We highly recommend Krista as a wedding coordinator! Our wedding was about 125 people. Leading up to the wedding, we had already found most vendors, but were unopinionated about several details -- Krista went above and beyond by offering experienced insight on each open question.She kept track of everything we'd mentioned and managed communication / check-ins with all the vendors and both sets of parents. At the rehearsal and on the wedding day, she kept things perfectly on track - and delivered information without any of the tension you might expect on a wedding day. She knew our only goal (beyond saying I do) was to have the most fun possible and let us do that. She also majorly helped during a dress rip - gathering supplies, coordinating with moms/sister who were helping sew, and making transitions back to the party smooth. Also her timeline was gold. If you're still debating whether to get a DoC, just do it! You won't regret it.

We absolutely ADORED working with Leann. She was everything we could have wanted in a coordinator- calm, professional. knowledgeable, experienced, the list goes on. Our one and only regret in hiring Shine events is that we only hired Leann for the Month of Coordination package and didn't go with the full wedding planning package. Had we known then what we know now- we would have 100% had Leann plan the full wedding. She made us feel completely at ease. We knew without a doubt that she had everything under control. I cannot recommend Leann highly enough!

Seriously one of the best wedding planning businesses out there! Claire Kasari made our lives a piece of cake getting married in Bend! She helped us through the entire day, keeping us on schedule so we don't have to worry at all about timings or people or vendors, and we got all the time we needed to have our special day. She even went above and beyond printing things locally for us so we didnt have to carry it all the way there, always asking what would make things better or how we could be happier. On top of it she was like a mobile bodygaurd! Constantly shielding us from all-too-talkative relatives, and always keeping us moving or pulling us away to have a special moment. We simply could not have done it without her, and she deserves all the credit in the world. A million thanks to Claire and to the Indigo Bride!!

Angela was an absolute pleasure to work with and truly helped make our wedding day special. From day one she brought calm, clarity, and direction to what can easily be an overwhelming process. She connected us with amazing vendors she’s partnered with many times before, and it showed — everyone was coordinated, professional, and the entire event ran smoothly because of those relationships. Her planning process was organized, transparent, and easy to follow. We loved using the shared Google Sheets, and she met with us both in person and over video to keep every detail on track. She was also incredibly responsive via text whenever questions or concerns came up, which gave us so much peace of mind. On the wedding day, she handled every detail flawlessly. We were able to be fully present and enjoy the day without stress or scrambling because she had everything under control. When my wife broke a nail the night before, Angela even went out to grab supplies to help fix it — a perfect example of how she consistently goes above and beyond. Our vendors enjoyed working with her, and our families kept commenting on how seamless the day felt thanks to her. If you want a planner who’s organized, warm, proactive, and genuinely invested in making your day perfect, Angela is the one. We couldn’t recommend her more.

Overall, Mint Event Coordination & Design is your one stop place for wedding planning and event management, floral and design. Tiffany was wonderful to work with and is incredibly skilled in all wedding aspects to make your day memorable. Service: 5 stars. We went with all of Tiffany's vendor recommendations and were impressed with the spectacular service and quality received. She kept everything organized and kept our very large wedding party on track. She's patient but firm and stays focused on what's important Quality/Experience: 5 stars. Our event was beautiful using Mint Floral and her decoration idea with candles and clear glass vases. She transformed an otherwise stale reception hall to a very elegant, romantic and intimate setting

Abby and her team exceeded all of our expectations! She made my vision come to life, her creative skills were beyond and her connections made everything come together with ease. I highly recommend hiring Abby to assist with your special day, she helped alleviate so much stress and truly was a blessing to work with. I have the most amazing memories that will live forever because of her and her team. Thank you!!

Britt is the actual QUEEN, ICON, LEGEND, of Wedding Planning!! Britt seamlessly coordinated the wedding of our dreams at a private residence in Camp Sherman with no cell service, several obstacles, and a full venue change for the dance party. Not only did she not miss a single detail of the entire day, she has GREAT taste. She knows all of the best vendors to make your vision come true. If you are high strung and obsessed with the details, Britt will make you feel calm with how organized she is and is great and keeping you and your vendors on track. When it came to the actual wedding, I never worried for one second that it wasn't going to come together as planned. Britt became my therapist during covid wedding planning and now a friend. There are a lot of great wedding planners in Central Oregon but I assure you, Britt and her team are the best.

Hiring Ashley at Rose Event Co as our Day of Wedding Coordinator was definitely one of the best decisions we made in planning our wedding. I thought I was going to be able to manage planning our entire wedding myself, but as the day crept closer and closer, I realized that I was definitely going to need a hand. We spoke with a dozen different coordinators, and Ashley just stood out SO strongly amongst the rest. To put it as simply as possible, she saw our vision, she understood it, she stood in and shared in it with us. She knew exactly how to support us in making it happen, and she was easily able to make us feel that. We initially had concerns about her being located so far away from us (we're in Oakland, CA), but she put those concerns to rest so quickly! Throughout my months of planning after hiring Ashley, she was always there to answer my questions, and provide support and reassurance in all of the little things that I just wasn't sure how to handle myself, and she did so with such grace, patience, and an air of calm that was so extremely helpful and reassuring. When the month of our wedding arrived, Ashley quickly got to work on communicating with and organizing all of our vendors and laying out the structure for the day. She traveled to Monte Rio to be with us the day before our big day, walked us through the ceremony, went over all of the details, and left us so confident and comfortable in her extremely capable hands. The day of the wedding, Ashley handled EVERYTHING and EVERYONE with such care and tranquility. All of our wedding vendors absolutely loved her, and we never stopped hearing about how great she was to work with! Ashley is an absolute BOSS in all of the best ways that you can imagine! She is supportive, encouraging, communicative, active, helpful, caring, the list just goes on and on. She wants you to succeed, and you can FEEL it. She remembered and double checked on all of the little details, before, during, and after our wedding, and words simply cannot express our gratitude. She did so many things automatically, that I hadn't even thought to discuss with her, but was so grateful that we had her there to do. Thank you Ashley!! She did so many little things that I didn't even realize until I started looking through all of our photos, and noticed that they had all been done. On top of all of that, she basically packed up the entirety of our decor with the assistance of her extremely helpful husband, which was such a huge relief for us and for our wedding party who had put so much into the day. We were all able to completely disconnect and just enjoy the evening, which was so unbelievably priceless. There are so many things that make Ashley stand out from other coordinators. So many coordinators that we had talked to before Ashley had a big list of things that they would NOT do, but not Ashley. She was willing to do whatever needed to be done to ensure that our wedding day went perfectly, and it did, thanks to her!! HUGE bonus, she brought along her Super 8 camera, and we CANNOT WAIT to see the footage!! If you're looking for someone who has your back, and can handle ALL of the things with a level of calm that oozes into everyone around her, HIRE ASHLEY! You absolutely will not regret it. Thank you so much Ashley, for EVERYTHING that you did, and for ALL of your help in making our wedding day so unbelievably perfect!!

If you’re getting married in Central Oregon, my wife and I could not recommend Amanda Claire & Company More. Our Wedding Planner, Alana, made the experience of planning not only professional but fun and easy. Throughout the process, it was obvious they have the experience and understanding of all things entailed with weddings and their connections and partnerships with vendors in Bend made it easy to find the best groups to work with for our special day. The day of the wedding had its surprises (it started to rain after the ceremony), but with little to no knowledge of the on-the-fly items Alana and her team were tackling our day ended up perfect.
