  Mrs. Guttola is the most rare find. I could not have been able to have someone come alongside me and make me feel more at ease as a bride or her prompt responses to all inquiries. She is both a delight as is her assistant. The vendors she rally’s together to help create a flawless venue is of top notch quality.
  Her smile is warm and thoughtful. She will work tirelessly into the night and brings everything she has to the table every single time you meet with her. I highly recommend her to anyone whom is coordinating a wedding or special event in their lives.

  Mrs. Guttola is the most rare find. I could not have been able to have someone come alongside me and make me feel more at ease as a bride or her prompt responses to all inquiries. She was full of great ideas that showed she really listened to everything we were saying about the kind of event we wanted. She fit in to every personal dynamic seamlessly whether it was with wedding vendors or family members, she navigated every situation with grace while producing positive outcomes.   Erica was absolutely necessary for our wedding, helping us with things we never would have thought of. Our wedding day went so smoothly because of her; I wish I could just have her coordinate my everyday life now that the wedding is over. There was only a few moments on the day of the wedding where I wish I would’ve communicated what I wanted a little better, but that is no fault of hers!! She did everything I asked for and was upfront about, she gave great advice when I was unsure, she even helped resolve an issue with my photographer THE NIGHT BEFORE my wedding and mad eyes it even more spectacular than it was!   Without Erica our wedding day truly wouldn’t have been so amazing! She’s so thoughtful and organized it made our day a breeze. For anyone looking to have a well thought out and breathtaking wedding she’s perfect for the job. She went over every step with me and my family along the way. We had a clear plan and she nailed my desired look. Even in a panic due to last minute rain she kept me calm and found a solution. If I could recommend anything to newlywed couples it would be to have a planner. You won’t regret it!
